Pret A Manger in Wiltshire

Not good at all. The flat white was mostly milk did someone forget the coffee? Also, the croissants should be golden brown not white. Saving on electric? The sandwich was good.

So over priced, I paid £10 for a coffee and sandwich to takeaway!!! The man serving me was rude and unfriendly and the coffee which I asked for syrup in was super weak.

I used to feel Pret Salisbury was a great place to go for a coffee. Sadly the coffee recently has been weak and tasteless. The service has been rushed and too often I don't get what I asked for, milk added to coffee instead of on the side as requested. I still go to the shop but feel more and more disappointed each time I go.

Coffee served in a cupboard cup and same price as a takeaway. Not impressed. Why aren't they served in proper cups,if I wanted a takeaway I would ask for one.

Usual good food and drinks as I expect from Prets, and the staff are nice. HOWEVER, the gender neutral toilets are an absolute no-no as far as I and my friends are concerned. Won’t be visiting again.

The young brunette girl was extreme rude! I think she also had some problems with the language 🙄 Please have professional staff!

Food always good in Pret for a light breakfast had the yogurt with fresh fruit on top Danish pastry also fresh orange juice and muesli with grated apple and pomegranate seeds lovely clean store and staff very friendly and helpful

We have frequented this cafe many times over the years. We have bid farewell to Pret. I don't want my hot drink in a takeaway cup when I am being charged so much to eat in. I would like a cup. Where are the crispy filled rolls instead of the floury soggy ones. The cakes have gone. We are not coming back

This location was so convenient for a quick lunch stop while touring Salisbury. We had the grilled cheese and onion sandwich and really liked this version! The cheese was a really tasty white cheese (Gruyere maybe?) and minced green scallions. We just have not been disappointed with any of the items we have bought from a Pret location and this one was as good as any.

I used to go here all the time and it was such a delight to be able to have my morning coffee and have lovely chats with the team. However, new members of management have joined and since then, it’s gone down hill massively. All the good staff got bullied out and now when you get customers go in, they are given the worst experience possible. NO SMILING, NO CHATTING, NO ATMOSPHERE. The coffee tastes so disgusting and quite frankly me and everyone else I know will not be returning to pret as pret Salisbury has let the whole chain down

Even with outside temperatures at 13 centigrade this coffee house was uncomfortably hot. We were glad to get outside. We visited at 0920hrs.

It's a Pret, you always know what you can find, and I do like the swirls and biscuits. Americans will call them pastry and 🍪. A pleasant no fuss service

Went in for a sandwich and drink at approx 1 pm today. Place quite busy but tables not cleaned or wiped. Loads of detriris on the floor. 3 staff behind counter but no-one out front keeping the place clean. Went upstairs to the unisex toilets which was another unpleasant experience. 3 cubicles all of which had urine on the floor usually associated with men's toilets. None of them had been flushed. Seats up and dirty. Very unhygienic place and in need of a thorough disinfect and clean.

Food laid out lovely in the displays, Seats , floor and tables disgustingly filthy. Used a serviette and some water to clean the table it was grim. Showed it to the manager and he sent someone out to clean the tables who had an attitude like it was beneath him. All this at just 09.30 am it’s not like it had already been busy already. I’m surprised at this chain, it can’t have been cleaned from the day before………….

Visited here twice now and both occasions the staff have been rude. You can’t get your order out for them barking questions at you. The polite way to do it is to wait for the order then ask the questions and still cardboard cups everyone else is back to proper crockery. It’s not COVID it’s lazy and bad for the environment!! ! Come on Pret you are a big chain and should be doing better!!!

We stopped here after visiting the Cathedral and couldn’t have been more pleased. The lunch selection was fantastic, staff was nice, and there wasn’t an overwhelming crowd either to spoil the cafe experience.

had a tough time deciding on rating for this review. I really like to give an accurate depiction for trip advisor readers, but this is my explanation. pret a manger is a dream, a darn dream for anyone who has ever had IBS. the food is fresh and organic and helps limit IBS flare ups. I suppose that is why they are confident enough to have gender neutral facilities. I went here on a blind date one time and had an IBS flare up. it was a first date, and im not one to talk about my condition. I had to excuse myself to use the toilet and after i finished he was next in line. very awkward. but i decided not to see him since he didnt offer me dessert and i paid for my own cheese and pickle sandwich. the staff are lovely.

Went to Salisbury on Market day and decided to eat out at lunchtime. Found Pret a manger and as my friend was in a wheel chair, we decided to try it. There was plenty of room to get in and be served as well as room to sit at a table. We both had very tasty sandwiches (brown bread with crayfish and avocado), which were very fresh and she had a green tea while I had a delicious berry burst. Delicious,

Wholesome fast food and very tasty. I had piping hot veg soup and a delicious hummus & falafel sandwhich. The coffee was good too.

I’ve visited the Salisbury Pret on 3 occasions for soup. On 2 of the visits, the cartons of vegetarian/vegan soup had incorrect labels, the first time it didn’t matter, but today my kale and lentil soup had pieces of chicken lurking at the bottom.

The food is excellent, really fresh and tasty, salads are really good and sandwiches are delicious. Fruit salads make a really nice dessert to get out of the usual stuff. Coffee also was really good. Prices are actually fair.

Ottima scelta per un pranzo al volo semplice ed economico. La gentilezza del personale è il fiore all'occhietto del locale. Ottimo il servizio che ti permette di scaldare il piatto che vuoi mangiare e che hai scelto dal frigo.

We were very late for lunch and it was freezing cold, so we went into the first place that we could find. Shelves with salads, sandwiches and soup that you can grab and eat-in or take away. I had a chicken soup with rice and a toasted chicken sandwich and they were both excellent. Organic food, well prepared, good service and cheap prices.

Dropped in with colleague to prepare for presentation following day. Service was fast, efficient and polite. Tea and coffee was lovely and my colleague took repeated advantage of the free tap water top-up on offer. Great value for money, pleasant, clean surroundings, lovely food and drinks with an ethical approach. Just my cup of tea!!!

Went here for coffee. Very pleasantly surprised when i purchased 2 coffees and a cinnamon slice and was told by the server that it was on the house and didnt have to pay. Cant say much more than that.

I am usually a big fan of prets, very handy for a drinks and lunch to go but my last few visits have been met with rushed service and as a keen coffee drinker myself the coffee tasted sour.

Usually pop in at least 3 times a week for my “office lunch” on Tuesday tried one of your Xmas sandwiches as the launch of the sarnie had been all over propel, after unwrapping it and biting into it to my disappointment the bread was dry..... went in today and fed this back to the server who completely dismissed my comments with a “no way” response - won’t be back, plenty of other options in the town !

We called in for coffee recently, it was horrible. The coffee was weak and foul tasting. The toilets were grubby. The only positives I can say are that the restaurant was bright and it is in a good location.

Smack in the town centre this is a great place to grab a coffee and people watch. The staff are friendly and polite and the food, drink & service is very good. Can get busy during peak times but always worth a visit....

Pret a Manger, Salisbury was a God-send during our stay in the city. I needed GF and DF food; they had great salads, including vegetarian. My husband's tastes were also catered for so we enjoyed three good breakfasts and a takeaway. The staff were great - really helpful and cheerful. I wished we could have had a transporter to instantly take us there on other parts of our three country journey.

Yummy food and delicious coffee if your in a hurry. Not very cosy although I have never been upstairs

Often use this when in Salisbury as a meeting place as my partner likes the miso soup. Good coffee and a choice of freshly made sandwiches and wraps. Outside seating available and is usually very busy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pret always do great food period. For the size of the city this is quite a large Pret, some in London are too small and have poor toilet facilities not so this place.

Great americano coffee and fantastic almond croissants. What a combination for a quick snack or pick me up. Provides a bit of a boost to finish the shopping.

I visited on Saturday around 1pm mainly to feed my 7 month old. When I arrived it was busy so I found a free table got myself settled, grabbed a high chair that was caked in food. I then found another high chair that was in better condition but had never seen an detergent, cleaning cloth, or water. With little option I cleaned the better one of the two with a wet wipe and hand sanitiser.

Love pret food. It's not in the most scenic location but you can sit in the window and watch the world go by. There are some toilets upstairs which means you're not queuing for just the one - can be handy.

Coffee is quite good, cakes and biscuits and snacks not bad either, but tea was terrible. Asked for English breakfast, got a tea bag in a mug with the milk already in it! This is not how to make tea and I guess it is French from the name of the café but they should train their staff how to make tea. Even if its just a tea-bag in a mug you don't add the milk with it!

2017 see's Pret really come in hard to the healthy food market and I'm so impressed with the new drinks menu - turmeric tonic is excellent and soup range is filling, nutritious and low calorie. Fabulous!

Pret A Manger offer a wide range of healthy choices. I love the ginger/apple shot and all their sandwiches loaded with veggies. They even have some good picks for folks that are vegetarian or vegan.

The Pret A Manger is located close to the entrance of the George Mall in Endless street, Salisbury. The atmosphere and décor of the Pret A Manger is is bright, light and modern. The food on offer is more of a wholesome picnic/snack basis rather than meals.

Will not be visiting Prets again following our poor customer experience at their Salisbury shop. We visited the Salisbury shop for an afternoon coffee / tea and ordered our drinks, paid for them and found a table to sit down, relax and enjoy or drinks. On the table was a promotional leaflet - buy a coffee or Organic Tea and Mince Pie for £1.99. We didn't notice this offer on the way in or were we asked by the server if we would like to add a mince pie for an extra 10 pence or so. My wife fancied a mince pie so she returned to the serving area and spoke to a young female assistance if we could add 2 mince pies for the extra cost of 20-30 pence. She said - No, the event has happened and you can't have the mince pies for the additional cost!!!!! What type of customer service is this - Pret A Manger, are you happy with this type of response??!! If I ran a business on this basis I'd be embarrassed! Its not the type of behaviour you would expect from one of their employees. As a result we will not step inside a Pret ever again - they have lost two regular customers. There is plenty of good competition around. The coffee and tea was very good - but be warned if you fancy a mince pie and want to enjoy their seasonal promotion do not order the mince pie after the event - they must be purchased together (even if you are not asked by the server if you would like to make use of the seasonal offer!!!) You have been warned - its not the cost here but the principal.

Had coffee in here and have to say it was nicer than one of the other famous coffee shops beginning with C! Incredibly busy in there at time we visited but obviously very popular. Worth a visit

If you know the Pret chain, then this branch won't disappoint - great sandwiches and pre-packed salads, acceptable coffee, good pastries. It has a fairly small number of tables, all on the ground floor; there's also a disabled toilet with baby facilities hidden on the floor (regular toilets are upstairs - more than in most branches). Service is a little slower than in some branches, as all coffee orders are given to a barista, and you collect your drink from the corner, not over the main counter. This may help queueing system, but confused my mother!

On arrival at tge outdoor seating area there was no indication as to table or self service. Indoors none either. We upset someone by not realising there was a queue. Those people had entered through a different door!

I always enjoy a Pret, they are airy clean efficient welcoming open places. The coffee is good and food is a cut above for a chain..

This place , in the very heart of the city has a very light, clean and modern appearance and entices customers in before they see the food on offer. Though it is not the first place I would think of for a main meal it is the first place I would recommend, if not the only one, for the most scrumptious coffee frappee and delicious sushi in Salisbury. They do have delicious snacks on offer and have to admit though expensive for a small, tiddly, chocolate cake bar I have been known to give in to temptation. I shall be glad when The weather turns cold because that is all that will prevent me from eating and drinking these secret sins outdoors! Fortunately, with such a pleasant indoors calling me ,as I pass in the rain , somehow I know I shall give in again to this wicked temptation. Go on, you know you want to too!

This Pret store does exactly what you want and expect. Clean, efficient, good food and excellent coffee. Called in for a lunch time snack on a Sunday, seating aplenty and a good layout. No hassle, quick easy dining - just what you want!

It was very busy in the centre of Salisbury, and all we wanted was a quick lunch. Most of the restaurants were very full, so we went to one of my favourite chains. Nice food; quick service...nothing more to add.

We are holidaying from Australia. I hadn't heard of Pret a manger. We called in for light snack and I was very happy! We shared a sandwich and vege crisps. I love the concept that all food is freshly made on the premises. I read that at the end of the day fresh food not sold is given to chArity. Wonderful.

I like pret as a chain so was happy to see one open up in Salisbury. This is a good example of a pret as there's a good turnover of sandwiches and staff seem keen to get it right.

This is a light airy coffee shop with some tasty snacks and good tea and coffee as well as cool drinks made from frozen fruit not sugary syrups and ice.

I wasn't terribly impressed by my visit to Pret. Firstly the 3-4 members of staff I spoke to didn't have English as their first language (not usually a problem to me) however their communication was not good enough to be in a service industry.

Professional, quick to serve, helpful and some good gluten free options. Although a bit disappointed that the gluten free wraps are no longer available.

Lots of choices ,, Child friendly 😆. Freshly made sandwiches and salad and cakes. Healthy eating food. Easy to find. Good coffee. Natural handmade food.

The Mrs loves to pop in here on a shopping trip for a quick fresh tasty bite to eat, and never been let down, a quality sandwich every time.

Visited here at the beginning of June. My husband cannot have onions or related foods, and I always read packaging very carefully to check if there are such ingredients listed.
