Presto Italian Street Food in Windsor and Maidenhead

The shop for take away is amazing but the new concept is other level! From breakfast pastries to amazing food for lunch all is outstanding. The quality and freshness of the menu it really worth it. I would definitely come back and recommend this lovely place to anyone. Staff and environment is one key point of the place in maidenhead.

Pizza were very tasty but undercooked / soggy bases and not cut up

The new restaurant in the Waterside Quarter is phenomenal! Whilst it’s known for its amazing pizza, it’s new addition of its deli at the front it offers is the perfect place for breakfast or lunch anytime in the day for light lunch with friends, family or colleagues. The quality is excellent, personal favourite is the Mortadella pizza sandwich! To add its super friendly staff, clearly shows a place staff love working with the energy they bring.

This pizza needs a Netflix documentary. Pure bliss

I have been going to Presto for nearly 3 years now and have been loving EVERY MINUTE OF IT. Sadly any photos of my meals before this review have been unavailable as I would finish every crumb before thinking about adding a photo. However this time is different. As the new opening commenced this past week I made it a mission to at least document my experience especially at the new location. Not only are the food options as diverse as ever, with a wonderfully priced quaint warm breakfast menu for a quick bite. And the pastries enough to satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth. You can easily enough spend all your time here eating your favourite pizza and be completely satisfied. That is the beauty of Preston's style. I believe that they have put an insurmountable amount of effort in designing perfect dishes to match everyone's taste in one way or another. If you watch the faces of the regulars (me included if you can spot me in the crowd) you will very easily be able to tell that they have an army of loyal customers who are here to watch this wonderful spot grow and grow to the accomplishment it is today. Please do not make the mistake of missing out on this phenomenal spot.

I was a first time customer, firstly the food was amazing but they also treated me so well. After I told them it was my first time they wanted me to have an even better experience and gave me lots of sauces to try. A must try place and if you haven’t yet this is your sign to go!

Very good food - I had the ham and cheese pizza sandwich (very fresh, tasty and surprisingly light!). Service exceptional and a wonderful job with the new location - a must visit.

I have used Presto for pizza at their original place over the road, and it was always good. They have stepped it up at the new place! The food is AMAZING so good we went for lunch and bought more to take for dinner. Great service as always and such a good range from breakfast to dinner. Highly recommend!

We ordered their shuffle truffle and proscuitto fungi pizzas and absolutely loved them! Especially their truffle mayo sauce was insane! Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about Presto Italian Street Food! The staff here are exceptionally friendly and make you feel like welcome from the moment you walk in. And the pizzas? Absolutely amazing! You can tell they use fresh ingredients. Forget the usual places like Pizza Hut or Domino’s, you need to come here if you want authentic, mouth-watering pizza wood oven cooked pizza. Highly recommended!

You know when you go to the large pizza chains and it tastes …. I don’t know …. But stale and produced in scale? Well, this place the ingredients taste fresh and light, but still full of flavour. Absolutely reminded me of my first pizza in Rome

Went for the first time today with a friend after it being highly recommended. The irony was that we had gone to another pizza place just before this, and after having some average pizza at the other place, Presto just hands down demolished any pizza place I've been before. Super fast, fresh authentic ingredients, friendly service, and I'd have another pizza if I wasn't already full! I'll be back again for sure. :)

I recently tried the Peppe-Nduja pizza from Presto Italian Street Food in Maidenhead, and it was fantastic! My daughters had been raving about it, and now I see why. The spicy Nduja added a great kick to the fresh toppings and perfectly baked crust. It was a takeaway, which made it super convenient. They even surprised me with a free dip to try 🤩 which was a nice touch! This pizza has quickly become my go-to choice for a delicious affordable takeout. If you're in Maidenhead, don’t miss out on this amazing pizza!

It’s been 2 months that I’ve been meaning to write this review, but the pizza hits the spot so well every single time, I fall into a happy food coma straight after. Eaten in once, delivered 3 times. The atmosphere in the shop is great, the guys are all really friendly. At home, the pizzas always arrive in perfect condition and are just as yummy.

My favourite pizza in Maidenhead for sure. From the friendliness of the guys to the quality of the pizza. The dough is just so soft and delicious. Multiple vegan options which is great for me. They are always busy but their customer service and relationships with customers is a joy to watch.

Delicious pizzas! Now in my top places for good pizza. The crust is also soft and the roasted garlic mayo dip was perfect with it. We also had some aragostines as a sweet treat, which were also so good! The staff were lovely too. I am already looking forward to going back to try the the rest of the menu!

The best Neapolitan pizza in the UK! I had the pleasure of tasting what is, without a doubt, the best Neapolitan pizza in the UK at Presto Pizzeria. From the very first bite, I felt transported to the heart of Naples, with that perfect balance of authentic flavors and top-quality ingredients that only true pizzaiolos can deliver. The dough was phenomenal: soft and airy on the inside with slightly crisp, charred edges—showing it had been baked to perfection in a traditional wood-fired oven. The blend of the vibrant San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, and the rich, creamy buffalo mozzarella was simply flawless. Every ingredient was carefully selected and perfectly balanced, staying true to the Neapolitan tradition of letting the natural flavors shine. The atmosphere at Presto also added to the experience, with warm and friendly service that made me feel right in Italy. In short, this is not only the best pizza I’ve had in the UK, but it rivals some of the best I’ve had in Italy. A true culinary journey that I would gladly repeat!

An incredibly friendly group of people that make the most authentic Italian pizza that had me just in awe. They know every single customer and delivery person by name, they know their order before they ask, they are always smiling and with a great conversation. I’ll go as far as to say that they give Maidenhead its beautiful character.

Presto catered for our daughter’s 21st at home and we could not have been happier with the quality and variety of pizzas, antipasto and meat platters offered to our guests, the speed at which they were prepared and the service given to everyone. Everything about Presto is amazing! The staff are so friendly, the establishment is always clean and the food is incredible. We always come to presto for pizza’s which are always delicious. My partner had their lunch time sandwich today and wow! Was absolutely incredible I highly recommend. It was called Panouzzo Carne.

I am not a pizza person by any means and would be the last suggestion for take away, by oh wow Presto changes this! It’s so so tasty and is always cooked, no soggy bottoms here! Would absolutely recommend and have taken a few people to eat in and take away. Defo a must try!

We regularly get Presto and every single time it is exceptional pizza. The customer service is fantastic and we are so lucky to have such a fantastic small business on our doorstep. We are so pleased that they are opening a bigger location and they really deserve all the success they have!

Ordered two Margherita (one gluten free) to collect. Nice customer service and the food was tasty and not oily (like other chain pizza restaurants). Use these guys instead of the two other pizza chains nearby. We will be back.

Our first week in Maidenhead and what a start! The minute we stepped into the place we wre made to feel welcome. We ordered the La Nostro and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Made fresh in front of us, reminded us of the pizza we had in Italy! The star of the show is the small friendly team. Great staff, great pizza, great vibe.

My son and I popped in on our way home this afternoon. What a find! Proper proper Italian pizza and plenty of choice for us vegans. My son had a vegan margarita and I had a marinara, which is my absolute favourite pizza, but really needs to be done properly as there aren't any toppings to hide behind. Our pizzas were delicious and the service was great too, friendly and, in typical Italian fashion, made a fuss of my son, which he loved. Having a selection of Italian drinks is a real bonus, I don't think I've ever seen peach juice outside of Italy! We will definitely be back and it's really made me want to go back to Italy too!

I recently visited presto and was extremely disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were met with cold, uninterested attitudes. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. I won’t be returning to presto and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they want to be treated poorly by the staff.

This place was revealed to me by a foodie friend and what a revelation 😁 I have since eaten here several times and each pizza that I've tasted has been absolutely delicious. The team at Presto are very welcoming and obviously passionate about what they do. I can't recommend them enough.

Paid £9 for a super small margarita at Maidenhead festival whereas the 12inch one at the restaurant is only £9.95. Menu never mentions the reduced size. Edited: thanks for your detailed explanation. I hope you can make the reduced size clear on your menu in the future.

So happy I was introduced to this place. Proper little gem. Food is amazing! Staff are great and I can’t wait for the restaurant to open but for now the small seating area is perfect if you want to dine in. Fresh ingredients & great veggie options.
