Disappointing Early Departure at Premier Inn Sittingbourne My recent overnight stay at the Premier Inn Sittingbourne in early May was unfortunately marred by an unwelcome eagerness to usher guests out. While the room itself was a good size and clean, the overall experience felt rushed and intrusive. I had opted to pay an additional £15 for an earlier check-in, allowing me into the room an hour and a half before the standard time. This seemed to imply a degree of flexibility, yet the following morning told a different story. Despite check-out being at a reasonable midday, I was disturbed twice by housekeeping staff knocking loudly on my door in the early morning. The second instance was particularly disruptive, as they let themselves into the room without waiting for a response. This aggressive approach to turning over rooms so far in advance of the official check-out time created a feeling of being pushed out. It was a far from relaxing experience and left me feeling like the hotel was more concerned with efficiency than guest comfort. For a hotel stay, particularly one where an early check-in was paid for, this kind of pressure to depart is simply unacceptable.

Poor phone signal area even when outside. WiFi poor signal, TV signal poor . The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment at present, and the only good point is the nice rooms and the location to my destination.

Our family stayed here for two nights whilst attending a wedding and visiting friends. We received a warm welcome from Chris who was so helpful and kind. We found our newly renovated room to be rather lovely for the price we had paid. The bathroom was immaculate. We all had a good night’s sleep. Would highly recommend.

Stop there for two weeks in a brand-new clean room. On my chicken, this stuff was very pleasant and happy. Would stop there again for my duration of working down there.

Building work going off 9 am Sunday morning right outside our block, pillows nothing like the Ad, they'd obviously been on a starvation diet, they were that thin. The TV was quite poor as in the Internet kept dropping out and a very limited choice in chanels... when you could actually watch them. Glasses were not cleared by the bar staff from the outside until the point when there were so many some were dropped and smashed by the main entrance; lots of children about and the glass wasn't cleared for a while. Ashton, the breakfast staff on the Sunday was awesome. She is very attentive and super patient with the kids. Well done and definitely worthy of the 5☆ in service.

Enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn Bobbing. Even though works were going on at the time of my stay to update the rooms, at no time was I disturbed. My check in went very smoothly, handled by Alison who was professional, friendly and efficient made.

Rooms are a little tired, could do with a refit! There is no 4G and WiFi is abysmal. Food in restaurant good.

Really nice staff! Alison is definitely the best though. Bed is comfortable, heating works, it's not that noisy as an area. Cooked breakfast is good. Not a big fan of the food options but that's not completely relevant to the hotel. No complaints really.

Great Premier Inn and staff are always happy to help. Rooms are a little warm (but fans are provided). There is a bit of a signal outage in and around the hotel, but they offer free wifi anyway!

Paid 148 on a Monday as had no where to stay what a joke of a place no telephone in room nosie all night from people walking in and out of there rooms no sound proof wouldn't stay again

Possibly the worst quality of rooms of any Premier Inn I’ve ever stayed at. No Air Conditioning in the room, creaking floors, just one towel in the room. £208 for a stay in an area with no phone reception and they charge extra for functional wifi. Certainly would never return and wouldn’t recommend the place.

I don’t normally leave many reviews but felt this was needed, I couldn’t have been more happy with the level of service from staff at this premises. The room was comfortable and clean and had all I needed for the stay. The hotel was located within easy access to trains, shops and restaurants.

It's an ok place to stay for a night. Food served in the Brewers Fayre opposite took an hour to come out and was a little unorganised, possibly due to staff shortages. WIFI in the hotel room was unusable and totally useless. The reception staff said, "Oh yes, we are in a bad area, sorry about that.

You get what you pay for, there’s a McDonald’s & ASDA nearby so you have plenty of options for drinks/food etc as well as the Brewers Fayre. When me and my partner arrived, Alison was very helpful and lovely! Great big smile and very friendly! Would recommend here for anyone.

Two night stay with my family visiting parents in Sittingbourne. Room was clean, staff very polite and helpful, especially Alison and Emma. These two staff were the most helpful to my kids!!

It's a Premier Inn so you get the standard room wise, comfy bed, tea and coffee, bathroom, TV, desk and seating. Pretty good for the price as always. Here though Phil was amazing. Big smile on his face when we arrived and very pleasant to speak to. Our plug got stuck shortly after we arrived and he came up within 5 mins and fixed it and provided extra towels straight away when requested. Top customer service and a lovely man. The area is quiet, rooms clean, there's a brewers fayre, McDonald's and an Asda extra on site. Plenty of parking and over all a very nice area to stay in. If you're in the area and in need of a place to lay your head for the night, I recommend.

I've stayed at the premier inn Sittingbourne a couple of times now.. It's always been a pleasant stay. The staff are super helpful, rooms always clean 👌🏻 J

Great location for road network, this inevitably means some room noise. Glazing works well to eliminate this and a fan is supplied. The Pub / restaurant is located opposite so no noise / heat / odours intrude into the two hotel blocks. Parking is ample. In addition to the Brewers Fare there is a Mc Donald's and a petrol station. Big shout out to Zoe and Alison on reception. They both went above and beyond to accommodate us and give advice. Staff like these make a business and they deserve recognition for this. Defonayely would stay here again if in the area.

Not really understanding the negative reviews to be honest- my room was high quality at a fair price, breakfast was good, the staff (particularly Alison) were very chatty and friendly. Would return if I was in the area.

Outdated and needs urgent attention. Bed settee been removed tv not in line with the bed, heater dirty and rusty. No usb points or phone charging point. Towels were like sandpaper. Breakfast provided by Brewers Faye was awful dirty plates and cups cutlery and glasses. Food looked bad, went for some toast bread dry and toaster not working properly and when we informed the receptionist in the hotel that we would like to cancel tomorrow’s breakfast they never even asked why.

Conveniently located near A249, but of road noise but didn't keep me awake. Friendly staff at reception. Decent sized room, only fault was shower kept intermittently disconnecting/ stopping.....

The room I stayed at was dirty, rust on radiators and room stunk of weed.My sink wouldn’t work and shower went from boiling hot to freezing cold every 30 seconds. I had people banging on doors all night waking me up every 2 hours. Spoke to the hotel manager (we weren’t sure if he was the manager) and he shrugged it off and didn’t say too much. Hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Stayed for 2 nights and the second day they didn’t come make the beds, change the towels or replenish the tea, coffee or milk. This is just basic hotel necessities.

Loads of kids running around screaming and shouting more shouting near the bar customer's looking bewildered constantly doors banging though the night and at 04.00am this morning didn't get much sleep

Required assistance with booking and staff (Kate & Phil) could not have been better. Nothing too much trouble and very welcoming. Hotel, staff and location recommended.
