Premier Inn Sandhurst hotel in Bracknell Forest

Passing through so a quick business trip with this very convenient hotel. Not yet got the updated rooms so can feel a bit dated but the main thing is that it's clean. There is aircon but there is a handy sign in the room stating there are fans, thin sheets and cold water at reception if needed.

The premier inn is what you expect from them. However it is now really dated and could do with a massive overall

The only let down on this hotel is that they do not have dog friendly rooms set aside.

Rooms are very tired and dated, and considering the elevated price tag of this hotel, they should do better!

We stayed in room 3! My goodness we had a terrible sleep. We could hear the people in the room upstairs walking around. The ceiling kept making a cracking noise when they walked. They were up at 6am which woke us. Bath handle broken, shower gel holder broken, see pictures. Needs gutting, Premier Inn is so run down. Free parking. Stayed for Lapland which us close by.

Excellent staff, genuinely caring, lovely building and location. Good restaurant and bar. Clean, comfortable room and bed. I’ve been here for a very long stay and have been made to feel like one of the family!

Easy to find good service, Beefeater on site easy parking.

Can't go wrong with a Premier inn

We have stayed here often as it is convenient for family nearby. Hotel itself is good and staff are lovely. Restaurant is a bit hit and miss and the bar is not always open. Unfortunately last time we stayed, we booked a breakfast then our plans changed and we were told it was no problem they will get that refunded - two months later I am still awaiting a refund. The hotel assure me they gave done all they can their end and it now rest with head office. Shame as this has soured a previously good opinion of Premier Inn. I shall think twice before using them again

You get what you pay for. Simple rooms, simple service. Nothing to complain about.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. The vending machine in the hallway was also very convenient. Great value for money for sure!

Plenty of parking, easy check in, room was nice but bathroom was tired looking and had polyfilller on walls and grout all over - looked like it was being prepped for a much needed decoration job

Needs updating in bar area. Service very slow over 2hrs for evening meal. No electric car chargers.

A nice hotel, lovely friendly and welcoming staff both on reception ans in the Beefeater Restaurant.

Decent Premier Inn. Room was looking a little tired, but comfortable. You know what you get with Premier Inns. Don't know what it is but in most of the Premier Inns I've ever stayed in, including this one, you can hear a humming noise in the rooms periodically at night which is annoying. I assume it's the heating or hot water turning on and off. The food in the Beefeater next door was good. 👍

The hotel staff were very caring and helpful and I received a lot of information I needed from them. I will definitely come back here again.
