So I'm retracting my previous ... shocked I enjoyed a Nandos review. I went in lunch time today for a birthday lunch. We were shown to the most ridiculous table bearing in mind we had a pushchair & needed a high chair, so it made everything awkward as we were trapped in the circular booth. The food was awful. It takes great skill to cook thigh meat until it's dry. My meal looked slapped together. The garlic bread was dry & over cooked. My poor granddaughters chicken was so dry national lampoon's Christmas vacation came to mind. A paper towel would have been more moist & tasty. The service was rubbish. The waitress looked like she didn't want to be there & no one came back to check on our meals. The majority of the meals were left. Bring back being asked what you want rather than ordering via the app too as that kept crashing. It's a HUGE thumbs down from me today. You've restored my dislike for Nandos today.

The food is good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. They took a long time to bring my dessert (and when it did materialise it did so without a spoon so I had to go back for one), and they need to bring out a jug of tap water and glasses when asked to, for I may be fully mobile, but a number of people I know are most certainly not.

Hygiene problems need attention. . Sticky floor. Food left on the chairs. Minimal table wiping.

It felt like home away from home, the food and the music. I would go there everyday

Brother gorg does not enjoy chared Korn. Great food since rishi sunkak enjoys Nando’s I’m his biggest fan. Naughty words on the butter packets not okay Nando’s Bracknell. Overall decent time would reappear.

Usually no big issues with the food because of that I haven’t gave 1 star, but yesterday I have ordered for collection a portion of salad with chicken thighs, from yesterday evening I am sick, nausea and diarrhoea, I am still feeling very bad, I have a friend who has eat the same, a burger with thighs and him is also in the same situation. I haven’t eat anything yesterday except the salad and the chicken from you.

Please make it halal it will only benefit the restaurant!

Great staff quick service and fresh food, everything was lovely.

We went in for a table of 3 and the were sat down very promptly by Marissa who was very polite and friendley also kind enough to take our order at the till ans made us feel very welcome. The staff checked in regularly too. It was a great experiance.

i absolutely adore nandos, but for some reason this specific one i went to was just not it. Came in and staff seemed unprepared and felt awkward, staff didn’t have a nice attitude wasn’t very polite and quite rude and our finished starter plates weren’t taken for atleast an hour. Garlic bread was burnt , humous was a lot lumpier and a weird texture compared to other times i’ve had it and the food was thrown on the plate poorly. The peri salted chips had about 3 chips completely covered and all the rest had nothing on which to me seemed like the food as carelessly put on the plate. Wont be coming to this nandos again! Will be going to my local.

Everything is good but front counter staff don't have manner how to take order with costumer.

Food as always was delicious, the actual restaurant is clean and well lit very nice. But the 3 stars was due to the toilets being dirty and no toilet paper. If they can sort this out then I will revise to 5 stars.

I was going to give one star because of the mistake that happened from the staff when I left my table to refill my drink however, the staff supervisor Marissa was really helpful and solved that problem immediately in very professional way. I really appreciated that and I hope that every restaurant in Bracknell learn from Marissa how to deal with customers when mistakes or misunderstandings happened. Thank you Mrs Marissa

Take away is awful, food is cold and hardly any peri salt on the chips.

It was Mother's Day and when we ordered our food there were hardly any sides left because I ordered half a chicken medium on the sauce with corn on the cob and macho peas and what I got was half a chicken plain no corn on the cob or peas. Rice which was nice , a bowl of leaves with a nice dressing which they called a salad but I disagree because to me it is a bowl of leaves. I was not impressed with the food , atmosphere or service. I will not be back there at all. I will be going to Pineto Lounge in the lexicon because I know in my opinion to be so much better in food , service and a fantastic atmosphere too. Nandos toilets were disgusting too. I will never recommend this nandos ever.

Good food and great service. They have some vegetarian options. Thankfully they have real vegetarian options and less of those "plant based chicken" nonsense. The ambience was a little off since the phone at the desk was constantly ringing and no one would answer it. Other than that it was a great dinner.

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming! Back of house were so helpful as well, the food was fast and tasted amazing. The atmosphere was so nice, you can tell they are a really good team there. Especially Marissa and Nira they were amazing! Would definitely recommend this Nandos, BEST one I’ve been to so far!

Good choice of food and not too busy when we arrived with a choice of tables for us. Only 4 stars for service as ordering was by qr code but you have to sign up to the nandos WiFi before you can place the order. As I was hungry this extra slight delay was irritating. However I will return cos I like nandos

We were wrongly accused of stealing a fork and knife by the staffs , but we actually happened to keep the unused knife and fork given to us back into the counter They tried to goad us without a honest evidence After explaining they felt awkward and apologized us NANDOS spoiled our night , It was insulting,never ever going visit this horrible place with unprofessional staffs!!! And I wish no one should visit this place and get insulted Infront of your kids because of NANDOS staffs horrible senseless imaginations I wish there was a zero star rating 😂😂

OK so I'll probably get some hate for what I'm about to say 🤣.. previously, I didn't see why everyone loved Nandos. My previous experiences were awful. To the point I refused to go in any, my meals had been that bad. However... my meal today, my daughters choice for a treat, so couldn't say no, was absolutely lovely.

If I could give zero I would. Firstly when I arrived I done my order with my partner and simply requested if they do NHS discount ( Blue Light) they accepted. However it took about 10-15 minutes to actually apply as it took 2-3 employees and 2 managers to do what they called a Ears Nose Eyes Mouth test to confirm it was my partner on the card. They just all seemed really jumbled up and didn’t know what to do. As said in total of 5 employees stood discussing and all looking dumbstruck. I bypassed this and I ordered thighs with 2 sides and a starter I was made aware that the starter would come first and everyone’s food would arrive after. Which everyone was happy with. However everyone’s Mains arrived before the Starter. Firstly these mains was not right. ie wrong sides it took all about 20 minutes to actually get the mains right before my starters was present. I also was asking about my starter and no one seemed to know what was happening including the manager.Most of the people on the table finished their meals by the time my starter of chicken livers was just arriving with my main at the same time. My main arrived with no chicken and just the sides. Again wrong sides. They took it back to correct and by the time I finished my starter the food was brought out again but incorrect once again this even had guests on other tables laughing and shocked at how can they forget the chicken off the plate the first time. Them forget the sides of the second plate for a second time. The Third time I was given the wrong flavour completely and different chicken entirely the third time. After this I requested a refund as I was in the resteraunt for over 1 hour 45 mins. The Manager or said he was, was very unprofessional referring to me as “ bro “ and trying to reason saying “ come on bro it’s all the same” I simply just asked for a refund on the food as it was clearly not there night. He point blank refused a refund stating take it up with the Head office. He would not provide me with head office number nor would he provide me with his name or anyone’s name that served me. I will never speak good of this Nando’s or will ever be returning to this establishment. Whoever employed this manager should be ashamed as he has no management skills and rather than defusing a situation actually makes it worse with his choice of words.

Fantastic! We were a large group of 15, with allergies. They were polite and helpful. The food was lovely. Although everyone was great, we would like to thank Marissa especially - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Nando's Bracknell.

I was at Nandos this afternoon and I was not impressed with the food. I ordered half a chicken with 2 sides. I wanted 2 legs. The staff member said this was not possible. Why should I pay for parts of the chicken I don't like? It makes no sense. I am a grown woman and I know what I want to eat. Nandos have lost a customer for life. The drinks were very watery. There are so many competitors on the shopping complex. Give the customers what they want or your competitors will get the business.

I had a horrible experience this afternoon when I took my family out to lunch.We were sat at table 19 on the ground floor, one of the waiters accused us of smoking a vapw out of the blue.We don't smoke, have never smoked and was surprised and baffled by such behaviour.d.The woman then walked away without apologising, I made a complaint to her superiors who tried to calm the situation. What made me angry is the arrogance and attitude the feeling of entitlement. This could have been avoided by good customer service or relations.I urge your staff to stop this kind of behaviour, it's not necessary.I think what annoyed me most is that the lady was unapologetic and felt entitled somehow. This spoilt our day out as a family.

Had been out all day and didn't fancy cooking, so headed for Nando's. Great food and service and wasn't too busy as we were just ahead of the evening rush.

amazing food, however the staff were lazy, looked like they didn't want to be there and were moping about, no customer service and some of them were rude, there was however, one younger lad who was very polite and friendly and helpful who was seating people his coworkers really let the place down

We were served today by JOSH. very professional and hospitable young man. We appreciated the service as he was attentive and made our experience better. Definitely one of the best places to eat.

We are regular customers at Nando’s Bracknell. Every visit has a friendly welcome. service from all staff is great especially Ben the manager. The food is how you’d expect from Nando’s I also have a gluten allergy and Ben always takes extra care of telling the staff chefs about cross contamination. Credits to him and the team. We recommend visiting this Nando’s 👍🏻

Staff were great, and so was the food.

We had an early dinner at 5pm on a Thursday and the service was super quick, the food was fantastic as you'd expect at Nando's. Love the fact you can wash your hands in the main restaurant (rather than using the wash basin in the toilets), this was handy for me as I'd filled up my car with fuel just before! The Chocolate cake was very nice too and can recommend that for sure!

Nandos are always good. Lovely staff especially the lovely Philippines lady that works in the Bracknell lexicon branch.

As a party of 6 we were seated promptly. The table was clean and tidy. Ordering took a little while but the server was polite and attentive. Food was OK, one of the burgers had quite staled bread but it was replaced with no issue. Would recommend.

Young lad was supposed to seat us outside but was too afraid to ask two men who sat down without being seated first to leave, so there were no seats left. Grow some balls.

I recently had dinner with my family, I was assisted by Rosie, she was really helpful in advising the food and also to get us sauces from downstairs, that was something really made us comfortable at Nandos, Bracknell. Thank you

Terrible experience today 25.05.23 Ordered in excess £100 food for work lunch for entire office team. One of the mains was missing. Called to request they deliver missing food. Whilst whole team could hear my call to Nando’s the person on the call refused to deliver missing food and said would only issue a refund. I explained not good enough as one person goes without lunch and they again said no they won’t deliver missing food! Terrible service. Their mistake and not prepared to redeliver just 1 mile from restaurant. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Was served by a lovely young lady called Fran. I was confused about what to order and what spice to have. She was so helpful & even recommended the halloumi sticks as a starter (which were amazing)The whole meal was delicious & I will definitely be back! It’s so nice to see people like Fran enjoying their work and offering such great customer service with a smile.

Me and my girlfriend came for lunch on a Sunday, customer service is at a high 10/10, despite it being lovely and sunny outside there were smiles all round inside. Also impressed by a Manager who didnt just ask what our pronouns are they also knew sign language which I thought was absolutely amazing. By far the best nandos weve ever been too because the food was also top notch. Big thank you :)

Nice place good food friendly staff

Nice restaurant, very clean and staff friendly and happy to follow you up.. I think the food was fine.. myself personally I miss the service aspect to the meal.. ordering and then paying for your meal first maybe ok for some but felt like a very cold generic process.. like ordering something from Argos or Amazon… the food came out very fast and hot..so no real complaints, for the money I spent I really want a more from the restaurant experience myself. However would I go again?? It would be a 4th or 5th choice.

Sai was excellent today . He provided us exemplary service and was very impressive and detailed oriented.

Absolutely fantastic! The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was enjoyable, the food was of great quality and very tasty! We were a large group with a mixture of 12 adults and children. We arrived late at 9:20pm (it was a last minute call to go out for food) but the staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming! Although it was almost closing time, we were still able to order what we wanted from the menu and we were communicated with properly yet politely from the very start about the couple of items that were available but that Nandos were running low on. Our food was cooked well and was not rushed irrespective of the time. The staff were very accommodating of us and our general all round experience was great! I would definitely recommend this branch of Nandos to anyone and would eat here again if/when I revisit the local area. Thank you for your hospitality!

Meal order for a child’s birthday, didn’t arrive! Called and spoke to the ‘Manager’ who refused to provide his name and told us it was tough s**t and wouldn’t deliver the food or provide a refund and couldn’t care less about children! Great guy and great business, if you want to be robbed!

Clean and family friendly atmosphere. The food was hot and delicious. The portion of the chips compared to the coleslaw and other sides was very generous. If you're counting on your side to fill your stomach go for chips 😅

My husband is disabled and uses a mobility scooter. The staff were super helpful despite a busy lunchtime, good quality food ,all round pleasant experience.

I come to Nando’s with my family and friends often. The staff members are polite and very friendly to us. Marissa was accommodating to us and made sure that we got our orders correct. I would love to come back again and again just to experience the same treatment from this restaurant.

Told there would be a ten minute wait for a table (fine) but even though it's January and sub zero temperature we had to wait outside. There was plenty of space to wait inside. Staff member just shrugged.

Was really pleased with our meal here. There was plenty of seating available despite being a Friday night. I had lots of options on the menu despite being pescaterian. We ordered at the bar which was pretty quick. The food was delicious with good portion sizes. Service was quick and still checked our meal was okay.

Delicious food. I enjoyed it. Most of the staff were good and they were gentle but there were some who didn't even smile. The toilets are kept neat and clean but there is one issue. The toilets are located upstairs and they don't have an elevator. That is hard on old people.

Food good as always but, quite a few times when coming here, our orders come out at different times. Also phone reception is poor and the Nando’s wifi is poor too!

I dined in with my 19 month old for an early Sunday dinner. The staff were very helpful and I enjoyed my meal as much as I could with an active toddler, who also enjoyed her food!

Meh! No service.. not best place. Never again.

Really unhappy with the delivery experience. The food came with the main meal missing, the fino pita, and the chicken liver was half the portion and completely burnt. There were no additional condiments, butter, etc sent. All of which was Nando’s fault. The manager on duty Thursday evening, approx 8:14pm, she argued about the liver portions and state. She took no responsibility to replace the meal and sort it out. Instead gave us the Deliveroo number. Really disappointing that it’s the restaurants fault, and my meal is ruined and it’s the customer who has to call Deliveroo ourselves and wait in the operator for 10 mins to get through. Then by the time the missing items are replaced and resent, it is another 30 mins. It’s taken a total of 1 hour and 10 mins to get the replacement. By which point the rest of my meal is stone cold. Really very disappointing service and pretty much ruined the meal this evening for us. No refund, no goodwill gesture to replace the whole meal and cold items. Just have to wait the hour out.

Took my Granddaughter for a meal lastnight. The chips were cold and very poor amount. The chicken wrap was terrible. it had no filling hardly and was torn in half rather than cut. it was extremely poor quality and quantity. im so dissapointed

We came here on a Sunday afternoon where the restaraunt was not too busy. Immediately we were greeted by two very young members of staff (a male and female) who were quite hilariously giggling to themselves, me and my party found this extremely rude and unprofessional. Ordered a platter with sides and wings The sides were cold. In particular the chips which were stale and were also supposed to have been peri salted but this was missed by staff. We made attempts every time a member of staff neared our table but it was as if they were deaf. The only plus is that the food came out quite quickly.

Deliveroo delivered half our order, we told the delivery driver who said that was all that was given by manager Alex. We rung up nandos who then blamed the delivery guy, who was still with us and he spoke with Alex and said that was the only bag he gave. Manager Alex then said he couldn't do anything for us after our order came to £109.00 with approx £50 worth of food we had, the delivery guy went back and got the rest of the order. It wasn't the delivery guys fault, and can only blame Nandos and manager Alex for his bad customer service. Won't be ordering from Nandos again after poor Customer service

Very busy felt like I was in middle if walk way not a relaxing meal.

I felt that me and my friend who is Turkish was being treated differently.

The meal was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant.. We had a chicken platter meal and the chicken was tender and flavoursome. Looks like we found our nandos for life!!

Very useless service!!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered food from the restaurant I. Bracknell and never got it. Just a lot of stories. Worst service ever! I feel sorry for anyone who orders from them.
