I love this costa, love the views, nice if youre shopping at next and fancy a nice drink or great to head over if shopping in Bracknell.

Coffee was good. Shocking that Costa still has not fixed the app to notify you of an automated cancellation. So you arrive and no coffee waiting. Not the store’s fault; poor (or purposeful?) app design.

The 2 staffs working on the closing shift today (29th july Saturday) around 6.10 pm , they were so annoyed for no reason and rude They were not happy to serve us, they said "you can only order take way you have to go out once you collect we have to clean" c'mon why so rude we didn't pop around 6.29 to order , I think they had quiet enough time to serve us, as it was 6.10 And giving us Luke warm coffee , may be they did that on purpose Worst customer service Please someone take necessary steps to avoid these kind of behaviours!!!! Waste of our time and money spent😒😒

Waited 10 minutes, God knows what they were doing. They were more interested in cleaning not serving didn’t even bother waiting had to go avoid this year, plenty of time

Waited ages in queue (only two people in front of me). Gave up...

Today, we needed to sit and chill as my brother in law had a leg injury. We popped in at 5.50pm, the first thing the lady said was, “we are closing in 5 mins” and it wasn’t polite. I asked if we were ok to order drinks and she said yes but we close in 5 mins so you can have it in a take away cup. We said that was was fine but when she was making the drink, she was just slamming the equipment and being quite rude. You could see she didn’t want to make us the drinks and it was a very poor experience. I understand it was coming towards the end of the shift, but the lady could have said, “I’m really sorry, we are due to close in 5 min but I can make drinks in a take away cup.” We decided to leave as she had very poor customer services and she was an elderly woman, shift was on Saturday - closing. We appreciate people have a long shift etc … but being kind, doesn’t cost anything.

Costa is always a solid choice for good coffee. Once they eliminate some more of their packaging and make themselves more environmentally friendly they will get more stars.

Great coffee and friendly staff. It a shame the air-conditioning is blowing ice cold air that can give you a nasty cold while you are having your drink.

Great drinks also a little slow and a que due to drinks being made and not alway enought staff. But never have a problem and it's clean and tidy

Not the best Costa I have been to, horrid seats. However, good gluten free range and good views from windows. Disabled access poor saw a group struggle with escalator so they tried the stairs, but had to give up. This is because Costa is first floor of another store. May be there is a lift, but nobody from store or Costa went to their aid so I take it there isn't a lift. There is another Costa in town on street level.

A larger Costa, when we visited on the weekend it was pretty packed. Could do with another staff member on the till as the line moved slowly. There are only two unisex toilets which seems out of proportion to the size of the Costa. The drinks and cakes were tasty as usual, the staff were friendly.

Good location, much less wait as it’s hidden away from the other Costa in town which gets really busy, only ever get takeaway coffees so I can’t comment on table service but staff are good to me

The location is good, but staff are not as friendly as expected. I ordered panini and coffees, it have to beg them to give me tissues. We are 3 people and hardly got 2 tissues. I think Costa is getting greedy on this aspect. If the are caring about environment the shall give tissue at least for each person.
