Great place Shame they have shut down the Beefeater best breakfast anywhere it was always busy as well. Don't know about building a breakfast place inside the hotel seems barmy to me they should take out all the baths & put showers inn. The riims are getting a bit tired still good though

Not Worth the Money for Meals – Okay for Sleeping The hotel lets you choose your room temperature, but it resets itself to a lower setting during the night, which made it quite cold. As for the meals, I felt like I was being ripped off. They used to offer a much wider selection for the same price, but now we had to leave and grab something from KFC nearby. The bed was comfortable, which is the only positive thing. I would recommend this hotel only if you're just looking for a place to sleep without any food expectations.

The room was only ok.but the food and bar ,where there was no draught bear was the worst place I've ever stayed in. The food was not worth the price. And i was charged £10 to get my key ,because i was 10 minutes early. If Premier inns read this i exspet.a full refund. Or given a free night stop at at a place of my choice. Or i will place a complete.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff couldn't do enough for you, very kind and helpful. Restaurant very close by, we opted for the breakfast / evening meal deal. A brilliant breakfast. The staff are kind, polite, attentive. Plus a perfect night's sleep. I would definitely recommend based on my experience

Stayed every week throughout July 24. Rooms were baking hot. Water pressure was rubbish. Phone signal rubbish. WiFi is as much use as a chocolate teapot. Nowhere to get an evening meal without going for a drive and breakfast was always running late which is no good when you have to be at work for 07:15.

The window had no view from my room & was very dark. The trees needed cutting back. Also it's about time they took the bath out & put prober showers in

Usually stay at an airbnb which works out maybe 4 times the price. Yet none of them ever have a choice of hard or soft pillows. If they do have a bath there isnt ever enough hot water to have one. Booked premier inn, 2 rooms, as went to collect a fur baby. Cheap , £100 both rooms. I expected hard awful beds. Lots of noise and well no sleep. Arrived, I'm in a wheelchair and one member of staff, the night older guy sorry cant recall his name was so helpful and friendly and lovely. I had a ground floor room. Didn't raje the disabled room as that's next to the car park and other reviews said car park is noisy due to workmen leaving early. Had a normal ground floor room and plenty space for my wheelchair. Choice of pillows, no stains , bedding no stains and so comfy. Kettle coffee. Plenty of hot water for a bath. Large towels and a big tv to watch in bed. Ask for a room at the back and you won't hear a thing. My daughter had a room upstairs and had no issues. To be honest and this is embarrassing afyer spending a fortune in airbnbs. This premier inn could teach airbnb hosts a thing or two. I'm converted.

After a visit to Picton Gardens, we enjoyed the opportunity to have refreshments for our group. We had booked ahead and were able to sit at our reserved seats.I enjoyed my cappuccino but did not have any cake. There was a good selection catering for some dietary restrictions.

Visited Monday and Tuesday, no food served. Pretty quiet but everyone friendly and willing to chat. Ate Wednesday, food very good. Lamb shank and steak, both very well cooked, tasty and descent portion size. Would recommend

I have lived in Leominster for nearly three years and, to my knowledge, this restaurant has been closed for at least two of them. The place appeared to be undergoing a refurishment for a while but that is no longer the case. No sign of life as of the date of this review.

Brother-in-Law's 70th birthday & Family Reunion (post 2020 lockdown!!). Food was excellent and the service was brilliant. Staff went above and beyond. Even decorated the room with balloons and banners. Special thanks to the Waitress who looked after us all evening. (14/8/21)
