We are staying here right now and the staff have been incredible, from reception to the restaurant the service is what I would expect from a 5 star hotel, nothing has been too much bother and everyone has gone above and beyond their job to make sure we have had a great stay. The room is impressive, modern clean and tidy and fully stocked, we had dinner in the restaurant and everything from the steak to the curry was incredible, we would come here for food always if we lived closer. We travel a lot and this has been our best stay, best hotel, best staff and best food for years

Awesome place to stay for a business trip or short stay. Rooms are lovely and comfortable, food is really nice and the staff are fantastic. They all go out of their way to help and accommodate your needs.

As you would expect from a Premier Inn. Affordable accommodation and comfortable enough. Breakfast was fine (although the orange juice was poor!) and great that children under 15 eat free (with a full paying adult of course). a little frustrating that they didn't have a take away cup for the coffee... which was pretty good. Biggest annoyance was that, considering it's location (not in a city centre, but on the edge of a quaint sleepy town) they decide to charge £3 a night parking... A low blow.

Visit to see friends booked in advance. I got a great deal on the upgrade room with the fridge. Close to town and some lovely shops. Bus service very good also and reasonable priced. Paking at venue as always no issues small charge though in years gone by its been free.

Nice new hotel, with not much parking. It's good to have a lidl across the road. The restaurant opens from 6 pm Parking now chargeable at £3.00. Just add the cost to the room, please.

As with most premier Inns it was clean and close enough to town to take a walk in and enjoy the pleasure of Ringwood. We stayed here in order to go to Bournemouth airport for an early flight because ideal location.

Disappointing & not what I had hoped from Premier Inn £91 per night for a single person plus an additional charge for breakfast and now parking. Customer service is next to nonexistent. Check-in self service. Parking charge self service. The shower hose leaked spaying the bathroom, my toiletries and towels. There was no toilet tissue in my room or in the male communal toilets and no one at reception or provision to make contact to report the problems. Service in the restaurant was painfully slow. The toasters barely worked taking a very long time to toast the bread. The fruit juice jugs were so full and heavy that some customers struggled to pour it. The staff couldn't cope with checking customers in for breakfast, replenishing the buffet and clearing tables. Clearly good management of this hotel is sadly lacking and a shortage of staff is evident.

Hotel was nice, we had a meal for which we had to wait an hour, on speaking to the manager about it, she went into the kitchen then came out and walked off without speaking to us. My partner found her to which she shrugged her shoulders and sort of apologised. However we would like to commend the young girl Pheobe and the girl in the kitchen for doing their best under pressure, this is all due to the lack of staff

Absolutely shocking service 13/06/24 Working from 7am until 7pm only to be told restaurant is only serving meal deal customers. Working away so everything is in a limited business card. Now having to find elsewhere to eat within walking distance

I stayed here with my family Thursday evening. Myself two daughters and 3 grandsons. On arrival we found that our rooms had not been allocated as we had booked. They were very short staffed and only one person in reception who was called Toby 😍 what a star he was nothing was too much trouble … went out of his way to help us. He was totally on his own but like I said nothing was a problem … sorted it all out even made the beds up so that we could all be in the same room. In the evening the boys were tired so he let us take food up to our room. Thank you again Toby for being the best !!!

Family meal with 2 young children. The pub itself is pleasant and menu has a good choice of meals. Kids Mac n Cheese meals were great, no issues there. I ordered the pork belly which was disappointing as the majority of the slice was just fat, very little meat. While the portion looks decent, it isn't and at £25 the whole dish was well overpriced for what you get. My partner ordered the lasagne at £17 which was also underwhelming, the portion was closer to that of a children's portion and unfortunately tasted quite bland. We did have deserts, as the kids had been promised. The crumble was okay, but nothing more, the sticky toffee pudding was very very dry and hard. While the kids ate there portion my partner only had a couple of spoons and couldn't eat the rest. During our meal we did not get asked once if we would like any more drinks, and the time it took from finishing our mains to clearing the plates was over 30 mins, with a further 20 mins for the desert. Such a shame, the reviews do not match the experience we had.
