Premier Inn Newquay (A30/Fraddon) hotel in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Convenient stop on a very windy day. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Great location. Room was clean but smelt musty along with the pillows which were instantly changed upon request. The corridors looked tired and hadn't been vacuumed. Musty, dirty smell throughout the corridors. The room wasn't cleaned even though the door hanger was placed on the door requesting a clean. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Nice hotel but very noisy as A road very close nice place however and pub next door very good

Lovely pub. Plenty of parking. Great variety of food at reasonable prices.

Service was great, the rooms were old; marks on the wall, scuffed curtains and a bath plug that got stuck and couldn't be pulled out, etc; Plenty of parking and shops nearby. Might be quite loud being on the A30 but it was fine for me. Recommend if you need somewhere to stay overnight on your Cornwall trip!

We arrived on late evening Friday 20th September, checked in and went for dinner in the pub next door, good food. We were due to go to a wedding the next morning Saturday 21st, woke up went for breakfast, went back to room my wife had a shower, however she was unable to turn the tap off, i tried and had the same problem. Reported this to main reception at around 09:40 am, the lady from reception came to our room but was unable to turn the tap off, the cleaner came to assist and suggested turning the stopcock off which stopped all the cold water, this meant we had no water for toilet, no shower as the hot water was too hot to use without the cold. As we had to be at the wedding for 10:30am which we were already late as we couldn't get changed because they were in our room. Before leaving for the wedding i asked could they please make sure it was fixed before we got back, we were told it would be, however when we got back the man on reception had no idea, so he came and checked and confirmed we had no water no shower couldn't brush our teeth, could not use toilet up to the time we checked out on Sunday morning, we will not be using premier inn again. We stayed here 2 nights on our Cornwall tour, it was comfortable and relaxing. Good service from the breakfast team

Would not stay here again. The room was boiling hot and no A/C and I didn't have any hot water to shower in the evening. The phone signal is bad and the WiFi the hotel provides is awful.

Never stayed here before. Very friendly staff. Good location for Kingsley Village.

The Room are nice but a bit tired, they could do with a revamp, heavey curtains gad holes in them, and were coming off the rail, staff were very nice, as were the cleaners, they have a lovely bar/restaurant and staff were helpful there as well, if you want a meal it's best to book as it gets buzzy. The location is nice you have a Mcdonals, a big M&S with a cafe, TK Max Boots, and a mountin come hikin shop, would stay again but have get rooms up dated.

Clean, comfy, convenient for traveling around Cornwall as A30 on your doorstep. Restaurant attached, and a Macdonalds next door. Scenery consists of a car park, the road, and a retail park, but if all you want is a bed for the night, this is great. There are some decent pubs nearby too.

I am visiting Cornwall St Austell for the weekend to see friends. I was having my morning breakfast, and it was lovely 😍 I have to say that Gillian was so welcoming and looked after me so well. Thank you so much, Gillian. I will be returning very very soon and will recommend it to friends and family. Also, I would like to add that I was eating my breakfast and heard a gentleman saying his breakfast was cold and the egg wasn't nice. I think the way he spoke to Gillian wasn't nice at all, and they was no need to speak like this about his breakfast. Gillian dealt with the matter well and professionally. If I would work for the company, I would be so happy that Gillian works for me. Well done, and thank you for my breakfast and service this morning.

I was stranded here because of work but it was a very pleasant stranded rooms great food great and friendly staff couldn't ask for more

Standard prem. Good location and easy to find. Next to a retail park. Only problem for me was that my room faced the retail units and so HGV driver with a refrigerated trailer parked almost outside the window so all I had was the fridge starting and stopping all night. Even with the window shut it was hard to stay asleep. Breakfast was good though. If I go again will ask for a room away from the road.

Company put me in there it's nice but a bit out of my way otherwise it is a nice quiet hotel.

Clean room, lovely stay for us as a family. Great facilities. Convenient to be right near the a30. Especially for a stop between traveling with a little one. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, loads of parking and conveniently located for what I needed! Was really hot when I stayed, but website states there is no aircon so asked for a fan at check in which was provided.
