Turning up at 19:00 i was greated by Mark who was very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stop over and visit our new granddaughter who lives locally. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy and the breakfast was ideal to set us up for our journey back to Cornwall. We will definitely be back on a regular basis.

I had an excellent stay at Premier Inn with my 18 month old baby. The room was clean, comfortable, warm and no drama with getting a cot. Already set up on arrival, ensuring a restful night. The staff were friendly, professional, and kind, making the experience even better especially with a toddler. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was good value

Premier Inn with great rooms, amenities and very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff, good food etc etc. Lovely pub situated right next door. Close to Maidstone and the M20 etc. Would recommend to anyone.

All you can eat breakfast is actually order what you want. Food overcooked and cheap basic produce. Staff friendly and convenient for family get together.

Staff very friendly and amenable. Car parking is not the best though which small spaces for larger cars and seems inadequate for the number of rooms available.

Service was amazing even when it got really busy. The main guy there was very good with our children getting them involved in breakfast.

I stayed here with my 6 year old boy for 4 nights that cost me over £300. I did not read any reviews or the website as this hotel has no air con and the heat is unbelievable. It would be handy to have a fridge on the room as I could not keep any fruit or anything cold in the room. Beds are comfortable, food at the beef eater is nice and the staff are lovely.

Staff are lovely. We had 2 rooms, 1 smelt strongly of damp/mold, rooms where clean and tidy on arrival.

Easy location, rooms were standard Premier Inn, lost a star as the pillows need replacing and a few marks on sheets. Staff were great, really friendly everytime I passed reception.
