Great place. Good food and service

If I could put 0 starts for all I would. Food was absolutely disgusting we only tried a bite of everything and it tastes stale and gone off. Onion rings were soggy and looked like they’d been chucked in an air fryer for a couple minutes, mosseralla sticks were green and cold. Both pizzas tasted like they had dish soap on them and the dough was dreadful. Honestly I’m not one to complain but this was not even edible it was absolutely vile and we spent £40 on this !!! This is a lot of money now a days and I am disgusted. I am even more disgusted with the customer service , I politely asked for a refund and to please take this ‘food’ back and they tell me ‘not our problem sometime food soggy’ and laughing at me when I’m expressing my frustration at the fact I just spent my wages on something that I can’t even smell without feeling sick, let alone eat it! I strongly advise not to order from this company. Me and my family are now going without food as they won’t even give us our money back so we can get something else.

Unfortunately the wrong pizza was delivered. I ordered tropical vegetarian but got Ham and pineapple. We are eating it as the order was already half an hour late but am very disappointed. We order regularly from you so perhaps you could offer us a promotional code for our next order

So wish I'd have spent £5 more and ordered from Domino's. The pizza was so uninspiring, only half warm, thin and floppy base with hardly any toppings. Bbq Chicken wings were so clearly reheated in the microwave and chewy. I won't be using them again!

Been wating 2 hours for food but still nothing I’ve tried to call but not answering ther Phone never order from here again

The pizza was superb. We had two and enjoyed them both. The dips were great. The potato skins good. The spicy chicken was lacking depth, the chicken quality was good but the spicing seems to be straight chilli pepper and for me it lacked imagination. The food arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was piping hot. Overall a very good experience at a very fair price.

Great value for money, full of flavour & it comes piping hot like you've just taken it from your own oven. Domino's & Pizza Hut don't even come close. Keep it up Pimmyz 👍

I don’t usually leave reviews unless they are positive but I’m going to make an exception on this one Website is easy to use and delivered on time Unfortunately our order was incomplete. I was assured that they would bring the rest straight away ( we live just a few minutes away) when opening the food we did get , My pizza was over done and I didn’t have the quantity of chicken wings stated on the website (8 , I got 6 ) an hour and half later the rest of my order still hadn’t arrived so I rang the company to speak a very impolite man on the other end…. !! Let’s just say We won’t be returning

Have ordered a few times off just eat and the food has always been amazing, never have any issues.

I just made friends with a lad who use to work here, in his late teens. He needed a job and started working for Pimmyz. He got paid £7 an hour, cash in hand. No tax, no national insurance, no holiday pay, no contract, no sick pay, no laws followed...just £7 an hour. I can't even begin to imagine what goes on in the finances in the business but it isn't something to discuss in a review but I'll allow you to make an informed decision when ordering from here. My mate worked here for a few months and was getting paid weekly but one day he had enough (due to being bullied and the many laws that are being broken) and didn't turn up the next day, which was when he was to be paid and now is due £300 of hard earned cash he'll never see. He needed this, but he won't get it so please be wary when ordering from these kinds of disgusting fast-food shops, they don't deserve our time and money.

Five out of five. Excellent service. Ordered with this company for the first time. Deliveroo who were supposed to deliver completely got the order wrong. I rang pimmyz pizza and they brought our correct delivery as deliveroo refused. I will definitely be using this pizza place again. I'm so grateful to the second driver and the person I was speaking to on the phone

After an incorrect delivery to us, with all blame to deliveroo, PimmyZ pizza was accommodating and redelivered our correct order (even though they don't personally deliver). The food we finally got was top notch in flavour and came piping hot. Best potato wedges in town! So so happy with this company and I give thanks for being so helpful.

Seafood Pizza had not got ANY seafood on it at all. Consisted of just cheese ONLY - just not what it claims to be simple as that.

Used pimmys for a couple years now, was really good pizza.... but, the staff has changed in the last few months and the pizza as well as the service is not as good as before. Why change something that was working fine . :(

Pizzas were brilliant and well done.The Twin deal was amazing and aptly priced as it had correct ingredients needed for a couple to share.Special mention about Chicken and BBQ wings as they were delicious and well cooked which is very rare to see in London Pizza shops.Loved your food and would definitely recommend for Pizza lovers.

Great pizzas, considering there is a rival chain pizza restaurant nearly next door to these guys they are SO much better and CHEAPER! The owner is really friendly and always goes out of his way to make sure that everything is ok with the food. Used them several times as we live round the corner. Won't get pizzas from anywhere else! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Got this as a takeaway on Just Eat and was so much better than other pizza places you can get a takeaway from. Definitely will be ordering again!

Tonight we thought we would try and we was so surprised. The food was delivered by a delightful man and it was yummy . We think it was better value and better taste them some leading pizza shops .

The pizza i had ordered was a pepperoni passion turns out it was a just cheese pizza had less chicken wings and the wedges were cold and it was late
