Incredible atmosphere and a quaint venue. Perfect for live music where you are not a million miles away from the act! I went to see Jax Jones on his Halloween weekend and it was the best performance of his I've yet seen. We were almost an arm's distance away! As this was my first time going out since the spiking scandals, I was fairly nervous about something like that happening to my friend and I, but security was on constant alert with anyone accessible from across the two-three floors. Drinks are average priced for what you'd expect, but fast service means you're never standing around for too long. If you ever get the chance to see a live performance here, or just go for a drink with friends it's a bar venue I'd highly recommend!!

Fantastic evening. Went here for comedy night. The atmosphere was great. We sat outside for a drink first then went in to eat. Food was great, hot and fresh. Prices were fair. Staff were all friendly, attentive and prompt I am probably too old for the nightclub but it look like a great time will be had by the younger generation. Just give it a go. Good luck to all the staff.

Great venue with lovely food and cocktails. We booked a table for dinner but wasn't advised on booking, or entering, that we would only have a short amount of time at the table due to a private event. Instead staff members tried to clear our tables while some people were still eating, and only then mentioned we needed to promptly move into the bar area due to the private function. The situation seemed to be handled badly which damped the mood slightly as should we have been told sooner we wouldn't have had an issue, but other than that we did still enjoyed ourselves.

Venue looks great. Once dancefloors return the Red Box is gonna be a proper destination spot. DJs played some killer tracks from Dennis Ferrer, Daft Punk and Flashmob. Despite the seated format, we had a blast! Overall a great addition to Maidstone's nighttime economy 👏👏👏 Can't wait to experience it when all rooms are open and restrictions lifted next week

The green room hosted a hen night with cocktail master class and it was amazing they worked so hard to make is perfect !! The food was amazing and the staff so kind. Thank you very much green room!!!

No masks, no check in, no social distancing, long wait for the drinks …. Not a fan, won’t return.

Really didn't live up to expectations. The whiskey room in particular was lacking quality of whiskey, choice of whiskey, decent glassware, knowledge from staff, nice furniture and atmosphere!! They served us neat whiskey in naff half pint glasses.

Cut our booking short, manager was really rude. Really unnecessary, will NEVER go back.

Cancelled an event I'd booked with friends but then refunded us less £11 as the hide that the booking fee is non returnable miles down the T&C page. Won't be getting my business again!

Cancelled event then refuse to give full refund. We would have come to you more often had you not of done this so now you will lose our future bookings and money from us and our friends

Absolutely amazing saw these guys are brilliant after us. Lucy Jack and Harvey absolutely amazing,! Cannot get any better than these guys. Really hard to find really great stuff in Maidstone but these guys really looked after us and we really appreciate it... Harvey the best bartender in very prestige Xx

High hopes, expected more, but was a little disappointed. Food and drink overpriced. Only 4 tables outside so our booking was cut short. Food was average. Lobster mac and cheese had no fish in it, but tasted like cheap fish flavouring. Staff inexperienced but very lovely. Lacked an overall premium feel that was expected from the hype and prices. Overall was nice, nice staff, but wouldn't rush back.

It’s about time we had an amazing new venue open in Maidstone... the ongoing works look great! Very excited!
