Run down and shabby. The hotel is cheap and in a decent spot near Maidstone but we expected much better for a Premier Inn. Tiles coming off the wall in the bathroom, cobwebs everywhere, blocked sink drain, suspicious stains on the walls and furniture, loud machine outside turning on and off all night, worn out sunken matress, shower curtain rail falling off the wall, cigarette smell coming in through the vents, noisy neighbors shouting at 2am... Oh, and only one towel for a double room. Best avoided this one.

Very nice hotel! Was there in June and the staff was really lovely with a delicious breakfast. It was clean, the bed was soft and it had a nice little view over the garden. I would love to come back if I'm ever in the neighbourhood again.

Used this premier inn as a base when attending a wedding in the local area. We booked a double room for one night with breakfast several months beforehand, but were informed 2 weeks beforehand that the restaurant was closed for refurbishment so we couldn't have breakfast. Thankfully, we were able to seek another venue for this as a group. The room was small, but had the essentials we needed, except Aircon. A fan had been provided and was already switched on for our arrival; a nice touch as it was very warm. The receptionist, however, was very slow, and kept picking his nose whilst serving us which was not great. Also, the phone rang continuously whilst we were in reception and was very annoying. I kind of wish he'd actually answered it, or at least asked them to hold.

Situated in a little village, surrounded by a picturesque landscape, the hotel is a sound place to lay your head for the night. The hotel is a looking a little tired but the staff are friendly and welcoming and everything works. As with most in the chain, there is an adjoining pub which serves food including breakfast.

Staff are always friendly and courteous. The menu had a range of food available and there were a selection of chefs specials. Looking forward to our next visit.

Why have hours on the door saying you’re open until 7 but close at 6pm? Rude female and male barista in there. We shut in 10 minutes, can you drink your tea in time before we close? Practically kicking customers out. They said the drive through is open until 7pm. Honestly, rudest staff there. Avoid.
