Premier Inn London Orpington hotel in Bromley

I like this premier inn. We all had a good night's sleep and comfy beds. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My favourite part was the breakfast buffet, which was cheap, plentiful, and had variety in types of food. The only letdown was the poor WiFi quality. The location is near transport and leisure like the Odeon and lots of shops.

It was very nice we had early check in and out ro was ready,there were clean towels and sheets. We had breakfast the staff were very nice the breakfast was great you could have continental or cooked. The location was nice with the Odeon and shops nearby. Overall nice stay.

I stayed here for a few weeks, the staff here are very warm and friendly, the room was also wonderful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This time Premier inn left a lot to be desired. We had a fire alarm go off at near midnight when we started to slumber which turned out to be triggered by someone smoking or vaping, so no fire as such, but staff on site didn't receive training to deal with an event like that and the alarm kept ringing for nearly 20 minutes. Staff had to ring a manager to figure what to do. By this time every guest was down the foyer (not a designated rescue area) waiting for things to be sorted. There was no guest list for headcount, no checks on the premises to make sure it was indeed not a fire. All the elderly people had to come down on their own on the stairs without the use of the evac chairs, so the evaluation time was up a creek. All in all a very disturbing night and we couldn't go back to relaxing and sleep!

Brilliant location to catch train into central London. Rooms clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom also spotless. Kettle provided. Breakfast delicious, plenty of choice. Only drawback, bedroom windows did not open, but can see reasoning, a vent at the top would have been advantageous Would stay again

not the best, clean but not great, lacks basic ammenitys that come standard at same priced hotel. Had faster internet in the 90s with dial up modems. not impressed but not disapponited.

Automated check-in. 1 out of 2 keys didn't work, but no way to solve that problem. Smelly room with no window to air out. Extremely slow WiFi. Great location. Bad execution of concept.

I was really surprised how quite and nice this hotel was. It is in the main high street so I expected noise but I heard nothing. The room was lovely and clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. We also had the breakfast in the morning and that was tasty and a lot of choice. I would stay here again.

Go regularly for their breakfast options as kids eat free with a paying adult. Food is good and cooked fresh. Service is swift

This hotel doesn't have a real address and there is NOTHING after 10PM.

The place, like all PI hotels, is looking tired due to lack of investment.
