The milk chocolate cookie dough was quite good. It was soft and had the right amount of chocolate. Best to have it warm and eat in. The coffee was quite good as well. It seems there were a lot of other desserts on the menu. I opted for the cookie dough, as it does sell quite a bit.

fantastic milkshake apart from the missing cream

Ok. Nothing special. Premium prices for cakes but not even basic customer service like service with a smile,greeting customers when they arrive,saying goodbye to them when they leave or serving the cakes on plates...waiters not even able to take your order at your table which is just lazy given that they werent busy...might as well buy tastier cakes from M&S and get more for your money. Milkshakes overpriced even the small sized ones....layout of place could also be improved. The saving grace for this place is that there arent that many dessert places in the vicinity therefore not much competition.

The waffles and milkshakes are always next level amazing.

£6 for the tiniest portion of apple crumble ever. Have submitted to just eat as this is appalling. Over a £1 for a small pot of ambrosia custard too. Shocking

Found my delivery driver outside someone else's door. When I asked him for my order and told him it wasn't for me and he was telling me there is no door number when u can clearly see a door number on my order ref, which I was showing him. Rude!

waffles were cold, milkshake was spilled in the bag. bueno pieces on top of waffles were stale. won't be ordering again.

Ordered chicken wraps but they only gave the chicken part

I have Ferrero milkshake all the time but this time it had a bitter taste and wasn’t enjoyable at all i have no idea why it tasted the way a it did, it was a different colour as well

Fresh, healthy, tuna salad - not what you’d expect from a dessert place but it was delicious. And not many places where you can sit in direct sunlight outside. Love their waffles too!

They kept pushing back our order and then the driver was lost for 20-30 minutes. The driver's attitude was horrid. The food was stone cold and melted when it arrived. Also the mozzerellas sticks where all stuck together because the cheese has exploded out of them and then gone cold making them fuse together.

First time here and did not disappoint! Food was sooooooo fresh, everything tasted lovely. Desserts where gorgeous!!! And the service was excellent, very professional and polite. Will see you for the next birthday

Theres alot to like about this place , the cakes are good although I think over priced , the fresh waffles nice and stay warm if you get a delivery . I think it should be free delivery for people who also live on the high street , no need to be charging a fee especially as you don't pay the delivery drivers you have alot of money . What I dont like is when a friend was working there as a delivery driver , if there was no deliveries the owner would tell them to come inside the shop and work and was paying £6 n hour with a small delivery fee , I think considering how much these guys earn theres no need to take advantage of people . Anyway , the manager a young guy he has been there for a long long time , he is a keeper I wouldnt get rid of him . I bought a coffee the other day , third time now I nearly got 3rd degree burns so chill out with the heating up of the milk . OVERALL great .

Service and delivery times were as expected. We had milkshakes, all of which were fine. Only issue was, two of the shakes were not upright on arrival. Fortunately, the lids were secure enough to prevent spillage. However, either more care needs to be taken in the packing process or the delivery drivers should be informed if they need to take extra care of the items.

Crepes tasted savoury even thought they were meant to be for dessert. They were also so tough they are hard to cut through. Not proper crepes at all, which should be light and thin.

Very pleased with the delivery by the lady with blue toyota. Quite cordial and professional, she sets the standard to high level.

Found pieces of wrapper in all 3 drinks! Was disgusting… will never order again and have raised a complaint to foods health and safety standards.

I was a bit skeptical on buying from a dessert place as its usually a small portion compared to the price, but this place was very generous portion sizes and the food arrived quickly and warm. Will order from here again.

Spent almost 20 quid and got a shot of ice cream and a slice from the cheesecake that looks as if a laser sliced it. Portions are a joke

What i ordered was really nice and can`t find any faults with my order. Would recommend trying them out.

Delivery was a little bit late but the food was amazing. We ordered waffles and they really do put so much on and real branded (actual mini oreos, nut the cheap stuff while charging high). It’s better than the other two dessert places beginning with K and the other with C. This one is more value for what we pay for.

The halloumi burger was dry, the waffle was good and the wings needed to be fried longer

Ordered a pancake with lemon and sugar, the simplest thing to make and it tasted awful. And to top it, it came on a plastic plate with a plastic tray as if it was prison food. Even though the place was empty they still didn’t even bother to bring it to the table with was a 5 second walk. This pancake cost me £5.50 and wasn’t worth even 50p. Wish I just went to McDonald’s and got a McFlurry for £1.99 instead. Really disappointed.

The cream had leaked all over the bag , my white chocolate waffle wasn't melted the buttons where just on it unlike usually melted and both waffles were cold also I didn't like that both bags wasn't sealed as usually everywhere does this so drivers and not helping themselves etc

Fabulous customer service sooooo good...sooo friendly people...from the attendant opening the door for us from the ear-to-smile and suuuper duper table service to the exquisite cutlery and presentation of desserts we were simply blown away by the service. It was though we had been transported back in time to the Mughal Dynasty and were being treated as royalty.The desserts are a bit on the pricey but who cares you only love once...truly the benchmark for what good customer service should look like....

Tiny tiny portion of sticky toffee pudding. Terrible value. Pudding was dry and hard at the bottom. Not what we usually receive, which has been very good in the past.

The waffle was cold and a tad hit soggy due to the packaging but it was still tasty. The beuno cake was absolutely delicious though!

These desserts are nice and very tasty but just minimum charge of £15 plus delivery charge at £2.99 is a bit pricey I'm aware that they have put the minimum price down from £20 but still too pricey it's not a full blown meal only a dessert so on that matter I'm not completely pleased. But these desserts are lovely other than that. Good job keep up the good work and thank you.

There was plastic in two of our milkshakes… we thought it was bits of the chocolate but when we continued to drink we began finding bigger pieces of plastic in our shakes!

I Had to wait over an hour and a half for the food to arrive, the ice cream had melted and the custard was cold. Which is a shame cos the food was delicious, overall very disappointed in the waiting time and the ice had melted and custard was cold. Also the lack of communication to inform me the food had been delayed.

Portion of apple and crumble custard are extremely small and a quite disappointing. Came here a few years ago and they were definitely bigger.

We are visiting on holiday and staying locally. Wife wanted a jacket potato and stumbled on this establishment. She also had hot cookie. I wasn't going to have anything until she told me they do a lotus cheesecake. I was not disappointed, and didn't get chance to take a photo, the term I destroyed was said lol. I did think £6 was maybe a bit over priced. But that could be due to the fact we have traveled from louth in Lincolnshire. It was throughly enjoyed and I'd be Happy to recommend this establishment for cheesecake. My wife enjoyed her jacket potato and hot cookie and said would have it again

Wow six pounds for smallest amount of cheesecake ever ordered online. I under that things have gone up but, I'm gonna stop spending my money at these places.
