Amazing hotel , very clean when you walk in . You’re greeted by very friendly members of staff who will do anything to help. When your waiting to get in your room there is free cold waters you can help yourself to free milks , coffees and tea for your room . We did the deal for breakfast and dinner it’s worth as as You save money . Had a pina colada cocktail with dinner was lovely and not that expensive. Breakfast was amazing they even let us take a few extra bits home in a tray and bags . I will definitely be staying here again the staff and wonderful and very helpful . So if you need a room in Bromley I suggest staying here plus it’s in a fantastic location .

I've just got back from my second trip here for work and have to say I am looking for somewhere else to stay next time. The location is fab and the staff for most part of friendly. However was unfortunately awake from 3:15am this morning with an alarm going off in the location for over an hour and then again at 7am although not the premier inn. I appreciate that it isn't their fault. However went to reception at 4am as couldn't sleep through it and the staff didn't know what was going on, where is was going off or what was being done. They also didn't apologise at the time or when I checked out either. The bed was off one of the wheels so on a slight tilt (bit manageable) and there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Disappointed with a bad night's sleep and an apology or acknowledgement would have gone a long way.

I booked a family room for my family of 2 adults and 3 children for 4 nights from May 9th to 13th. When we arrived to check in everything was great, friendly staff. We only left our luggage for a moment and then left the room straight away to go out for dinner in the evening. When we returned, the baby bed that had been forgotten was also there. The room was very small and had nothing to do with a family room. The bathroom was moldy and smelly and the room wasn't clean. The window couldn't be opened. Since there was no one at the reception and it was already late, we spent one night at the Premier Inn. The next morning we immediately fixed the defects. I asked for another room because it was a health risk for the children. I was informed that you can only offer an alternative for one night. What's the point of one night if I then have to look for a new room for the two remaining nights. The receptionist told me that I should contact Guest Realizations using a form. We looked for an AIR bnb and found it. After I got home, I contacted Guest Relations using the form. Premier Inn advertises a good night guarantee. Unfortunately, this is nothing more than warm air behind it. After waiting over a month for a response (because the affected hotels in Bromley were unable to select the drop down list), they apologized but refused to provide a refund. The reason is that we did not accept the offer for a different room and left on our own initiative. My partner and other people witnessed this incident. Even after repeated requests to check this again, we were informed that this decision is final. A little tip If this happens to you, write down the name of the receptionist and have this incident signed. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. To be lied to so boldly. I will definitely never visit Premier Inn again nor will I recommend it. Absolute disaster, and the guest relations were also unusable.

Ideal for visiting London. The hotel is in a city full of shops and restaurants, the train station is a 2-minute walk away. There are direct trains to the center of London that only take 16 minutes and others in only 30. Breakfasts and dinners with very good food, and the best thing is the very attentive, friendly and professional staff. When I return I will repeat.

Stayed here a number of times this time the last. In family room 402 and aircon broken. Room running at 24% with no possibility to open windows. Staff worked like dogs have no solution. Completely unacceptable.

1) no facility to drop off passengers in safe manner without incurring car park charges. 2) very difficult to locate the lift to get to the inn with large luggage. 3) not enough clear signage.

Wouldn't normally give chain hotels 5* but this was absolutely ideal for my stay. Rooms a good size, clean and quiet. Underground, secure and cheap car park. Receptionist was very professional especially as I was double tired when I arrived and the public transport links into Central London via Lewisham were excellent. I didn't try the food as I was up and out early, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't good. Definitely recommend.

No one on reception upon our arrival, all staff were in a room. One member of staff had her young son, aged about 7 with a fob around his neck, walking a round all day for a few days. He was collecting crockery from tables and doing unsuitable jobs for a child, mixing amongst the guests. Rude staff at times and as English is not their first language hard to understand at times. Rooms were scruffy and not clean, I wped the bathroom floor with a tissue as was wet and the tissue was black! Parking was terrible, no hot water in restaurant to make tea as machine was broken. No CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Arrived Saturday afternoon. Queue of 3 people waiting to check in. One person waiting to complain. Automated check-in didn't work. Male staff member behind the desk is very slow to check in. A female staff member came and helped him. The complaint was that he was in an expensive room , had asked for his room to be serviced, and it hadn't been done. The female said all they could do now at 15.30hrs was offer clean towels. We eventually checked it. The car park was close, and our ticket was validated for £5 charge. This is a great touch! Room 123 appeared clean,but when I dropped a lid to something, there was a chocolate wrapper under the bed. There was only one hand towel for 2 persons,but they were clean. The bathroom smelt of damp mop but was acceptable. Breakfast saff when they came to seat us were friendly. It looked clean and tidy but food seemed limited Disappointed that there was no bacon for my half full english. £10 is a lot of money for an englush without bacon.If we had known there was a wetherspoons a short walk away, we would have gone there.We have stayed in a lot of Premier inns. They are all basically the same, basic and clean with crisp white linen and towels, but this one is not the best we have stayed in. Won't choose this one again if in the area.

Absolutely horrendous place, second time here. Was told at check in not to book a table for food, so when turning up for food being told it's 1 hour 15 wait is totally unacceptable. "FREE" WiFi also never works. Luckily I'm only here for work. I'd strongly advise that this place is avoided.

The restaurant is the worst experience I've had in a good few years. Three of us went, person 1 got his main and starter at the same time as person 2 got their main. Person 2 then received their starter shortly after. After they had both finished I then received my side and my main, ten minutes later I got my starter that I couldn't eat Because I had already finished my main and side before it was brought out. I did try it though and it had enough salt on it to kill every slug in 3 miles. Still got charged for it even though it was brought out 20 minutes after everyone else's mains and inedible

The second Penge eatery I have found to discriminate against registered,uniformed service dogs and refuses to let them enter the premises... thus preventing the disabled human entering their cafe too. Very disappointing conduct.

The food is lacklustre. The duck fried rice is pale, pretty much duck mixed into egg fried rice. The Singapore fried rice lacks flavour, the king prawn in oyster sauce reeks weirdly.

Amazing place to come for breakfast after a cold school run.The vegetarian deluxe is delicious much better than that of local competitors nearby!10/10 and I am now a regular.The mac & cheese is also divine as is their smoothies!Everything is cooked fresh and fast and the presentation is elite!I recommend to everyone I speak to.
