Came here for some catch up drinks with a friend late afternoon. Great atmosphere great service so so friendly and lovely prosecco. Would definitely recommend!

The food was nice but definitely overpriced. The decor is very nice though.

Food very tasty, could have done with slightly bigger portion but that's because I wanted more. Staff friendly and helpful. Will be back to try the sushi.

Food was amazing, cocktails were fantastic, had a wonderful time there yesterday celebrating my friends birthday. Manger was lovely very helpful and friendly.

It was my worst brunch experience and staff members are very rude and slow. Loads of customers was also complaining about the lack of service. Also, if you go for a brunch at the moon I wouldn’t recommend the brunch as it was taking 25 mins for our drinks to arrive at our table. When you go for a brunch you only get a certain amount of minutes so half our time was us waiting on things to arrive like our drinks and food and hardly had a brunch because it was so slow the service and then my food came cold. I had to ask five different staff members on where my orders were and they said okay we get it sorted nothing was sorted and I had to go up to the bar and complain again and ask what is going on and then I asked for a manger to come to our table and had to wait ages to speak to a manager. Poor Everything do not recommend at all and at this brunch it says we can do cocktail making on there website and didn’t even get to do it so false advertisement to , We paid for a brunch which wasn’t really a brunch . Never coming back to this restaurant again .

One of my favourite places in beckenham! Great food and cocktails, brunch is also delicious. Had my birthday party here recently and all my guests loved it. The staff are amazing! Highly recommend

I went there and a Turkish guy started trouble 2 minutes later a bouncer came up 2 me because it's Turkish owned I got kicked out and nearly got attacked by 4 bouncers racist place think they can get away with it absolute joke if u r Turkish ull be fine but if a Turkish person starts trouble with u and you will get attacked disgusting if u can't protect yourself stay away

I hosted my 25th birthday party here last Saturday. It was amazing! The food was to die for, the bar was non-stop flowing and even made cocktails on request even though they was lots of guests to cater for. Any requests was helped with right away going above & beyond. The service was exceptional, I cannot complain in anyway whatsoever. An especially huge thanks to Madeline, Ozzie & Igor. 10/10! ❤️⭐️

This is my 3rd time here and the food had gone down. The communication is very poor with a few staff and my food had a long black hair in it. They over charge my group stating we picked the more expensive set menu which we didn't. I believe they have gone down and are over charging. By the end of 2025 this restaurant name will change again.

One of the worst bottomless brunches I've been to. The decor and atmosphere was perfect, a very cute venue. The main (chicken shish) was flavourless and dry. The starter squid was very tasty though. I had 3 drinks in total for a whole 2 hours. This is how slow the service is drinks were. For a bottomless brunch, this is ridiculous service. One particular male waiter was very rude, he gave the impression he didn't like seeing people drink alcohol or serving alcohol, yet chose to work at an establishment serving bottomless brunches.

Sushi is great, drinks look amazing and taste amazing. Very affordable and exquisite inside

The restaurant decor and food was great but the service is absolutely diabolical! it's such a huge shame. The waiters are beyond rude and the manager was even worse! The service was extremely slow for a bottomless brunch so we asked to remove the service charge and from then on we were treated like dirt. Do not set foot in this place if you want good service they have no clue how to treat customers. Truly a shocking traumatic experience as a woman.

If you’re a woman and you don’t mind being told to “have some class” by male members of staff then this is the place for you. He thought he could talk down to us and belittle us thinking the entire table was under the influence of alcohol. Unluckily for him a number of us (including myself) do not drink, and therefore I told him to not dare talking to any of us like that again or at all for that matter. He was upset that a complaint had been made against him earlier and his response was to attempt intimidation? Well he failed. The food was ok and the female members of staff were lovely, but I will never set foot back in this misogynistic place ever again. I feel sorry for the ladies that work there.

Worst bottomless brunch I’ve ever been to. Take too long with drinks and incredibly rude waiters. Don’t waste your time. Lucky I have even give one star.

I celebrated my birthday party with 70 guests and could not have been happier with the food, service and ambience. Everything was on point and enjoyed by all. I recommend this place fully.

This is a great restaurant to come too with large groups of families or friends. There is literally something for everyone. The cocktails are lush too!

Liked this place to chat over cocktails for a couple of times with my friend, we liked Negroni's and the chap that did them was excellent 14 quid a go... After he was not there, the other servers were crap... Also got a few false bills... bit of a shame ..

I never usually do reviews but after eating here, I felt that I needed to! Such a great restaurant and lounge, the venue was beautiful, the staff were amazing, Ozzy was so friendly and helpful, they took my allergies seriously, very reassuring and affirming. The food was lovely, came out hot and very very good portion size. I had Katsu curry and Californian sushi and my friend has the teriyaki salmon and also enjoyed it. Don’t order any drinks, so can’t comment on that. Will definitely be my new spot!

Came in for a drink. Took 20 minutes for somebody to even come over. Took our drink order very quickly and left without saying anything. Came back with a card machine to pay immediately before we’d even received the drink?! I wonder why, because they were bloody awful, no better than a Wetherspoons cocktail. To add insult to injury, they didn’t even show the receipt, they just held the card machine out, which turns out they had added service charge. £29 for two cocktails is a joke, considering we had literally the opposite of service, nobody even acknowledged us or gave us more than a combined 60 seconds the whole time we were there.

Wonderful sushi, great value, really nice owners. I went here with a mate to eat and watch the footie, and then again with my kids a few days later.

Celebrated our 70th birthdays on Saturday afternoon. Amazing venue, excellent food and service. Ozz went far and beyond to look after us and made us feel so special. Great atmosphere and highly recommend The Moon.

Today, Monday a fantastic experience. I took advantage of my day off to enjoy dinner without the chaotic stress of a Friday or Saturday night at Moon Lounge in Beckenham. In addition to enjoying a romantic atmosphere inside this restaurant, I also took advantage of a generous discount. Excellent staff and service, tidy and clean room and bathroom. Different and very well furnished environments based on the type of evening organised, I chose the restaurant room with a Japanese theme, fantastic. I tried many dishes on the menu (see photo) and the food was excellent, varied and tasty beyond my expectations. The two of us paid 100 pounds but with the food we ordered, 4 or even 5 people would have eaten. For people who like to eat well and without stress, I recommend this restaurant in the first few days of the week, I would go at the weekend just to drink and have some appetizers with friends. I advise.

The sushi was disgusting it had undercooked rice and old avocados in it. I really expected more from this restaurant

Me and my freind used to go to this place all the time and went the other day in the day time, and was surprised to see the name change, the place looked nice with the new bar at the front, anyway we went there me and my freind got are drinks it was quiet, there was two other groups in the bar, I hadnt even finished my drink when the waiter came up to us not even asking if we want the bill or another drink and asking us to pay with the payment machine, I was pissed off as I found that quite rude as he didnt do it to the other groups there and he has seen us there many times before so knows were not gona run off without paying, kind of felt like discrimination and didnt make us feel good at all, some of the staff there need to work on being more welcoming as that kind of behaviour will lose you customers.

I got takeaway last night, and around midnight I was constantly throwing up and I have all the symptoms of food poisoning

We booked for a 2 hour bottomless brunch in which we repeatedly had to ask for our drinks and waited over 20 mins for those drinks to arrive. The food was tiny and the staff weren’t very inviting. I would definitely NOT recommend.

I visited Moon on Friday and was very impressed. We had a delicious lunch in the sunshine and shared a Prawn and a Squid starter followed by Sea Bream & Black Cod both served with lovely fresh green vegetables. The cocktail of Chilli Margarita was spicy & spot on. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly and we somehow managed to stay there well in to the evening as we were enjoying the classy surroundings so much. Well done Moon, I will be recommending to all and will be returning soon

This place is stunning, the food is amazing , shoutout to the chef , the staff are so polite and accommodating, they always go beyond , my partner and i love this place and it has become our regular spot, lovely decor , i highly recommend

Went here for my daughters birthday. It was a lovely venue.

My partner and I chose this venue to commemorate our 6th anniversary, drawn by its beautiful decor. The beauty of the place exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the culinary experience matched that of a 5-star restaurant. Surprisingly, we were treated to complimentary shots before departing. We certainly plan to return for future celebrations. Ozzie and Michael, our attentive hosts, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with both the cuisine and service. Only downside is that my lamb cutlets could have been copied more as it was a little undercooked and I was unable to finish it but I still enjoyed my starters and mains. Would defo come back here again.

I attend Moon on a weekend night regularly and always love the service provided. The music is always on point! the staff are so friendly and make sure everyone is having a good time whilst staying safe. The drinks are great and made strong! The late night closing time of 2am makes sure no one’s good night ends premature. Place to go if you want a good night with a good vibe!! The security are always making everyone feel safe and enjoying their night, no trouble ever caused.

Absolutely fantastic service tonight. We have attended moon with our group of girls and have had a brilliant time.

Went here Wednesday night (few days before Christmas) service was TERRIBLE. 2 people (1 waiting & 1 behind bar) decided to serve me drinks walk off half way through to serve a table and then come back and continue finishing making my drinks. Never will go back - bet this place closes within 24m

Randomly found this place as I was walking along the high street and decided to give it a try. Glad we did. A beautifully decorated restaurant with fantastic atmosphere & more importantly very delicious food. I especially enjoyed the calamari and sushi. Drinks were also very nice. The service was fantastic, each member of staff we interacted with was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend if you are in the Beckenham area.

Discrimination at the highest in there by both the Bar manager who has such a high attuide problem and stress complex she takes it out on customers & the Door staff who when you tell you have a condition, think it is ok to laugh in your face. Send your staff on sensetive training or some sort of workshop because if it continues it won't be the name of the place changing next, it be the locks from the council from the constant disgusting service.

Would recommend never to visit this place. The security think discrimination is acceptable. Not a place I would ever want to go to.

I chose "my place" to celebrate my birthday with 18 guest, from start to finish, everything was painless and enjoyable, Danni is absolutely amazing, the waiters and those serving the table were very attentive throughout the whole day, they listened and put up with my last minute additions, made sure everyone was happy. Thank you so much my birthday celebration was such an enjoyable night, the food was delicious (all 18 guest were very happy) the music was fantastic the atmosphere was perfect. Thank you

Wasn’t allowed in because I had a man bag but ladies can have a hand bag and be allowed in. Never heard such a ridiculous rule in all my life. Sexism at its finest. Doorman were rude and ignorant.

The bouncers here racially discriminated my partner because he was wearing shorts but yet let in 3 men wearing shorts right in front of our faces. When I challenged this and asked to speak to a manager to discuss their dress code, the bouncer said he would not be doing this. At first he said it was because he was wearing shorts and then he changed it to that he was wearing a t shirt. This is disgusting and appealing behaviour and I would warn people not to attend and spend their money in this establishment

Good food, friendly staff. Cross between restaurant and nightclub. Too loud for the restaurant but good music and atmosphere later on.

My place thinks they are some Mayfair club, they are situated in beckenham and have no class, fuming they wouldn’t allow me in in crocs & said it’s all about ‘the image’, petition against this please.

Terrible food, out of 8, none of us ate our meals, we let the waitress know and she didn’t help in anyway and we were still charged the full amount despite only eating a few mouthfuls each, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

There is lots of room for meeting friends and the decor is good. The drinks did not live up to expectations especially after the efforts of the bartender. The service was ok

Wow wow wow there’s nothing bad I can say about this place the food was 5* quality the staff was so attentive and helpful with recommendations of drinks meals ect! The drinks were amazing this is a gem! I recommend you go late evening and then the open up the club part until 2am! You can dance the night away and get drunk straight after you eat full of vibessss! Met so many lovely people whilst dining here and to the waiter that served myself and my partner that overheard we had recently got engaged when we was talking to a Group gave us complimentary drinks!

Went for drink with friends . One drink wasn’t what we have ordered . When we asked staff behind the bar , the lady said “that’s what she’s heard”. No sorry and of course they didn’t change the drink . 🤷🏼‍♀️ Otherwise was ok.
