Costa Coffee in Bromley

Not great, they let a well known local beggar in to their coffee shop whom then harasses customers for freebies. Not very clean either..

Frappe tasted just the same as it does instore. Quick delivery. No melting

This is dirty shop with bad practices. I gave to me dirty knife and folk with my dessert. I went back and ask for clean one they clean the blade of knife and left the dirty, with stain and water marks on the handle and brought it back to me. Flies were in the croissant cabinet helping themself on croissants.

When you go into a coffee shop, the outcome you're looking for is to leave (or indeed stay) with a hot beverage. Not to be left standing for one minute whilst the staff, in full view, giggle and titter at something on their phones. I had a train to catch and had to leave with one less beverage than I'd intended.

Great service and really nice hot chocolates.

Received completely different order from once I placed, they refused to give me a refund. Although the delivery man saw what I’d ordered and what I have received was different.

My son is 16 and has cerebral palsy and the lady behind the counter wouldn’t take an order from him, And kept looking at me to answer all of the questions about the drink he required, every time she asked me a question I just looked at him and she never quite got the point.. he is disabled, not incapable, also needed to repeat every question about the order seven or eight times before we finally got what we wanted. Not great.

Nice Costa, staff are always pleasant and friendly.

I haven't stayed here to get anything. I think I brought a coffee for my friend who used to own the off licence. But the staff are very friendly and welcoming 🫶🏾👍🏾🫶🏾

Popped in for a takeaway coffee after a work meeting. Clean, tidy and excellent service.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The shop floor is clean and managed well. The service is usually pretty fast and they have always responded to my requests. I have dined in several times for lunch and never had an issue, although I would say that the food does tend to sell out very quickly and does not tend to replenish closer to the end of the day so bare this in mind if stopping for anything other than cakes or biscuits/snacks. There are plenty of paid parking options in and around Petts wood around side roads.

Ordered my food through JustEat. Never arrived. Waited an hour then I tried calling, only to recieve a reaponse from an automated line stating "our line is closed currently". Money never got refunded into my account.

your policy of not accepting £50 resulted in my order not being given to me and I will never visit you again.

Who doesn't love a Costa hot choccie! Nice bit of carrot cake too. Staff are friendly and professional, even when a customer was rude to one of them.

Very convenient location, 30 seconds walking distance to Petts wood station. Toilet facility is available. You can park your car at Morrisons car park (2 hours free parking), the Costa does not have Wi-Fi, but you can use Boots Wi-Fi .

The driver was lovely and helpful and very efficient and kind

I had coffee and it was one of the worse one and i had to pay over £3 for that,the same day i had another coffe at Costa in Orpington tesco and yet it was fine i guess its just the difference between barrista

On time perfect bacon bap’s and a large latte Would order again delivered within 30 minutes

Appalling service. Took over an hour to deliver a coffee which then arrived stone cold. Also ordered a frostino which had melted and turned into a pot of slop. Would have been faster for me to walk there and back. Won’t bother again

Unsure if they gave me the wrong drink? I ordered a Golden Caramel Frostino with coffee and was given this neon yellow drink??? Tastes horrible.

Not really impressed by this shop the best sofa was a Lazy boy which was nice but not what we were looking for. Sorry not for us!

Found a small table for 2 even though it was fairly busy. Tables weren't being cleared though. We had to ask for our table to be wiped but it took a few mins for her to understand and she looked surprised! Tables should be cleared & wiped regularly. Not good.

Visited just after 9am. One toilet out of order, other one filthy, smelly, paper etc scattered over the floor. Could not have been cleaned before the cafe opened today. Really worrying about the hygiene standards in this shop especially at this time. Complained to staff as we left. Please get the basics right!
