Very nice friendly service but the food tonight not so good. Very dry overcooked chicken. We were also concerned about the poorly kept fish tank on the counter with no filter and murky water. Shame as the people are nice.

Definitely gone downhill. Used to Order from here a lot but the food this evening was awful. Duck was dry and hard. Pancake roll had no flavour and chow mein was also dry and tasteless. Would not order from Here again sadly.

Amazing food and delivery is always fast with food still hot, their Kong Po chicken and Chicken chow mein are the best I’ve had. Clean, tasty and quality ingredients. Lockdown Friday nights are Golden Valley nights. Best takeaway Highly recommend 👍

I have passed by this place several times without really noticing it, but was recommended by a friend. Excellent. Perfectly cooked rice and noodles, chicken satay one of the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommended

This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning as the food was great value and great tasting. Service was also quick as I did not have to wait long for my order to be prepared. I went in person to order but you can order over the phone and collect or have delivered.

We have enjoyed take-a-way food from Golden Valley for many years. Quick and friendly service, food piping hot and very tasty. Prices are reasonable too. Happy to recommend.

Really disappointed with my local Chinese takeaway - they have left out an ordered item for what is now the second time so have had to go back at great inconvenience and pick it up. No apologies or goodwill gestures have been forthcoming. More importantly, they seem to be cutting corners with the quality of the food as it just does not taste very nice. Won't be using Golden Valley again.

My most recent meal this week was really good and I have been a customer of the Golden Valley Takeaway for more than 10 years. Their food is always fresh, it always tastes good I don't think that there have been more than 2 mistakes with orders in all that time. For a takeaway they are 5 star. Peter.
