Costa Coffee in Bromley

I definitely recommend this Costa for a fast service lovely coffee and the nice view. I visit once a day and am happy with the quality and especially the service from Kaiti and her team.

Attitude problem certain staff member there is rude and always has a chip on his shoulder

I’ve been there yesterday afternoon. I drank a watermelon and mint refresher and bought a bottle of water. The service was very quick. The staff were friendly. And the atmosphere is nice enough. I can’t have any complaint. Oh yeah and the price I paid was pretty friendly in my opinion.

A busy Costa outlet, with tables over two floors, most of which were occupied when I visited. Good wi-fi and toilet availability.

I have become a regular here. The servers are friendly and know what I want before I even open my mouth. It does get very busy at lunchtime so be warned, I tend to get there after 5pm where I can get seat and it's less noisy.

The place is clear and perfectly air conditioned for a hot day. Was able to just relax her for a few moments of a very busy day. While in the cue I noticed a staff member who's name I think I saw was Chex. He was incredibly polite to every customer as well as in the interactions I saw him have with his colleagues. Not that everyone wasn't polite but he seemed to be creating a nice work atmosphere for his colleagues as well as for the customers. Was lovely to see.

Server had long dirty hair dragged her hands through it several times while serving did not smile very rude Coffee and bakery treat good as usual.

There's room to enter on a second Entrance with a wheelchair, and there's also room outside if you want to sit outside. And it has accessible toilet available. Some staff are ok, but one lady. There Has a bad face and attitude. She stays that you like you are s..t I'm not allowed to say or publish it. There's no need for it if you can't do customer service. Then leave the job, find something else better to do that My opinion Anyway, good place for a quick drinking & snack enjoy.

Typical costa. Coffee is good, toasted sandwiches are fine. Service is generally ok, but can be a bit slow at times.

I visit once a day either before my shift or on my break and am happy with the quality and especially the service from Ina and her team. On occasions technology does go wrong but that happens everywhere. If you have no cash here’s a little tip, order on your phone 😉

It's a coffee not as good as mine

Very busy Coffee shop. Cheese & Ham Toastie's and a Latte al round for my wife, daughter and me.

Refused to honor vouchers that are valid in every other costa , except this one. The food is terrible and its no wonder this place got shut down for a week! Stay away and go to a better one!

This Costa is quite big, there are two floors and plenty of space, so I like it. Had a cappuccino and a slice of biscoff cheese cake, both very good. Unfortunately I’m not very happy with the customer service. They accepted only cash as the card machine was broken. Also, when ordering the cheesecake, the barista told me a different price from the one displayed - a higher price - and had to correct her as, fortunately, I read it! Not very nice.

Service shocking, cup still had lipstick on it from a previous customer! Food not given butter/jam for toast, No milk for tea Not busy staff standing chatting! prices very high for the service and food f

We arrived in London Monday 23rd October parked the car, and went to get a coffee to be greeted by the most unwelcoming man i have ever met who definitely shouldn't be doing the job he's doing that he clearly doesn't like , manners cost nothing ,i have never had to write a bad review but thought i definitely needed to this time

Extremely rude staff "Frinata" makes latte coffee with 90% frome then makes a new coffee after I complained and used the wrong milk and got a refund and went to a different coffee shop very very close by.

All good but cutlery was old and not clear and shiny..this adds too my customer overall experience as it feels like I am stirring with old or kind of dirty cutleries… Simple thing to improve.

Got a couple of lunches here was week. Friendly and polite stuff, quick service. Love their cheesy melt toasty and banana bread. Great cortado

Accogliente ampio, ottimo il cappuccino. Il caffè espresso tipo italiano più che dignitoso. Personale cordiale. C'è anche una scelta di alcuni tipi di pasticcini SENZA GLUTINE e il personale è informato del problema (cacao spolverato sul cappuccio era Gluten Free ma per sicurezza non abbiamo rischiato). Buoni i toast. Dimensioni cappuccino: lo Small in Italia sarebbe un cappuccino grande extra large. Non vi dico il Big 🤣🤣🤣 Ok anche latti di Soya

Excellent coffee and service as usual.

Good location and easy to find. The experience can be underwhelming. Perhaps they are going through a recruitment drive. The last few times I have been in I've had to remind the barista of what I had ordered or was waiting for. It hasn't been busy when I have been in recently but the service is still slow with the communication between baristas slow and mixed in information. Hopefully it will improve when the new staff are more confident using the system. Drinks are nice though. Use the app to get a virtual coffee card, free coffee after so many purchases.

Not a fan of Costa coffee to be honest, but I’ve had a good time sitting at the outdoor table and just chill in the nice spring breeze looking over people on High street :) very good location.

Good coffee and food but very slow service lately.

Poor experience, in particular one of the staff was extremely rude, kicked me and my friends out after we had unpacked our revision materials stating we need to go I honestly believe that staff needs retraining on how to address customers as he assumed we were not going to buy anything.

Had a voucher for a free coffee. Told that I couldn't use it as system was down. Hmm second time I've been told that.

15 minutes wait, to be served, with only 4 customers in front of me. Then my free coffee was used without me being asked if I wanted to be used.

This Costa coffee shop used to be our favourite coffee shop in Bromley. However, for the last couple of years it has become unkempt: messy and hardly ever cleaned both inside and outside The staff, although friendly, do not seem to put any effort in making drinks - capuccino is often comes with very little, if any milk foam on top, etc.

Toilets disgusting and always half out of order. Some staff nice, one man was extremely rude and physically kicked a friend before pushing her out of the door. And stating “I don’t need you as a customer” to another, before making her leave too. Disgustingly treated.

Nagyon gördülékeny a kiszolgálás, Kedves személyzet. Nagy a választék a kávéból és a teából, a hozzájuk illő sokféle pékáruból. Amikor ott jártam március volt és kicsit hűvös, de mi kint ültünk le. Ajánlom mindenkinek 🙂

Friendly service, particularly once they see you're a regular. Convenient order in advance facility, using the Costa app. Become quite pricey though.

You shouldn't have ina on the till. actually rude and no customer service skills at all.

they dont open at 6:30 even tho they already take online orders and really their shop says they open at 6:30
