Premier Inn London Bexleyheath hotel in Bexley

I was checked in my Jo, she was absolutely wonderful! She made the effort to have a lovely pleasant chat with me while checking me in which really brightened my day. The rooms are as expected with pretty basic amenities and what not, clean and tidy but just a couple things to note were the plug sockets coming off the walls and the constant rumbling of the fan all night, but if I’m completely honest it’s not that deep.

Apart from a dusty headboard which looked like it needed a good hoover it was a pleasant stay.

The service from staff especially Jo and Peter was excellent. However as Premier Inn policy is to not allow room windows to open even a fraction for fresh air (which they can safely), our room smelt of cheesy feet and BO from previous occupants. We moved to another room and exactly the same although they’d tried to mask the smell with strong bleach in the bathroom! If a smelly room doesn’t bother you then all good. The reception staff did what they could being very friendly and helpful but ultimately the room smelt off for the 3 days we were here. Premier Inn need to sort this problem but will no doubt ignore it even though they know!

Stayed here a few times, and always been pleasant. Only issue we've ever had is that the 1st floor rooms all seem to have a damp smell to them, but they do have bigger bathrooms than the rest of the floors. I do wish they would provide alternative milks for those of us with dairy allergies/intolerances. I do think the rooms need some small updates like more than 1 socket by the bed, but it's not a huge issue for us. The staff are always wonderful, every single time, and the food is always good with a wide variety for breakfast. although I would like to give a shout-out to Louise, Jo, Sam, Juhi and Louise for being such friendly faces at breakfast. Location is great too, very close to an Asda, and the shopping mall, plus a 20 minute walk to the station with links to London. Really can't complain

This is strategically located just 4 minutes from the clockwork shopping centre Bexleyheath. Neatly arranged,big sized room and highly recommended.

Excellent customer service from Josephine , nisha and the manager Peter. The food was amazing and fulling from the chef Steven and jordie. Will definitely be returning.

I had an awesome stay at Premier inn. It had everything I needed for my weekend down in London. Huge gratitude and a special shout out to Jo and Nisha, kind and very helpful personnel who made my stay as a guest even better.

Clean and tidy lovely staff (didn't like the self check in) but the staff were very helpful accommodating myself my partner and our 1 year old hotel is close to town centre the only downside was the 4th floor smelled of cannabis

The hotel is worn out and very dirty! Elevator is falling apart and is very dirty. The second elevator has been out of service for days. The breakfast room is very unkempt and all the tables are sticky. Dishes are anything but clean! Only the bare minimum is done and repaired. The asking price is not fair by any stretch of the imagination!

The lady on reception (Samawiy)was really friendly and helpful, customer service top notch.Wish more people would be as professional.

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Premier Inn, and it was truly one of the highlights of my stay. The team, led by Nisha and Silvia, delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to all tastes. From freshly baked pastries to a hearty full English breakfast, there was something for everyone. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the bacon and sausages were full of flavor. The buffet was consistently replenished, and everything tasted fresh. What really stood out, however, was the service. Nisha was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all guests were well taken care of. She was quick to assist with any special dietary requests and always did so with a cheerful demeanor. Silvia, with her friendly and approachable attitude, made sure that our coffee cups were never empty and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. The trip was splendid I really enjoyed the service of Joe Peter Nisha and Sylvia and the quality was amazing it was nice and peaceful here there was a great view and very comfy seats the walkability was great my seats were so close to the food and it was very warm inside

Even though I'm not happy with my booking I had requested a family room, and was given a double, all rooms were fully booked on our arrival, if it was not for the receptionist samawiya at bexleyheath premier Inn we would of been stuck.

I went for breakfast with other mums we had a great time I will definitely come back😘😊😊

Receptionist Samawiya provided excellent service and guidance.never seen a receptionist so keen about customer service.room was nice and clean.brilliant experience overall.

Best hotel, I’ve been to a while just wanted to leave a review for Nisha it is rare that you see friendly , accommodating and nice staff but that changed when I came to this premier inn she made our stay very welcome, helping us with everything, thank you nisha.

Out of all the Premier Inn’s I have stayed at, this experience, has by far been the best! There is staff at other branches that doesn’t care, however here it seems REALLY friendly, and honestly an ALL ROUND great experience! Me and my partner have chosen this hotel for tonight unsure if we will be satisfied as we never stayed before, and I can honestly say we are over the moon, especially with the two night staff we had the pleasure to deal with TONIGHT! Thank YOU SO MUCH, Irina and Tsvetelina! You have both been AMAZING! All the best, staff like these two should be at EVERY BRANCH!!!!

Lovely comfortable home away and home hotel. Very clean and tidy, easy to find and bonus restaurant next door, plus you don't need to go outside to enter it. Staff always ready to help 24/7 with any issues you have with a smile on their faces. I would be happy to stay there again.

Great hotel, very convenient for travel to the O2 and parking was only £6.95 for 24 hrs, excellent for a London hotel. The breakfast in the restaurant next door was delicious and very friendly team in there and in the hotel.

Stop here fairly often when visiting my Erith Depot. Always friendly, car park near (just make sure you pay on entry, not exit) Brian on reception is a top guy, really knowlegable and helpful.

Really well located and friendly staff at this hotel. Unfortunately had an issue with toilet overflow constantly dripping through the night so reported it and the member of attended to make a note so I’m sure it will be sorted. It’s was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
