Was painful trying to order a basic Pizza with the guy over the phone, I've had better interactions with my flip flop, when I finally got the Pizza I asked for a BBQ base but think they must have put on a F all base because it was totally tasteless and hardly any toppings. A real shame as its normally nice from here.

Variaty of food shops. Some good, some not so. Jade garden Chinese is banging. The Sun not so good. Good kebab shop called Super kebab. Indian restaurant not bad if you don't want to travel but I would order takeaway from somewhere else. Chicken shop next to pizza hut has improved a lot over recent years and is now trustworthy to eat from. Pizza hut and Subway is the same as any other. Never tried the fish and chip shop Joe's, because I always get mine from the Frying pan in Pasonage manorway, which is by far the best fish and chip shop in the world.

The pan Hawaiian is ace. Delivered hot and fresh to my door. Great food for the chilli weather. Delivery man always polite and appreciates a tip.

We placed an order in Pizza Hut Northumberland Heath. An employee called Biant made our food and it was delicious and full of taste🍕 Staff was also very friendly. The shop was also very clean 👏 highly recommended 👍

Although delivery was prompt the pizza was poor yesterday. The pizza arrived squashed with cheese stuck to the inside of the box lid (see photo). There were a couple of slices with hardly any cheese (see circled in photos) and this is unacceptable when I had paid for the extra cheese too. I also asked for extra jalapenos but they failed on this. I will not order from them again. Suboptimal.

The delivery and quality of food never ever disappoints. Even with UberEats/JustEat/Deliveroo, Pizza Hut is still at the top every time I order it is always what you expect, well cooked and worth the money.

Me and my family ordered off deliveroo we ended up getting food poisoning we was throwing up all night..

The pizza is very nice and they have good pizzas however they may miss some items in your order and it is really difficult to tell them as they say we have to go through the delivery service and complain to them and so on so your issue does not get resolved but overall the quality of the food is really good.

Would not order there again the pizza was absolutely horrible no taste over cooked waste of money.

This branch always looks after us well, only thing with this and all pizza huts, the sides are overpriced for the quantity you get.

I can only give 1 star for Erith pizza hut. They did not deliver part of my order then they took nearly half an hour to deliver the missing item. By which time the rest of our food was cold.

I work in the area every Sunday and will get a small pizza and drink deal every now and then on collection. Pizza is always nice, hot and fresh. Service is OK pretty straight forward!

Witnessed 6 staff coming in-and-out of the shop going into other shops coming back into shop without sterilising hands or wearing mask I ask a member staff why they were allowed to do this he only said . I'm sorry. My advice steer clear hygiene standard here are beyond disgusting

Honestly. Best pizza hut I've ever tasted/been too hands down!!! Shout out to the chefs that cook the pizza in this place, base is crispy and dough is perfectly fluffy.... Keep doing what your doing!!! Open up soon guys... Can't wait to come and visit in person. 😁

I ordered via Deliveroo and simply ordered cookie dough and and garlic bread. The cookie dough came with no ice cream first of all and it was so greasy and full of sugar. Disappointed. The garlic bread with cheese was dry I prefer Nandos garlic bread I won’t be ordering again.

Disgusting abuse of vulnerable people in these crazy times. Refused to deliver to the door in a retirement home and refused to refund the order! Manager is really disgusting and has NOOO knowledge of customer care

Terrible service. Pizza did not turn up after 2 hours! When I called to chase they left me on hold for half hour before I had to give and go Dominos!

They have a deal for any pizza any size £6.99. Great for a lazy Friday when you are broke but not keen on cooking for 3 boys.

What a joke and a waste of time. Placed my order online 30mins later they call me to say they can't deliver to my door I have to come outside as theyve had problems with sime delivers in my building. Asked if they could come to the first floor courtyard as I didnt want to go outside and leave my child alone. Said no and refused saying nah our drivers cant get in lifts????? Maybe put something like that on your website so people know to order from dominoes next time

Really great site, good prices and variation, discounts, friendly delivery, stored nicely, big pizza... BUT every time I ordered, I got bad diarreah. Laugh all you want but food poisoning is no joke. I'm not sure how they store the food, where they buy it, what kind of chemicals they have or how they cook it... I mean the food tastes above average but the most important thing is your health. If you buy from here, I STRONGLY suggest for you to keep track of how your body reacts. Your body will tell you things that you would otherwise be unaware of. We can't verify how they cook the food... know your priorities. Prices or taste is not the most important thing. Your health is. Last thing I have to add... after 24 hours or so, really bad mold started around the mushrooms... is it because it's without chemicals OR is it because they don't use fresh food? Who knows... but I STRONGLY suggest not to leave it around for too long and never reheat pizza!

I am never one to complain or moan , but this is the third time that Pizza Hut have not been able to simply deliver an order, either part order or at the wrong time , or not at all, absolute joke

I ordered a cheese pizza with a bbq sauce base and I got tomato, it then arrived late and they didn’t have the right change. Really not happy with the service I got today.

Typical Pizza Hut, never had a problem with them, staff are friendly. Have heard a lot of rumors about this place, but my food is good and I’m not dead yet.

Shocking. Misleading waiting time on the online order confirmation - again. Called twice already to chase the order only to hear the same story twice: that the driver has just left to deliver the pizza and was going to be delivered within 5 minutes.

Absolutely fed up with this branch. Every takeaway and delivery order has been messed up. With either missing or wrong starters and wrong pizza order. Really had enough and staff are rude. Just aviod!!!

Has to be one of the better, if not the best pizza takeaways in the area. Cannot beat their pick up deals, because they're good value. The family that run it are friendly and I always leave with a good pizza when I come here. Thanks :)

Ordered two pizzas, when they came one of them was wrong the completely wrong pizza, had sweet corn on and I'm allergic! Rang up and the lady of the phone was very rude made out I was lying about the wrong pizza, when it finally got resolved the correct pizza came cold.

My pizza was SO OILY AND GREASY!! & both me & my friends were ill the next day! Stay away.

It was awful and the first pizza was cold and hard so we rang for a second and it was even worse and we waited an hour for each even though they said it would 20 minutes, I was fuming about this and I don't think this is appropriate considering I paid £30 for this as it was for my daughters sleepover. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. GO DOMINOS!

Used to have a zero food hygiene rating.

Pizzas were really disgusting, spoke to the manager who said she would refund my money back and collect the disgusting pizzas but then 5 minutes later got a phone call back saying the pizzas were fine when they were cut and nothing wrong with them. Told them that cutting and tasting the pizza are two different things. The service was terrible, the male manager was very rude AVOID
