Staying down here for work. Lovely front of house staff, very helpful, £5 for the internet was well worth it! “Jamie” advised me on a good route to take to the beech. Stunning views from the beech.

I had a exceptional stay at this hotel the receptionist Tilly was so welcoming and pleased and she always asked if I needed any help my room was really clean and tidy the bed lining was fresh and inviting they could charge slot more fit the room I stayed in All in all a very pleasant stay at a wonderful hotel

Rooms are a little bit tired but the hotel is due for a revamp. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was, as usual, fabulous. Definitely will stay again ❤️

Thought I’d treat my wife and kids to a post Christmas breakfast out treat this morning… Little did I know I’d come out on verge on having COVID and food poisoning. We were so excited just to relax and have something ready made for ourselves, it’s so so disappointing. On arrival, it was already clear that they have a massive lack of staff - I think I only saw 2 people working. This is obviously a major service fault. I tried to look past this so headed up to get my food and was shocked to see the lack of selection - no hash brown, black pudding, fried eggs… the list goes on. What was there was running out with nobody topping it up. I had to check about 7 plates before I got one that was ok enough to eat off. They were mostly coated in a generous layer of food and grease. Every plate was ice cold to the touch along with the food. Everything tasted off and unseasoned. I actually ended up going over to Mcdonald’s where I enjoyed a much nicer experience and meal which was lovely and HOT. So so disgusted with Premier Inn this morning. We very certainly will not be back.

The Staff were great and LIZZIE AND JESS who are from the Camborne Team are covering the Hayle Team while they are on their Christmas party and I must say we'll deserved are covering the Hotel very well like it was the Camborne Hotel we're they work . Well Done Girls HAPPY CHRISTMAS to you all

Table for 11. There was pizza on floor under table from previous customers and tissue, mains arrived same time as starters a bit of confusion 😕 hotel was nice and clean and very friendly

Although this hotel was very warm with no aircon it did not spoil our stay. We hardly spent any time in the hotel. Room was stunning. First impressions entering the room was 100%. Gentle on the desk doing the double shift was amazing. Long hours but always made us welcome. And was a laugh. Felt hike home. Re booked on leaving for 2 months time!!!

It was ok but the service was a let down. The the people in general not very friendly and keen to help you. The food was bad. I must say the wrist prem in food I have ever experienced and I been around the country many times. The room could have been a bit clenear floor in particular. Handy option for electric charge made a difference so we'll done for having this. 👍

The restaurant/pub was not in the building, and you had to walk to it. Unfortunately, this was a complete letdown having a disabled person and it pouring down with rain. The room wasn't as advertised on the website and is in serious need of updating. Wall usb sockets are not working, and nothing looks fresh. I am a keen stayer at premier inn's but this time, it was a complete letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The building should be knocked down and rebuilt to today's standards.

Tried calling reception 10 times no answer. Then tried booking line and surprise surprise no answer either, it's certainly not encouraging, are they short staffed or just can't be bothered to answer... called Wadebridge premier and they answered straight away plus got a friendly receptionist.... wow the difference between the two....

Appalling food. If my daughter hadn't organised this for us, I would have complained. My fish was overcooked, dry, almost tough. My wife had to take her third choice as they had sold out of the rest and it was only 7pm!

The Hotel Bristol is a friendly and lovely place to stay. Staff are so helpful and on top of the job. Such a shame its going to be lost.
