Last minute booking at Enfield branch, the receptionist Shakeira was extremely professional and helpful. First time experience, will definitely recommend the stay.

My sister and I had some food and drinks at the hotel restaurant and was looked after by the two Kellys - Kelly H and Kelly S, the manager, who’s service is exceptional every time I’ve been here! The two have the most beautiful relationship and really brightened up the evening, being kind, patient and lovely - where my sister and I had the best evening together… I have to also mention Brandon who is not only easy on the eye but has the sweetest, most humble personality and really gels well with his colleagues! You can tell he’s had good training within the team… I’ve been to other Premier Inns but the service is exceptional here, especially in the restaurant where the food is cooked better and with that bit of love you need when away from home :)

I would like to give 5 stars to Marjan for her help with the booking and the every day requests. Our was a long stay over a month.When I simply had a question or a more complex request such dealing with insurance booking she was alway extremely friendly and very professional, even when the hotel was very busy whit a long queue in front of her desk.I recommend this hotel for the service and its staff. All staff is hard working and friendly. Rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are very caring when servicing the room.

We stayed at Enfield Premier Inn Inova Park Enfield for a few nights over New Year’s Eve after visiting family When we checked in , middle floor, the herd of elephants above us showed that we were never going to get any sleep. At one point the headboard of the bed shook. We went downstairs to reception to a less than enthusiastic manager who reluctantly moved us to the third floor. Premier inn have recently changed a lot of their rooms and all their king size beds appear to have disappeared. My husband is 6 ft 6 so finds a double not a good fit. When we asked at reception we got a strange look and were told “all beds are double which they never used to be .. we found it ok for a night or so but this is not the comfortable place it used to be. Only good thing was the breakfast which was excellent . There was a lot of general wear and tear in the room, air con that didn’t work , paint peeling off the desk etc. it used to be a place where good value and good nights sleep you would take for granted but no longer which is a shame .
