Nice clean room friendly helpful staff

We stayed Valentine's day night arriving after a London theatre show 1215am. Met by a friendly and helpful Jay on the reception desk. Offered us extra tea and milk if needed..I was really thirsty! Jay explained breakfast and off we went to our ground floor room. Super clean and freshly made bed.. a lollipop red heart and paper confetti circles around the heart on the desk by the tv..what a lovely thought by the manager! Had a quiet and comfortable sleep in a super comfy bed, great shower and blackout curtains. We are staying again in May. Very pleased with our stay thanks to all.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely return to this premier inn. Easy access if visiting the JW Britain branch.

Stayed for a night to attend a funeral, staff were great, room was clean and tidy, parking was free and the breakfast was lovely

Had a wonderful stay at this Premier Inn.The staff weee very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious ..everything you could want.Jasmine Dom was an exceptionally lovely staff member who made us feel very looked after at breakfast !!! Nothing was too much trouble for her…very rare these days. I can highly recommend staying here.

Yes just a Premier Inn - clean with comfy beds - BUT the friendliest staff I’ve ever experienced in a Premier Inn as well as the freshest cooked breakfast with fab eggs and a friendly chat! Really recommend purely because of the amazing staff!

Saturday the 18th of January had been an early start and a mega long and tiring day . It was mid evening when my Wife and I finally arrived at Premier inn Boreham . My body language was obviously hiding nothing ( as I was walking towards ) CLARE ( at reception) Clare’s comforting smile said it all “ just like a St Bernard in a snowstorm “ You’re here now ,I’ve got this, just relax . We had been booked into a ground floor room ( on a busy night ) but Clare took the time to look through the schedule , and managed to get us a really quiet room on the top floor . The room was perfect, the shower was soothing and the crisp white sheets on the cosy mattress in the blissfully warm room gave us the bestest nights sleep ever . CLARE you have our sincerest thanks

Recommend this hotel. All staff we encountered were very friendly, without exception. Husband chose cooked breakfast, but mushrooms had run out. Chef offered to bring some over to our table once cooked - exemplary service. Suggest your motto might be "going the extra mile is standard for us".

I work away a lot and stay in many premier inns and feel this one deserves a special mention Ample free secure parking friendly staff and very clean room But the breakfast was the star of the show Amazing hard working lady and chef doing poached eggs it’s what ever premier inn should aim for so much better than going to a run down pub next door as in most premier inns Well done team

I just had one night here before I headed home back north. I would stay here again any time. It was a typical Premier Inn with typical clean rooms and comfortable beds. Free parking. But what made it special was the staff. When I checked in I was met by a lovely member of staff and when I checked out again the member of staff was delightful. At breakfast the lady looking after the dining area was an absolute ray of sunshine. It is a buffet (which I prefer) but the chef does the food in small batches so it doesn't lie too long. She does the eggs fresh when you ask for them and she is a master! Genuinely the best fried egg I've ever had. So the overall atmosphere is very enjoyable.

FREE Car parking, Great premier. On Reception Harry was very helpful. The breakfast was spectacular i asked for vegetarian sausages and bacon. Cooked to perfection. Jasmine and Jo gave incredible service and warm greeting. We felt loved up and all our needs were catered for. It great to receive such a high level of personal service. Definitely coming back here!

Great stay at Premier Inn Boreham. The breakfast staff Sam Jo Dominic and Ann were brilliant, so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely clean comfy rooms , BUT it was the staff that made this stay exceptional. Staff were helpful and warm and friendly and they made such a difference . Special mention to Harry who was on front desk who was so helpful after we had had a long journey travelling with children .

I visited premier in just for the breakfast, very good food cooked with care. Very friendly and helpful staff. Continental all you can eat breakfast, tea and coffee bargain for £10.99

Wayne at reception was absolutely amazing during our stay on the weekend. Also thanks to Nadisha (Nads) who was super helpful on the phone prior to our trip. Very friendly staff at breakfast too who really looked after our specific dietary requirements. Thank you : )

Very creaky floorboards means that you can hear every movement of the guest above. Clearly not enough sound insulation between floors.

Terrible breakfast. I feel sorry for the staff having to work in that heat. They have 1 oven to cook a full English for the masses. No chance of having everything ready at the same time. The staff in the kitchen and front of house were brilliant. Shame on you management for a pathetic kitchen set up.

Handy location for traveling with work. At major road so busy with traffic. But window closed and screen muffle it enough to get a decent night's sleep. The Grange next door I'd friendly pub and food very good

Sam who worked in the Breakfast area was very helpful, polite, professional and enhanced our stay. A real genuine friendly Lady and is a real asset. Your bedding and pillow was excellent! PLEASE PLEASE have toilet rolls and not little sheets in your rooms!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Premier Inn has its own in-house breakfast restaurant. The staff were excellent. We wanted scrambled eggs, but there was only enough for one person. The chef offered to cook some fresh and brought it to our table. There were plenty of charging points situated on a breakfast bar seating arrangement as well as bedside USB points next to the bedside in our room. We were attending a service at the Chelmsford Crematorium, and this Premier Inn was ideally situated for our needs. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here with my girlfriend over the weekend as part of a wedding party and it was absolute chaos. They had installed a new booking system, which meant about 20 of our party took over 2 hours to check in and this was at 1am (my girlfriend and i were part of the evening and so we checked in mid afternoon, THANK GOD). A few of them I don't think ever checked in as I saw one of them asleep on his bags in the reception at 4am. All were told there was no booking under their name, even though they all had booking references, and had paid for a room! The guy had absolutely no clue what he was doing and to be honest at one point he ran away for about an hour leaving everyone in the reception at 2am with no room and nowhere to go. I was appalled at the way it was handled, and I would be very careful about staying here if you are planning on checking in late. The couple of redeeming features were that breakfast was really good, 7 - 11am and good quality. The shower was also decent but the TV was rubbish and really really slow. Holy @%! Premier inn, I have never seen anything like that, absolute carnage and I hope they all got a full refund.

We booked in to this Premier Inn as a extended family (8 in total with 3 rooms)..It was very easy to find and situated close to where we wanted to be. Welcome was good, rooms as usual to a good standard. We all stopped 1 night and had a good night's sleep.
