Generally good but no Reataurant though eateries nearby and can bring food to your room. Can be nice and quiet, no traffic noise but the walls are thinner than you realise if you have noisy neighbours.

I have been staying here for the past week and I stayed at other hotels in the area. Even though these other hotels were more posh and expensive, Premier inn rooms are much bigger in size and staff is definitely more helpful. I'd like to especially thank the cleaning staff. While the other hotels in the area only change linens and towels during cleaning, Premier inn cleaning was a whole service.

Amazing hotel. Michelle was so helpful considering I was staying to get to the hospital and tried to make sure I had a taxi to get there. Their customer service is top notch, their rooms are lovely. Prices are reasonable.

An older hotel and getting very tired, possibly the worst lobby I've ever experienced in a Premier Inn. The receptionists were delightful which made up for it

location isn't great, but sometimes that can't be helped. the receptionists are nice. but we got to our room, and it smelt odd. the sink doesn't drain properly, and neither does the toilet. walls are paper thin (only premier inn that we've been to that we've experienced this with) there is no restaurant, there are pubs and cafes close by but if you need early breakfast you can't. won't be returning.

Rooms cold, heater makes a lot of noise, window has no sound insulation, no breakfast facilities, very dated, bathroom wouldn't clear of steam, staff were really nice though

Bog standard Premier Inn with free parking. Comfy beds. Shower was weak and the place needs a bit of a spruce up. Next to a bus stop for the 75 into the city centre. Air Balloon pub just over the road.

Hotel itself was fine, but the vending machine was empty and as that was the only offer for refreshments it meant you couldn't even get a drink or snack. Location was in a vey sad, half empty retail park with units empty/ready for demolition. No aircon, so room was pretty warm even with window left open for whole stay.

Staff really freindly Main thing that let's it down is no air conditioning. Room reached 26 degrees both nights I was there and it was like being in a sauna. Ended up getting 2-3 hours sleep per night. Couldn't open the windows as it next to a busy main road. Would go there in the winter but will never go back during the summer. Avoid like the plague during summer months unless they get aircon installed. Wifi was constantly down

Clean enough and modern enough but no air con in the room made it very uncomfortable. Being next to a main road it is noisy with the window open too. There was no restaurant on site either. Having said all this, the staff were fantastic (especially Lewis) and very friendly.

Noisy road (made worse when in the Summer when you need the window open as there is no air conditioning). The road isn’t something that they can do anything about, I know but makes a good night’s sleep impossible (police sirens, heavy lorries, speeding cars etc)

They didn't tell me to register my car for free parking until day 2, so I'm expecting a fine through the post. They said they'll sort it when I receive it but more hassle. Very bad signage.

Good central location and close to shops. But very basic and okay for a few nights stay. No food or breakfast available on-site. No air-conditioning in rooms, could be an issue during the hot season.

Staff are brilliant, especially the guy on reception, very helpful and likeable. Rooms are basic but I go to premier inn for the beds and wasn't disappointed. No breakfast restaurant but gave me advice about food options at my destination the next morning.

With my Partner away visiting family, I’d had a busy and tiring day, so I decided not to self-cook my evening meal. I was also very hungry and I just needed a quality takeaway meal (preferably without burgers or pizza’s or curry). So, fish and chips from this ‘chippy’ was likely to please. I took the tortuous route, avoiding the currently closed A432 bridge over the M4, to the top of Winterbourne Down to queue for my supper. To be fair service was good and efficient for what is a prime time (18:30) and I was soon on my way home with my large haddock and half portion of chips. The haddock was beautifully firm, meaty and pure white. It was an impressively large piece of fish, and most probably would be classed as a ‘greedy portion’. I do not however eat any of the batter. Also as I have often pointed out to friends, family and other associates: I consider the batter as a container used to protect fish during cooking. That is in the same manner as tin foil or parchment is used to cook classic Italian cuisine such as ‘Pesce al Cartoccio’. The batter is often laced with the chip fat and is also (being made of flour) high in carbohydrates. To add to this carb-fest most “fish ‘n chip” suppers often come with an astonishingly large serving of chips: this ‘chippy’ is no exception. I always ask for a half an individual serving, but I was astonished to find that the serving I was given would have been too much for two large meals! I think it is just hugely wasteful and positively encourages people to act obesely. The fish was absolutely wonderful, but next time I call here for a “fish ‘n chip” supper I shall call for only a very small serving (a quarter of a single portion). I only ate what I needed but regretted the waste; the attached picture was what remained of my serving.

Garden centre has a very comprehensive range of plants and supporting products. Bought a large colourful plant pot. Enjoyed a snack lunch. Staff very helpful.

Not sure why there is still a miss millies in yate to be honest, driest chicken ever, shocking staff, I place an order through uber eats an hour before they close and they cancel the order and turn their phones off (twice this has happened now) all the good reviews are definitely from friends of staff because not once have I had decent customer service in there, no one ever looks like they’re happy to help let alone want to be there. I think yate would benefit from having a Burger King again instead of this sad excuse of a fast food chain, they are also no where near busy enough during the day to have run out of items on the menu to be cancelling orders placed at 1050pm when they close at midnight. Pathetic service.

Absolutely amazing burger! The chips are perfect too. The family that run it are lovely people too
