Premier Inn Bognor Regis hotel in Arun

This time I've got a lot better room, probably in the newly built part of the hotel. No complaints, highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel and the team, definitely will go back again

Lovely room and beautifully done

We stayed here for 5 nights recently and left with mixed feelings. On arrival late one Friday afternoon, the friendly and polite lady at reception had to admit that the room that we had booked was not available. She checked us in to a room on the first floor with one double bed. We had requested two singles but, at least once we had left for dinner that evening she made up the sofa bed for us. We later discovered that the heating was not working. It was icy. No other room was available over that weekend but a guy came late in the evening, bringing with him a portable electrical heater. At least we had some heat in the room. Eventually on the Monday a room on the ground floor came available. We had to pack up all our stuff but someone from the hotel moved all our belongings to the new, much warmer room. The room was standard Premier Inn quality. Cheap, but mainly functional. One of the cleaners from Poland helped us to replace the soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom which were both inoperable. We didn't have our breakfast there as we had family living near by. We did appreciate the large free car park. Despite the considerable amount of construction work going on outside, and the road works with traffic lights just in front of the hotel, both getting in and out of the hotel was relatively easy. Would we come back? Not sure.

great stay, great staff and great rooms

Great location, clean rooms. Amazing people. Stayed for a few nights, rooms were clean, reception people were great and friendly. The hotel in situated just outside of Bognor Regis, which means it’s not too loud. It’s practically in the country side, which was awesome. The hotel has a pub next door, the Robin Hood . Which is where breakfast is served.. good choice of breakfast items, both cooked and continental. Thank you.

I have stayed at many Premier Inn hotels before; but here I didn't feel that comfortable at all. Bathroom was not that good, shower was so messy. And the breakfast was so disappointing! I paid for a buffet breakfast, but didn't get the buffet. They took orders from us. And plus the hot drinks were not hot at all and the options were so less! Very bad experience for me. So surprising..

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel liked the quaintness and feeling of this hotel Unfortunately the food at breakfast was not so good Bubble and squeak was inedible and our order was incorrect

Premier Inns can vary, but this is one of the nicer ones. Helpful staff too. We had an accessible room (4) which has plenty of wheelchair space.

Excellent location for Goodwood. Hotel fine but restaurant service friendly but incredibly slow both nights. Restaurant food presentation and quality not up to the standard of other pub restaurants in the chain with the same menu.

Working in the area doing Goodwood Festival of Speed and my company put me in the premier inn for 5 nights. The rooms as expected were very clean and a good size, lovely comfortable bed and the front desk staff very helpful, providing me with a takeaway breakfast each morning due to my early starts, both day staff and night staff very friendly

Stayed here last night and can honestly say this is the best Premier Inn I have ever stayed in! Arrived after a late finish for work and the staff accommodated us for dinner at the last minute, which was very tasty too! Bar staff and reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were great too. Room was clean and comfortable for a night's stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again!!

Great location, plenty of parking with only a short drive to the coast. Staff were lovely, the room was really good, especially as we had a service dog with us. The staff really made a fuss of her, which she loved. If you're down that way or just passing, pop in for a good night's sleep.

This hotel is completely let down by its WiFi. 0.86 download and 0.34 upload. There is no phone reception in the hotel and with this poor WiFi it's makes staying here on business unobtainable. Avoid.

We stayed here for 1 night, while attending Butlins. This is a great alternative to the Butlins accommodation. Lovely standard of the rooms. Service is good and the staff were very helpful. Will definitely use this again if coming to Butlins over night. Was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the towels plentiful.
