Stayed for one night & it was clean and tidy. It's a nicer location than the Premier inn at junction 9 on the M20. We did the meal & breakfast deal which was a bargain. Already booked to stay again in January 2025. Room was large & facilities are basic but it's what you expect from a budget hotel. I think it's daft not letting you into your room until 3pm though even though we were told it was ready. Are you that hard up for a tenner? We spent the tenner next door in the pub. Simples.

Pros: The cute cat that sits by reception Cons: - Front of house staff member was very slow in checking people in which caused a big que and quite a wait- although she was friendly -Room was quite dusty, especially by the lights next to bed -DON'T take a ground floor room if you are looking to sleep, literally heard the above guests stomping along all night, rooms are not sound proofed in the slightest ( god knows why they where walking around from 3am until 8am) - needs to be more sufficient lighting in the car park. It gets very dark at night - breakfast is "unlimited" but unlike the other premier inns I've stayed at you have to order what you want and it gets very busy and a long wait because of this system (just let people help themself like usual buffet style) staff were stressed and customers having to wait so long for food and can't just go up for more if they want it I was going to mention the fact of not getting no sleep because of the thumping above on check out (not that they would of been able to do anything) but nobody was on reception as they were all out hoovering or cleaning so just left key in check out box!

Super good value! Clean room, nice beds, reasonable condition of the hotel and happy staff. There was some litter/fly tipping in the carpark which would be my main area of improvement. 👍

One of the better Beef Eaters in Ashford. Nice cozy building but can be quite busy even during the week. Didn't stay so I haven't scored the rooms.

Great place to stop over en route to Europe or even just for a base exploring the South East. Great location, great beds, and fantastic staff. Recommended.

My wife and I have stayed at Premier Inns on and off for many years . The staff here at the hotel and especially in the restaurant were most courteous and helpful . The location was great, close to main routes. This Premier Inn I'd highly recommend ...good staff make a world of difference .

No AC. WiFi very poor, even when you pay the £5 extra. Next to a beefeater. Room ok but need a little attention to decoration. Staff good. Nice and quiet.

Stayed here one Friday night en route to the channel tunnel. Big room, big bathroom, plenty of hot water, big comfy bed, clean, reasonably priced and very functional. If you are bothered, you can see the place is a bit worn at the edges and the food is standard fare but the staff... the staff were all exceptional. The restaurant was very busy both times we went but, everyone without exception, from the girl on reception (who was in the bar later), to the guy who saw us to our table (in the evening and the following morning), both our waitresses and even the kitchen staff who we could see from our table, they were all super professional, working their socks off continually and with what seemed to be genuine interest in doing the best possible job. Hats off to them all. I hope their employers realise how brilliant that team is. Bravo!

An out-of-town hotel that has plenty of rooms. It's usually cheaper but only 10 mins from Ashford. Always very quiet. Well worth a visit if you're a cat lover 🐈

Left a review over 6 months ago which was so scathing it didn't show under the reviews , I wonder how many others this has happened to. Terrible experience with staff at the desk who whilst polite and apologetic refused to make a simple phone call to their superiors to possibly solve an issue. Were they afraid of rocking the boat with their superiors, we shall never know, but I can't provide more details or google censors me.

My family and I have enjoyed numerous takeaways from The Old School House, and we've even brought relatives down from London to dine in. Without a doubt, it's the best curry in Ashford!

First time visiting this Chinese ( due to my fav was shut that day) * If you want poor flavours. *small portions * terrible service * rude staff member * The egg fried rice had no egg in. it looked like a colouring was added . The ribs lack lustre and dry. So after two bites , which made me feel very unpleasant .we decided to take a whole lot back . Only to met by worse passive aggressive owner . Not only did the owner fail to sort in a professional manner. Claim the card machine suddenly stop working ! Call me names and to point said to my face , not a Christian or a god ! She hid the card and wouldn't let us see what she doing . After an hour after showing the owner ,if a business can not provide a refund due to a card machine ( totally believe was lying ), a business can do a cash refund . Felt sorry for the man .he was very embarrassed by her actions . He apologised but she refused . I reported this business to trading standards. Please see my review of my regular Chinese takeaway, who 100 per cent better than The rainbow.
