Had breakfast after I stayed the night in one of the rooms. Had a very long flight the day before and was ready for some food. The food from the buffet was hot, delicious and regularly tipped up. Was greeted with a big smile when I arrived and told my dietary requirements were not an issue. (GF does not always fair well abroad). Staff were so helpful and I was very impressed by how they went out of their way to look after me. Highly recommend this place to eat.

Great hotel and great restaurant very friendly staff would recommend food was good prompt and very clean parking is £20 bit worth it !!!

We’ve come to Thyme on Bath Rd. Many many times when we come to the U.K. From America, and the hotel is iffy, but the restaurant is alright. This one time tonight on June 1st 2023 at around 6pm, we got the best server that we’ve ever had here. His name is Vic. He was extremely helpful. Attentive, polite, and friendly. I can’t praise him enough. He made our dining experience even better with his hospitality. I don’t usually review place, but I just had to give him his recognition he deserves. Thank you, Vic. Stayed here many times and always good.. staff are very pleasant, rooms are always clean and the accessible rooms are very well equipped.

After our fight had been cancelled my mother and I stayed at this Premier Inn and ate at Thyme restaurant. The service was pretty poor but the worst part was that the manager forced us to make our payment twice. He explained there was a problem with their system and that our transaction didn’t go through so I had to make another. Then he explained if it has gone through twice then I would be refunded within a working day. I am ten days on and I have emailed, to which I have had no reply. I have phoned to which no one answers and I have not had a refund! The managers attitude was pretty ignorant, in this day and age to expect people to pay twice and not give a refund is ridiculous! His manner was awful, I felt judged and pressured in that situation. I’m looking to report this establishment!

Lovely greeting from Grazel when I checked in. The rooms are spacious,clean and tidy. The food is excellent and the bar is well stocked. All the staff here are pleasant, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend if you are flying from Heathrow Terminal 3 or returning to the UK.

We visit the UK (from Texas) every other year & aside from visiting family we always stay at various Premier Inns... & have never been disappointed... this time we spent a night at the heathrow terminal 5 Premier... again, it was very clean, beds were super comfortable, a/c was awesome ... the staff was very helpful & booked us in for dinner.... which was delicious!... which makes us wonder why American hotel food is sooo bad & Premier always has exceptional food???? the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is that there are some updates that could b made... ripped carpet in hallways & fresh paint... otherwise... this Premier is top notch & we’ll book it again when flying out of heathrow...

I booked in to the Premier Inn Staines for some rest and rehabilitation after a replacement knee op. My Son and Daughter visited me to make sure I was okay. We had a couple of dinners and breakfasts which were excellent value for money and very enjoyable and the staff and service was excellent. On my last breakfast Bernard exceeded all my expectations on service even asking if he could get me anything from the buffet. He is a credit to your hotel Thank you

It was not until 23.25 that I arrived at reception with a group of 50 students to check in. Thanks to the cooperation that I had from Deraj in the Group Office at the hotel everything was ready and we were checked on on no time. Deraj takes pride in looking after groups and arranges suitable time for breakfast and ensures an enjoyable stay. Well done and hope to see you all soon. Regards, Emyr

I recently stayed at the premier inn in Heathrow, I would like to say that the staff are very polite and helpful. Two staff stick out the most for going out of there way to make my stay and my partners one to remember, Ola served us at breakfast, she made us feel welcome and was very helpful, also at dinner service Floyd again very helpful, both are a credit to your company and on behalf of me and my partner thank you 😀

Conveniently located at Heathrow this is a nice clean and comfortable hotel with free wifi and breakfast

We've stayed at many Premier Inns & this one once or twice before. It's been upgraded since our previous visit - with a safe, telephone, ironing board & iron in the room. However we we were surprised to see that the bathroom had packets of toilet paper on a shelf (not very convenient!) though there were loo-roll holders. We rang down to Reception requesting proper loo-rolls & some more sweeteners. A few minutes later a young man brought us yet another packet of loo paper & a poly bag with approx. 30 packets of sugar (no sweeteners!). We had a very enjoyable dinner in the restaurant with excellent service. However although the receptionists were professional & efficient they weren't as warm & welcoming as at most Premier Inns. There's a large car-park behind the hotel (£10 per night) but as the hotel itself is very large the car-park soon filled up.

On arrival planes were flying very low and we thought that we would not get a wink of sleep. Wrong. We slept like babies. The bed was the best ever. Clean crisp and sooo comfortable.
