I wrote a message on my order about allergies they obviously don’t look so they sent my item with butter and left off hash browns

The bacon feels so tough n hard like it was made yesterday n its been put on my baon on toast today normally its nice n chewy but this morning its hard to chew as its so tough

No egg or sauce on the sandwich food cold

Order was totally messed up. Definitely will NOT be ordering from here again. Just feel ripped off really.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered pasties and nuggets, received sausage tills in replace of it all with no phone call to ask if this was ok which it wasn’t

The mince pies tasted stale and all the pastry was solid

I got a text off the driver for my postcode, which felt weird as it hasn’t happened before, but otherwise I was happy with the service.

Great food which arrived piping hot. It even arrived earlier than stated. Can't do better than that.

Couldn’t eat substitute for cheese on toast

driver did not turn up, no food was delivered and no way to contact the drivers

Driver appeared at the top of the driveway wiping his hands, without our order. He then left, came back with our order, stepped onto the driveway and then turned around and left, taking our food with him. He did not attempt to walk down the drive or approach the front door or even deliver our food. Small man wearing a blueish coat, driving a blue Micra and earing other people's breakfast! All caught on CCTV!

Great inexpensive bakery in Center City Chester, England. Meat filled puff pastries are large and delicious.

Snacks at a good price for a good tempie. Recommended place to have a bite to eat, they are delicious and cheap. In Liverpool there are also bakeries of this type. To snack on something it is recommended.

Picked up a magic bag which lacked savoury items.......need to up their game against the other eateries and their offerings......

Irs pound bakery so you get what you pay for ,was happy with my order

I love the pound bakery. The food is always good. Delivery is always early or on time but I dont think I'll be ordering online again as everytime I order there are always items missing this is the 3rd time its happened now so next time I think I will be getting my order in person so I can make sure I get what I pay for. Refund process is very quick and easy though

Didn't have full order and they gave us cream cakes that had yesterday's date on and they were off.

This worker should’ve gone to specsavers I was missing about £5 worth of food was promised a refund by just eat,,,still not received a refund a month later all because this pound bakery worker cant read the order i am now £5 out of pocket,,,also had a order delivered today which was totally wrong,,please please please get an eye test they are free at specsavers pound bakery.

Had snacks for the road here. Good place to get them. I will recommend checking them out if you are in Chester. It is located in the city centre. Nice staff too

It’s a cheap menu, but nearly every time I have ordered, there have been items missing or they put something else completely different in. Also the pasties are not labelled so it’s difficult to know which is which, so we have to always cut them which is frustrating. One time the cream on the eclairs tasted sour so it had gone off which was not nice.

Good, cheap and cheerful. Only criticism I have js , we bought a few pasties for people and none of them were labelled so we had to rip into them and find out. Not ideal. Please label the bags even if you use two letters to initial each one

Issue with the drivers car resulted in our food being freezing, restaurant tried to help but have to go through just eat. 🤢🤢

Ordered breakfast muffins the sausage was cold and rock hard not eaten , sausage and bacon bun the contents nice but bread not nice , cakes lovely always liked their cakes wouldn't order breakfast again

Always order from here ..today I ordered my usual but they’d ran out of sausage rolls so to compensate I got extra goodies ...thanks again! Will be back to order again soon!

Food is usually good from here bu today I bit into a chicken nugget and chipped one of my top teeth they were hard as a rock am disappointed tbh

Pasties was right but forgot my drinks and cookies, order 2 orange juices that never came and 2 packs of cookies that never came like…. Kids aren’t happy when not be using you again.

Put a big order in and asked if they could label which product was which but they did not so now having to work out which pasty is which reason for the request was I have two people with autism in my household who only eat certain things

There were a packet of crisps missing from the order other than that it was ok. It was only late on the estimated time of arrival

Sent no custards and wrong donuts but for the price you can’t really complain. I didn’t anyway. Cheap pasties are ok and the cornflake cakes are lovely. Good hangover food. Thanks

Missing chicken nuggets to order...

Order was spot on and food was all well packed. Nuggets were surprisingly really nice as were the sponge cakes and cornflake cakes. Savoury bakes were tasty but not super flavourful, but not bad.

Surprised myself with this one. The hit bakes were stunning. At no point did any of his order feel or taste like a budget bakery. Highly recommended

Very cheap and really good! Love the veggie sausage rolls!!

You get what you pay for, the food is good quality for £1, I especially recommend the giant fondant fancies at 3 for £1. The staff are friendly. Can't fault it.

Nice little bakery nothing more than a £1 & then most pasties are 2 for £1 also cakes etc all quid ... good value for quick bites if you havnt much cash or dont wana spend a lot .. recommend everyone to go buy a pastie .. great value ..
