I had a meal from here last week was and fresh had one this evening and it was a warmed up even my dog wouldn't eat the meat STAY AWAY DISGUSTING

Best kebab house in Winsford, always fresh, always fast, always polite and always cheap! They have even just replaced a burger I had ordered incorrectly myself! at no extra cost and no hassle!! Unbelievable service. A+++

Ordered a mixed kebab for £11 and got one slither of chicken, one slither of I think maybe lamb and then a swamp full of donner meat which I won’t eat. Pretty poor!

Waited over an hour for a family grill which after adding a couple of sauces as you only get 1 sauce with it and delivery came to just under £25,it had a small carton of chips with it enough for a kid and the varied kebab skewers that were in it were burnt and like fat and the donner meat looked like it was the dregs out of the Tin they put it in after cutting it.Wont be using again

If u want food poisoning I advise you go here, absolutely dreadful, ordered 2 pc chicken and chips and was pink and cold, now suffering with bad stomach, avoid this place please Went here last night !

Great friendly staff, and good quality food

I had 2 pieces of chicken, donner meat & chips from here and it was all absolutely dripping with grease and the chicken was undercooked. What a waste of £8. Not happy, will not be ordering from here again

!!!WARNING!!! Food i ordered for me and my partner was way WAY below standards in any established takeaway. Tonight the reviews we read about this place turned out to be true. Greasy chicken and doner meat in-between the chips which resulted in the meal just being drowned in grease. A management takeover or new chefs and menu to keep this place alive. Once the best place has turned to the worst place in Winsford.

It was the first time ordering and oh boy what a disappointment. Ordered a large lamb kebab and what I got was couple of pieces of meat and little salad. That is NOT what I expected from a LARGE kebab. See photos. They serve the kebab in this wrap and instead of filling the wrap properly for a large portion you get barely anything. I get that the prices went up but salad? Those other pictures that are showing for Winsford Kebab are probably fake. They show proper portions which is NOT what I received. Won't be ordering again.

Large portion is actually a large portion really impressed with the size pressed with the size food was hot prepared prepared quickly however one of them all 1 of the more expensive places within the area

The salad was the best part of my food I wanted a kebab never will I order again I’d rather stay hungry like I still am

Been going here since Chico land started raising their prices and couldn’t be happier . The food from here is great and they have halal options. There’s a lot of different food so you can’t go wrong. Such a great place!

They messed up the order, missing a meal out. in fairness they were friendly enough and sent the meal out quickly enough. Although i did pay an extra 80p to get one of the kebabs with a naan and its came in the same wrap the other two kebabs came in which was annoying. The burger had way too much sauce in. All in all tho, the meat was nice. meals are fairly bog standard but compared to others weve had round this area it was better than most. price was 30 for 4 meals and 2 sides. Id give it another try

Stopped at this place whilst passing through the area late at night. The staff was friendly and the pizza was good and Halal too. So had a spicy chicken with pineapple pizza, so good.

Slow, slow, slow. Not impressed at all. This was a few months ago since then service and delivery have massively improved.

Got a 12"pizza and small tray of donner meat £16.70 thought that's quite expensive then the donner was swimming in grease definitely the greasiest I've had and the pizza was horrible, just avoid

Don't order from here waited nearly an hour, my order was sent to a different address nowhere near me waste of time this is the 2nd time now won't ever order from these again

If i could give less than one star i would. Customer service is absolutely dreadful. Collected an order to get home, our order was wrong and when we called up to say, can our correct order be sent out they said no and point blank refused. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Stop adding and charging me for extra items, If you do it again I wont pay for the order and will go elsewhere

Ordered the mixed kabab, arrived in super fast time considering it is supposed to be freshly cooked. The Kabab arrived covered in grease and sitting in 10mm of fat. Messaged Winsford Kabab & Pizza to give them the opportunity to put thing right, was shocked by there responses as they blamed it on the new meat supplier and took no responsibility for serving such disgusting food, they obviously take no pride in what they do. Would advise anyone to stay clear of this place, disgusting food and attitude.

This is a well asablished business. From top pizza's/Burgers/Dinner meat. Excellent value for money highly recommend and staff very helpful

Excellent service and top notch grub. A recent failure with the online ordering facility was sorted without question. When I called, the Manager stated 'you're a valued customer - it will be sorted - leave it with me' and 30 minutes later, the food arrived and on a busy Friday. When the PayPal payment cleared, a complimentary meal was provided. You cannot ask for more than that. I cannot speak highly enough of how I was looked after. A great takeaway with great people...I am always treated with courtesy when I call and the food has never been a let-down. Definitely worth giving them a go! Thank you.

First order paid through Paypal didn't show as going through, paid again with debit card, order came, usual excellent quality. Paypal had taken first order payment but a very nice man turned up at 10pm with full cash refund. Excellent service, thank you very much 😊

Foods decent as normal online menu needs updating as prices don't resemble the atual cost either that or the delivery driver just had me of 😂 witch wouldn't of been a issue as I always give them the change.....

This is our regular pizza house go there about every fortnight, really nice fresh pizzas, price is good to. Also quick delivery. Ace!

Bad service! Last time I went food was not up to scratch and cold! Gave them another chance an phone tonight found what I wanted offline which came up to £12 when I phoned to place order they tried charging us £17+ when I disputed this they were rude an aggressive in manner an wouldn't accept the facts! Wouldn't mind so much but only wanted a pizza an popcorn chicken an chips!!!! Outrageous. Customer definitely lost for the rude manner spoke to by the boss must admit the driver was ever so friendly but when ask to speak to manager things turned sour and he was rude! Avoid unless you want to be taken a mug an blatantly robbed

Been twice recently and awful twice. I ordered some chicken, not only was it horrible but it was still stone cold in the middle. As you know this is a massive health risk of salmonella... Staff were friendly enough to give me my money back but will not be going here again.

Pizza was excellent and the chicken in the kebab was really tender. Would recommend.
