Had Posh Nosh buffet at a wedding I attended and it was excellent. Plenty of food served buffest style for a more relaxed wedding meal. Food was very fresh with local ingredients and suited every dietary requirement and preference. canapé's before were excellent as well and served very elegantly. the leftovers were also brought out later on in the evening to avoid food waste and provided a good evening snack. cooked fresh on the premise as well with the team working hard throughout the whole day. Highly recommend (can only speak as a guest though).

We had Posh Nosh as our wedding supplier and they were exceptional from start to finish. People have been raving about the food and in all honestly we didn't give them an easy task. Over 100 people had steak and all were cooked to perfection. I am so greatful that we came across the team and would highly recommend to anyone!

Hard dried out food and with no personality. Served in a poor state and poor manner . We will not be attending again. Shame

Posh Nosh provided canapés and hospitality services to our party of forty at home. Easy and excellent to organise both beforehand and on the day. Great on-site team at the event providing discrete and professional service. I highly recommend.

Ate at Wespoint where Posh Nosh do the catering at Lime Tree cafe. Paid £25 for two greasy microwaved soggy pasties and reheated stale chips. Disgrace. Cobwebs in the cafe too. Gross.

So so disappointed. Booked Posh Nosh for a Prom at Powderham but they put up their price per head from £25 to £40 for 2 courses when we went to pay the deposit - apparently they could make more money elsewhere on that evening. Disgraceful. Any company that does this should be avoided at all cost. They have lost their reputation with a number of people over this.

Posh Nosh produced excellent canapes for our 'special day' COVID restricted Wedding Reception. Sophie and her team were a delight to deal with, effective communications. All the guests loved the food which was presented in a highly profesional manner. They were delicious!

The food was delicious from posh Nosh during their recent pop up restaurant in powderham castle. The meal was good, considering how many people they were feeding at once. I would recommend

Pop-Up venue. Afternoon tea by Posh-Nosh at Powderham Castle on the Rose Terrace yesterday was delicious. A large selection of both sweet and savoury food was provided, plus meat free and dairy free foods were available to us following our pre-order. The service was outstanding and despite being fully booked, the staff took the time to take photos of our us with our dear mum. The setting and service were both outstanding, thanks for helping us make wonderful memories and for recording them for us. We have booked another afternoon tea, lunch and dinner in August and are very much looking forard to sampling those menu's too. The tables were laid out with excellant social distancing, further than 2 metres in my opinion, as we were seated outside on grass there was obviously no markings on the floor. It felt very safe.

Popped in to Posh Nosh whilst at the Christmas Show at Exeter WESTPOINT Understandably very busy and tables not cleared too quickly Our coffees were delicious and the snacks OK although we all felt these were too pricey for the venue and table layout

Went with friends for “An evening with Basil” at the Exmouth Pavillion. I think Basil would have done better! The “Beetroot cured Salmon” ended up being a slice of smoked Salmon on a slice of lemon on a few leaves of rocket and shredded Beetroot and what could at best be described as bread croutons. The pork chop and the beans were fine but you cannot make roast potatoes with new potatoes as they will always be soggy and greasy when reheated. If you can call strawberries with cream with some meringue crumbled over it “Eton Mess”, so be it! The “Moonstone Theatre Group” were well worth the very disappointing food.

At Westpoint Antiques Fair today, I ordered (and paid for) two coffees at the central foodie station. The non-smiling waitress (in charge?) who took my order, intially got it muddled but it was eventually sorted out. However, she was not polite, very hurried, and I was left to feel as if I was the one who'd been in the wrong. When I received my order at the hot drinks counter, the mistake had clearly been passed on to the Baristas. I explained I'd ordered and paid for two coffees, not the combination of the two they'd produced, served in one cup. From this point on there was instant surliness from all. To speed things along, I said I would take the wrong coffee as it was, and asked for the second to be made, which, when it was, was so weak it tasted of not very nice hot water. They weren't cheap coffees and I wasn't happy paying for something less than ok/good, so asked if they could please make me another.... They very reluctantly did with a lot of 'body language' showing what they thought about it. All this took some time, and at no point was any apology offered to me and I felt I was being labelled Mrs. Snotty Cow Customer of the Day - something I never am - and was certainly being treated as such. It was an easy mistake to have made and one I'd never dream of complaining about if it had been put right with a smile and a bit of charm, neither of which was evident in this Posh Nosh team today. I was not impressed; neither, I suspect were those in the queue behind me. Maybe a bit more training's required? At charm school?

Dropped in for a light snack and ended up having a full meal. The restaurant is like a cafeteria layout so we were expecting the usual tasting food, how very wrong we were. The food was delicious, restaurant quality in taste, portion sizes were great, and the service impeccable, the young girl in charge Addie was nothing short of brilliant, friendly, welcoming, nothing too much trouble, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back for the Christmas Fair, many thanks.

So, where do we start here then! Was under the impression Posh Nosh have been trading as a successful company for over twenty years and have catered at this venue many times! The waiting staff showed absolutely no interest aimlessly wondering around filling up water carafes, admittedly the only smiling we noticed were two pleasant young lady's who served warm drinks. Food quality was absolutely shocking! Personally I choose the salmon only to find it was so over cooked it was like mash, it was cold and buried under a large bed of salad. The lamb was also very fatty and Luke warm , not ideal and the chicken was also poor with all having bones!! Nothing was hot. We were amazed at the poor quality of main course and the negativity of the serving staff. Fortunately Posh Nosh redeemed themselves a point with a trio of chocolate delights for afters, we would think they were bought in rather than made. Sorry folks but with such a poor meal and negative staff you really need to wake up and go forward

Lovely eat in and takeaway. Family breakfast for a family of 5. Great service, even had a lovely warm bowl of bread pudding 😁 as a taster. Great value. Will definitely visit again when we're in Exmouth

This is a great store & café based on the outskirts of Ottery St Mary right next to the garden centre. The shop has lots of healthy options and local food, drink and crafts. There is good supply of fresh fruit & Veg, cheese, local eggs and a great selection of cakes & bread baked within store. After a god shop or look around head into the café for coffee & cake, sandwiches & their own quiches, they even do chips now! If visiting the garden centre or passing by on the A30 take a detour you will not be disappointed. Good food, good choice and great staff. We love it!

Breakfast was certainly an interesting experience. The incredibly friendly staff certainly had their own unique system of handling groups of over 4 people so you can imagine their delight when we arrived with a group of 20. Potential customers should be aware that you categorically must not order for yourself but through a middle party instead. If you try to order your own food or drink I suggest you speak to the responsible person in your party for them to relay your order to the very lovely rosey cheeked attendant at the till. In my case our responsible person was only 3 foot away from me but we made sure to follow the rules as to not cause an eruption of chaos in the kitchen. When I received my apple juice, I really admired its antique look. The sediment at the bottom and the out of date use by label really added to the chic worn vibe that this hip establishment embellishes by the bucket load. The cleaner is obviously very lucky and has had a long holiday, (possibly to another farm shop the costa del Sol). I say this as the building has acquired an impressive collection of cobwebs in their absence. Now the main event BREAKFAST!!! Everyone likes to start their day with a hearty meal, I feel the two members of staff whole heartedly agreed with me as they left a few extras in some of our food to make sure we didn’t go hungry. One fantastic long black hair that I’m sure is packed full of protein (looked like a moustache hair, but I’m not a barber). One no longer buzzing fly that gave my crispy bacon that extra crunch. I also stayed hydrated through the water that was served to me from a designer tea pot that had amazing tea colouring and stains within in. Once I had consumed my meal I made sure to use the toilet facilities to rid my ablutions apart from the skid marks and the mixtures of cobwebs and urine the toilets were delightful. In all it was an unforgettable magical experience. Shamefully I am stuggling to give it 5 stars and there was a small chip in the plate my breakfast was served on. 4 stars.

This was our first visit to Lyme Regis and after having a little look around we were all getting a little hungry so we decided to stop off at Jane's Cafe on the parade. There were five of us and we all shared two boxes of cheesy chips together, I can't comment on the drinks that the others had but the cheesy chips were very nice. Good position sizes although could have been a little bigger but the chips were nice and there was plenty of grated cheese on top - I expect it would have been even better if it was melted slightly! There were plenty of places to sit and eat with nice views over the beach. The only negative comment from a family member was that the staff were a little slow serving the drinks but the food was ready pretty quickly and it was hot which was the main thing! A good little place to stop for a quick drink and something to eat.....
