Although the service was very slow and we were initially overcharged (wrong coffee) we still enjoyed it as the outside garden area is very pleasant and the staff are lovely.

Always welcoming and a great cup of coffee!! Also recommend trying the vibration plates- no need to be nervous as the girls will put you at ease.

So glad we found this restaurant. My Niece recommended The Restaurant At The Renishaw to us and my family and I tried it out for Sunday lunch. The interior is nicely furnished and very pleasing to the eye. The food was absolutely outstanding and plentiful. The staff were all very friendly and very accommodating, even supplying crayons and paper for our 5 year old granddaughter. Our bill for the 6 of us. ( 5 adults and 1 child) came to £115. this was for 5 roast dinners including 2 types of meat. 1 glass of wine, 4 beers, a fruit shoot and 5 deserts. You would pay more for this at a local pub carvery and this was way better for quality and service. I highly recommend!!

Hackney LaneStayed here for 4 nights in the Sycamore Cottage which was warm, cosy and presented really well. The food here is excellent, had breakfast here every morning and dinner every night. The Staff are very accommodating, helpful and friendly. It’s really nice to see an Independant business clearly putting in a huge amount of effort to make themselves stand out. I would love to stay here again.
