Always wonderful food, drink, service at any time of the day. Breakfast here is unbeatable on a weekend morning in the local area, and there's no Italian place that does better pizza or pasta in Richmond.

We always like to eat here when visiting Richmond. This time we decided to try something different than their delicious pizzas. Lasagne was perfect, pasta a bit spicy. Friendly staff, good service, nice and cosy place. 10/10

We popped into Pizza Portofino for breakfast after a night at the Warren House Hotel, before heading to Hampton Court. We had the standard English breakfast—it was perfectly average. Nothing standout, but certainly not terrible either. The food was middle of the road, though the price point was reasonable. In hindsight, had we known how many nice spots were available closer to Hampton Court, we might have chosen to eat there instead. This isn’t somewhere you’d go out of your way to visit, but if you're nearby and feeling hungry, it’s a decent enough option.

No to be dramatic, but the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! Base was absolutely incredible and so authentic, didn’t skimp on smaller sizes like it usually did. Absolutely increidble. And Jamie was just phenomenal as our waiter! I can understand why this place is always full!

Overrated restaurant. As a pizza and pasta eater, this restaurant failed to meet my expectations. Pizza and pasta were very bland. Food came very late and waited almost an hour. Place is small and toilets were left untidy.

A great little place for a pizza and a glass of wine. Tucked in next to Robert Days and opposite Lululemon, you can eat inside or outside. Classic pizza menu with some great flavours. Enjoyable place to relax with a couple of friends or family.

RECOMMEND!!! The menu makes you hungrier - soooo many delicious pizzas and pastas to choose from. Plus a good selection of drinks and wines. Situated right on the corner of a side street in Richmond, that gets delightful sunlight on a spring day - try to sit outside if you can! Yum, yum, yum! The pizza did not disappoint. It was perfectly scrumptious and they've mastered the chilli oil spiciness as well. Staff are really friendly and helpful too. Quick service, a delightful experience.

Había un fuerte olor dentro del restaurante como queroseno quemando haciendo que fuera incómodo respirar. La base de pizza estaba congelada y cocinada crujiente como una galleta, el queso era demasiado cuerda. Probamos algunos de los entrantes también. Definitivamente no italiano, pero como un local de comida rápida en algún lugar turístico.

No es absolutamente auténtico una pizzería o un restaurante italiano! La pizza está congelada no hecha por un pizzaiolo fresco. Por favor, respeta un poco la cultura italiana.

The restaurant is fantastic, the cuisine is very delicious in all its exquisite flavors, the service is first class, the service from the staff is very professional, and a very cozy atmosphere.

I’ve been coming here for the past few months with colleagues and my girlfriend, the service and the food is amazing, with lovely music and a real cozy vibe. The experience is very personalised and you can tell all the employees are passionate and care for your enjoyment. Am taking my family here next, one of my favourite restaurants ever. Lovely Italian restaurant that has a cosy atmosphere. Staff were friendly and accommodating and Maria looked after us the whole evening, lovely food full of flavour, would highly recommend.

Food was so great, pizza crusts are soft inside and crisp on the bottom, love my pizza that way... Maria was our server that time, she’s very friendly and accomodating which made our experience here SUPERB! Will surely comback and; recommend this place to my friends.

Delicious food and a fantastic service! We came as a couple and ordered 2 pizzas. The menu options are fantastic and the pizzas are freshly made in front of you. Brilliant service, Maria and all other members of staff were so kind and professional. We had some dietary requirements and they managed it brilliantly. Big bonus that they are dog friendly and we could come along with our doggy. 100% recommended and we will come back soon!

Called in for a lunch bite at this cosy pizza/pasta eaterie. Had a very tasty Napoli pizza, good thin crust, quality ingredients, helped with a velvety glass of Montepulciano. Cool, relaxed vibe backed with an impossibly romantic Italian playlist.

If this is supposed to be an authentic Italian pizza/pasta restaurant, it needs to radically up its game. Ordered a Farmaggi listed on menu with various cheeses, including mozzarella and with fresh basil leaves. 40 minutes later meal still not appeared. Manager apologised and said chef made made the wrong thing! Eventually after another 30 minutes the pizza appeared (so over an hour's wait for a simple pizza.). The pizza looked dull and colourless apart from a few specks of dried basil instead of fresh basil leaves as on the menu..and minus the mozzarella. Manager, when spoken to then brought me a few fresh basil leaves on a separate plate. Really?! Had to ask for parmesan shavings for friend's pasta dish. Had to ask for chilli oil for pizza. Otherwise nothing brought or offered. All in all....a shambles. Up your game! Too much competition to be this complacent.

In the area for Kew Gardens and visited for lunch. Popular with regulars but made us feel welcome. Lovely relaxing ambience. Pizzas were fresh and tasty with generous portions feeling natural and nutritious.

A very cosy pizzeria just off the main street in Richmond. The dough was nice and light and I enjoyed the vegetarian pizza although personally I prefer when the toppings are slightly more cooked and charred, especially the aubergine and courgette.

Ate here recently as was recommended this venue by a friend. She ordered the Pizza Piggy, I ordered a salad. Her pizza was covered generously with meat. My salad was delicious and full of tuna. Would highly recommend this venue if you want to eat somewhere other than a chain restaurant.

Located in Richmond, walk-in distance from Richmond Station. The pizzas were good, they have other menu besides pizza. Drinks were also good. The restaurant isn't big, not recommended for big family gathering. They have outdoor seating area. No need for reservation. Usually crowded on weekends. No toilets available.

The Formaggio pizza was very tasty. We also ordered the Fusilli pesto dish and it was quite under seasoned. Maybe in fear of over salting the dish? Adding more salt and chilli oil seemed to do the trick. Decent Italian for sure!

Was walking around in Richmond town centre with my wife, we visited our little food gem and it didn’t disappointed, fresh pasta made to order, and the pizza was a finger licking adding chilli oil. To finish we had the warm chocolate fudge cake with ice cream which was delicious. The warming place, attentive service made our visit more pleasant. Best Italian restaurant in London and Richmond!!! Honestly not only is the food delicious but the staff are incredibly welcoming and kind. I have lived in Richmond my whole life (born and raised) and can't describe how amazing this place is. It feels like you're in Italy eating with your family.

I am quite a fussy eater so it’s hard to find restaurants that I really enjoy. Savi the chef is very attentive to exactly the dish you would like and really cares about delivering the correct dish. Super friendly and attentive staff. Will come back again soon!!
