Real quality food and Best service. I cannot fault it

Can’t fault the taste, except the pasta which was bland. But boy oh boy, £12 for literally 2 scallops and over £20 for one small piece of lamb!!! Luckily for us but unfortunately for La Pesca, we have quite a few excellent restaurants and gastro pubs locally. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

We went for a late lunch/early dinner with kids at 5pm and it turned out lovely. The food and cocktails were delicious, especially my favourites were the chicken pate and the chocolate fondant with ice cream. The place is relaxing, beautifully decorated and spacious so our little girls could enjoy the outing. The service was friendly, fast and personal. We will return

Had lunch here with friends. We chose the set three course menu which was very good value. The food and the decor were superb. The service was attentive but not intrusive. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area.

FYI if you're wondering: it's not an italian restaurant. Service is very bad, they serve you starters before they even give you your drinks, mains are small, desserts are absolutely disgusting. We ordered mille foglie, and we got two crackers with some chocolate+banana flavoured filling. We told the waiters it was terrible and ordered tiramisu. That was even more disgusting. It was so hard we thought it was made a week or more ago. But! They don't even keep them in the fridge, they are just out there at the counter. Thank god we didn't eat too much, we would be at A&E by now if it was real tiramisu (made with real eggs). Avoid this place!

We walked in this evening hoping to get a table after reading the menu on the window this morning. We were greeted with the most warm welcome. A wonderful service was given until we walked out 2 hours later. The food was delicious and the white wine recommended was one of the best white wines I have had. It was only when we got back to our hotel that we looked at La Pesca online and read their story. A wonderful family restaurant with a lovely vibe. Will definitely visit again when in Teddington. Lovely food, beautifully presented, attentive but relaxed service. Only downside was everyone having to order from either Al la carte or set menu. Just about OK when 4 of us, but would have been tricky for a larger group

Beautiful french inspired patisserie café for dessert, coffee or drinks - a lovely vibe for prosecco or cocktails with friends! Very Instagrammable! Staff were great - welcoming and attentive. Yet to try the food but am really looking forward to going back.

Visited previously & had written off as confused, muddled &:not such a great menu. So happy to rediscover today a place that has found it's feet not just food wise but also in terms of service. Food is worthy of a Michelin star restaurant but at prices that are very reasonable. A lovely alternative to cafes/chains in the area.

Really wonderful meal, staff and atmosphere. We went for a last minute dinner and got a table, the food was big servings and very yummy, also didn’t have to wait long and was piping hot! We are lucky in Teddington to have a great selection of restaurants. Many cuisines, many levels. And then came La Pesca. You go to a restaurant for food, so let’s start there. Small but imaginative menu. Well-priced set menu as well as a La carte. I usually avoid set menus as you get a rubbish selection and small portions to match the small price. Not here. A great selection at a very fair price. My daughter had the set menu and even her teenage appetite could not finish both courses. Pork ribs followed by Duck Leg salad. Ribs are ribs. They were good. The duck leg salad was beautifully presented and beautifully cooked. I went a la carte. Only ‘cos I have a weakness for ceviche. It was fabulous. Again, presentation was beautiful. Beautifully cooked (or not ‘cos it’s ceviche). Sea bass, new to me for ceviche but just wonderful. Seafood tagliolini. I’ve not encountered tagliolini before. Kind of a crinkly spaghetti but egg based. Lots of mussels and prawns. A delightful, light and gentle sauce. Almost indiscernible in volume, but certainly not in taste. Perfect. Drinks. Comprehensive wine list. Very reasonably priced. Covers most tastes. Certainly covered mine with a fabulous Chablis under £40. Could maybe expand the family aspect of the restaurant and introduce mocktails? More fresh juices? So that’s food and wine done. I also go to restaurants for the experience, the ambience and of course the service. The service here was remarkable. Where did this server learn her trade? Gordon Ramsay? She was polite and attentive. Everything was executed immaculately. Polite enquiries had we finished, would we like anything and so on. Opening the wine at the table (little but important detail) and when I asked for my cork (to take home the remainder of my exceptional wine) it was elegantly presented on a small saucer. Small. But means a lot. Didn’t use the loo (see comment “took remainder of my wine home”!) so no comment there. But everything I saw was clean and fresh. And a small bottle of sanitiser on the the table. First, but most certainly not the last, visit Thank you La Pesca.

I went to La Pesca with my friends today for an Afternoon Tea which was absolutely perfect 🤩. It was such a special treat for ourselves just before Christmas 🎄 The food was fantastic and the service was so good , highly recommended 👍

Lovely restaurant, with helpful, friendly staff. Had a Xmas meal there this afternoon. The complimentary limoncello finished off the night wonderfully.

We stumbled upon La Pesca by chance, open only 5 months, we met a wonderful, welcoming and knowledgeable front of house team and experienced some delicious food and the softest, most perfectly cooked scallops ever tasted. Not to mention the creamiest, silkiest Espresso Martini with a real kick. Beautifully decorated, warmly lit, comfortable environment. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful La Pesca Restaurant experience yesterday. The menu is very well organized. We tried different dishes and found every each of them was so delicious! I learned it is quite a newly opened place! The staff had a very wellcoming attitude. The decoration of the restaurant is also very lovely! Looking forward to visit again soon!

I was not disappointed at all by the positive reviews I had from friends. The confidence of not cluttering the menu was not lost on me. The scallops caramelised yet cooked perfectly with classic black pudding and smooth pureé. The main of sweetbreads are an easy ingredient to get wrong, and often are overcooked by lesser chefs. But these were simply smack on.. highly highly recommend if you genuinely like fine foods and cookery. Sure the pricing reflects the standard of fair, but in this case you get what you pay for.. . We enjoyed our anniversary meal at La Pesca. Delicious carpaccio of sea bream. Scallops,stone bass and meltingly delicate plaice. Charming service and a very beautifully designed space.

This is a gem waiting to be discovered. We attempted to book for "the place next door" but it was fully booked so we ventured into their neighbour La Pesca. Delightful interior, extremely attentive owner and good wait staff. Some of the best porn star martini's we've ever drunk - plenty of passion fruit and not too sweet. The stars though are the quality of the produce. Juicy meaty scallops served with incredible black pudding and a delicious piece of mackerel were our starters. The mains were one of the best ribeyes I've eaten in a long, long time and the stone bass with pickled muscle and cockles. Both were cooked to perfection and yo cold really taste the quality. Desserts were "fine", nice but as mentioned the real stars were the quality of the beef and the seafood. Our only question though was "where is everyone?" There were 3 other tables but this place deserves to be packed every service. Prices weren't "cheap" but were definitely competitive and worthwhile. We'll be back

Traveled down today from the Scottish Borders booking expecting an average meal, however met with a wonderful staff (especially Eddie) and an amazing meal, would highly recommend, made our day!

I have zero negative things to say about this place. The service is quick and staff are very friendly. We visited for lunch and I tried the vegan burger with chips that were both easily the best of either food I’ve ever had. My only complaint is that I was too full for any of their amazing looking cakes afterwards!

A very tasty Tropean pizza. Fast service but it was about 2230 so quiet. The pizza was good value but the usual terrible, over inflated London prices for 2 beers (£12.40).

I recently visited La Pesca for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The food couldn't have been better, I enjoyed every bite and we were all delighted with our choices. The menu was excellent, including vegan and vegetarian options. The cocktail selection was great, there really is something for everyone. I had an excellent evening. The food was delicious, I had the escalopes which were amazing, and the cod was fresh and delicate. The mango sorbet for dessert was exquisite. Very good selection of wines. The decor is beautiful and the service impeccable. Overall excellent. I hope they will have alcohol free beers too next time, they've only been open 2 weeks. A family run restaurant - a warm welcome - relaxing ambience - staff are obliging and helpful. I have had lunch, dinner as well as just early evening drinks at La Pesca. All experiences to date in terms of standard of cuisine, wine, and service have been excellent. The quiche, fish dishes, and the salmon and avocado salad have all been good. La Pesca is certainly worth a visit and an asset to Teddington - adding to the already range of individual restaurants that we have on our doorstep.

I recommend to everyone who lives in Teddington, Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston, Surrey, Middlesex. Very good atmosphere with very good member staff with smiley and happy faces. Good prices to effort economically. Ten out of ten service. Thank you La Pesca!

Oh dear - style over substance- if you like marble & gold ok but not for me & awful elevator musack - had a stodgy scone which was ‘warmed’ - hot on the outside & cold on the inside with butter & a teeny tiny pot of jam. But worst of all unfortunately the coffee is terrible- bitter & unpleasant tasting. Oh & the toilet floor was dirty - should have known better when they painted it that awful colour

Lovely decor, attentive staff and the food was delicious!

I visited for dinner last night and tried their Octopus and Steak (shared for 2). What can I say...wow! The decor and music was also nice and I particularly liked the amazing flowers in their entrance. Go check out the window if you haven't already on Teddington High Street.

Let's start with the positives: Nice Decor, comfortable chairs, and lovely display cabinet. Then the average: Coffee rather bitter, and almond croissant doughy and soft. Not even a hint of the flaky crustiness you would expect from a freshly baked croissant Then the negative: Way over the top expensive - and not even close to representing value for money. Service strangely incompetent but hopefully will improve as I visited on it's second day of operation. Better value and quality available in many other places - and this new addition the the high street definitely sits toward the lower end of the scale in terms of places I am likely to visit again.

This place is brand new. I visited on its second day of operation. Had 2 coffees and 2 almond croissants. The bill came to an eye watering £14.29!!! Now I don't mind paying top dollar for top product and service - but this was neither....
