Great value for money, festive meal, carnival environment what's to hate. This is a re-review as my pictures weren't the right way last time

Mr. Raj served me very well. Made us feel welcoming and special. Would fully recommend popeyes to my friends.

Alright food, great service, good atmosphere. The food could be better but I don’t expect the highest of quality from franchises at this size, would recommend that they lower the prices to match the quality, however everything else is fine.

I have a spin to win prize on my app but every time I try to claim it, it adds item to the basket but it is trying to charge me for the free item!!! I refuse to purchase anything from Popeyes cos of this reason. Do the offer prizes to customer if you cannot cannot uphold the offer, I went up to the counter and the manager couldn't do anything to help, they said to get in touch with Popeye customer service (which I did) and Popeye customer service just ignored me.

Ordered a classic chicken burger. I was served by Manjusha, who was incredibly friendly. She greeted me with a warm smile.

Tried the festive stack sandwich, hot wings, and biscoff milkshake as recommended by the person at the counter (Manjusha). Turned out to be a banger! She knew exactly what are their best items and recommended it to me based on what I preferred. She had a warm service and also had a charming smile throughout. Plus points for the food and service!!

Dropped in on Popeyes, Nottingham as we were too late for a sit down before the Theatre. Lovely chicken dippers, and a nice Latte. Thanks to Raj for checking in with us and making sure all was well.

I ate in with my daughter at about 11.30am. My daughter ordered a spicy chicken sandwich box set and I ordered hot wings and regular fries. They were brought freshly made to our table and the female waitress was smiling and cheerful and made us feel good to have our meal. However, if the only smell in the restaurant was the smell of fried chicken, it would be appetising, but the whole restaurant slightly smelled like sewage, like toilet drains? I wish they could do something about the stench... please

Quality of food is horrible. Chicken burgers were only 90% cooked so still chewy. Took my son here he said its rubbish dad. I would not return to the Popeyes brand. Not worth the money and quality not there. Big names should not serve food like this at all cost. No excuse.

Have been here before and had great and friendly service from Jonathan. Today Hamza made the experience a welcoming one and went above and beyond to check on what I needed. Went tonight on a Friday night about 7pm. First off, it said I ordered 2 ice creams on the kiosk when I do not remember that, finger must have slipped or they’re trying to rip us off. Did table service as my mum didn’t want to walk around, took them about 20 to give us our food which is a bit bad to say it was dead. A guy ordered like 10 minutes after us and got his food within 5 minutes whilst we were still waiting. Food was kind of cold and order was incorrect. I ordered a regular deluxe crispy meal with cajun fries for an extra £1, I got a large and my mum got cajun ones too when she didn’t ask for that. They completely forgot our drinks but gave us our ice creams so we ended up with 4 oreo ice creams. My mums milkshake didn’t taste very strawberry like and went straight in the bin. Overall, it’s decent if you’re on a budget or fresh from clubbing but it’s not the best.

Me encanta venir al pollo de Popeye en el pasado. Pero no tanto. Mi amigo y yo vinimos aquí el domingo, ya que no hemos estado en siglos y pedí esta cosa del trato de la comida con alitas de pollo caliente. Tomé un bocado del pollo y noté que el pollo todavía era rosado sí, ¡así que le conté al personal sobre ello y conseguí dos alas gratis, pero triste perdí el apetito y tiré el resto a la basura. Este es un riesgo para la salud y la seguridad. MI CONSEJO ES EVITAR COMO LA LIGA

Good food and service but music is unbearably loud. Very overstimulating - horrendous environment for anyone with autism or sensory issues. Feels quite hostile, as though they are trying to move you on after you finish your food as soon as possible. Will not go in-person again.
