Very tough meat, won't go again

The food was definitely not fresh, cold,it was very sweet and not tasty. I paid 15 pounds/person for nothing!

Recently moved to the area and it's our favourite along with another one in Church Crookham. Far and away better than all the others in Fleet area.

Yes it was a Saturday night, but after telling me my order would take 30 mins I ordered, came back and that had another 15 min wait to find that when got the food home, they had got the order wrong, other than that was great 😂

Placed order over the phone on my way back from a long day out, at no point was I advised about payment issues. When I arrived to collect and pay via contactless I was told they don’t take this, the lady made it out to be my fault for not bringing my “plastic card” and refused a bank transfer. Obviously had to leave it but can’t believe the rudeness tbh. Went to Rice in Yateley instead :)

Food is brilliant and very tasty but can not say the same for the lady behind the counter. 2 occasion's now she has taken payment and lost the order. Tonight I waited 1hr spoke to the lady who frantically rushed around looking for my order and then when I got it home it was cold. Disappointing

Honest review! Great food, but mediocre portions (unless you order large portions). Prices are reasonable. However, if you want to purchase anything less than £10, you cannot use a debit card...cash only. P.s, there are no cash points in the area (at least 3 miles to the nearest one), to which I believe is Evetham Heath). Very clever...Not. Just lost out on a lot of business from 'passing through' customers!

Perfect Chinese around the Hook/Hartley Witney area. Great tasting food, quite staff and not much to be said - but their food speaks a thousand words 👍🏼

Avoid this place. Rude staff and insist cash only when they have a card machine hidden under the counter! Hair found in the food and awful customer service!

£50 spent after a few mouthfuls.all got thrown away .looked up po lee from years ago got closed down .cat remains found in kitchen.

Do you think this food worth £15.70?!!! Terrible food & service. They even try to cheap with the change and was giving me £1 less… The King prawn 🍤 in black bean sauce is total parody as just water & oil, rarely as you can see prawns, hardly to find any black beans at all….I asked in advance how many prawn on toast will be and they says 9- however tiny 6 were presented fir the cost of £5.00… egg fry rise is mainly rise, barely any egg in it…. Total disappointment, overpriced and junk food!!! Avoid in all costs… I have to leave negative reviews, but one really deserve it!!

Always very friendly and fast if you go midweek. I'd recommend them, a very long menu to choose from

Food was to a satisfactory standard but the service.... I can't say the same. The young woman on the counter seemed hesitant to take card payment then told me I could only pay by card. After frantically searching my car for more cash she finally decided cash will suffice as payment. Bad attitude but good food.

I was expecting basic but the food was inedible. My wife and I could not eat it and had to throw it away and have a bowl of cereal. Honestly, this is the worst take away I’ve ever ordered.

Like many Chinese takeaways the premises seems very basic but food is quick and very tasty at decent prices.

Use these guys as our local Chinese take away even though they aren't the closest to us. Always get what we asked for, never have to wait long and the foods always tasty.

Person serving in takeaway was very nice and COVID safe setup. Unfortunately food wasn't to our taste. Was very salty and chicken was chewy - not nice. Rice, prawn crackers and mini veg roles were all fine but chicken curry and sweet and sour chicken were not good, so on that basis I wouldn't recommend or return.

3rd order I've had from them that is totally not what we ordered . Called to complain as previously I havent and they pretend they dont understand English and accept no responsibility for the error nor will they do anything to help will never order them again and to top it off the food they did give was disgusting and the chicken didn't look or taste cooked so we had to bin the entire order wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Food reasonable but strange this day and age will not take card payments only cash, had to go to tesco in hook to withdraw cash from the machine, about 6 or 8 mile round trip, not ideal for such a delay when one is 'hangry'.

Worst Chinese food I've ever eaten its a joke how bad this place is avoid at all costs plus the portion size is tiny amazed they stay open I'm not Chinese but I could make better tasting food than this garbage

A nice chinese takeaway. It can be hit and miss if you have a good day its top notch but if you have a bad day its suspect. Experienced a bad day yesterday which was disappointing. Chips are usually always good from here the rice and noodles are in smaller boxes than the average chinese.

Have ordered food on several occasions and have to say how good the food is and how pleasant the lady is so will continue to order regularly

Food was tasteless watery just disgusting.will never go back.

Went there a couple of weeks ago and it was a lovely meal. Went back last week for the same food and it was horrible and watery, hadn't been cooked properly :( was really disappointed as was a waste of £15. Mushroom fu yung was watery & needed more cooking time. Will try one more time in a month or so,& will change rating accordingly. Annoying it is cash only. Should really accept card in this day and age.

Fantastic food, great price, Highly recommended. You have to try it once in your life.

Best Chinese around. Have tried most of them around Fleet and Church Crookham and none as good as Po Lee. Food it fresh and tasty and in the 6 years I have been getting takeaway from them I have only ever been disappointed once. Well done Po Lee.
