Really nice little cafe. We went for afternoon tea. Sandwiches were gorgeous soft rolls filled with either cheese, ham or tuna. We had a large cup of chutney with it. We chose Victoria sponge and had scones and jam in half a birdcage waiting for us along with chocolate wands, jelly beans, colour changing tongue sweets and chocolate bars frogs. The staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved it. The potions in the bottles (fruit juice) were amazing as they looked like potions. Well worth a trip from Oxford (4 hours round trip). We will be back.

I stumbled across this little cafe on Instagram and as my daughter is a suddenly Harry Potter crazy, I booked us afternoon tea as a treat. The cafe is tucked away down a little street and is adorned with Harry Potter accessories. It is small and cosy and clearly very popular as it was busy during our visit. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful and we tucked into a generous selection of three mixed afternoon teas. The food was fresh and tasty and the coffee was the best I have had, and I drink a lot! We couldn’t manage everything so asked for boxes to take some home which were cheerfully handed over. A hidden gem. Well worth the money and will be recommending.

We found a seat pretty easy on sofas this cafe allows dogs in but they was lying on the furniture so had to turn sofa cushions over before I sat down table not cleared of empty mugs etc it wasn’t overly busy there was empty seats.Sat waiting for over 30 minutes for 2 coffees and a hot chocolate when asked how long they said we must have lost your order no apology then we was left another 10 minutes to get our order no smile on service or apology. I couldn’t see what the hype was just some HP decorations and bad service don’t think I would go again.

Went here for the second time this year after a good first visit to an absolutely terrible second visit travelled a couple hours to go here and received a terrible afternoon tea experience. Would not recommend making the trip here and when emailing about making a complaint they were less than helpful saying that the can’t always offer the same service during busy times. Don’t offer it then in my eyes I paid a fair price for an afternoon tea and received half what I did the first time and overall won’t be going back. Manager is also rude

My daughter is like many a huge Harry Potter fan. I’d seen this place online and me and my wife decided to visit as a surprise for her. Despite the negative reviews I’d read, I’m happy to say this wasn’t our experience. The cafe is very quirky and a great place for any Harry Potter fan as it’s filled with memorabilia and would be at home in any of the films. My daughter had Harry’s Hot Chocolate which came with a chocolate frog which she loved. We also had breakfast rolls which were delicious. Next time we are in Bridgnorth we will try the cream tea here.

Had read about this quirky cafe and being a Harry Potter fan I thought I would give it a try. Well we (my hubby and I) ordered 2 coffees, waited 15 minutes before I had to ask where they were. There was only a few others in so not overly busy. When I asked they looked at me as though they didn’t know I had ordered. We are sat on a table in front of the staff working behind the counter. Extremely disappointed! Lovely setting spoiled by substandard service.

Came here on the Harry Potter day in Bridgnorth and understandably it was busy. I was in the queue for around 10 mins before being told ‘I’ve just got to make a drink and then I’ll come back’. It was 10 mins before someone else came to serve. Upon ordering he told me that what I wanted was no longer available (very frustrating as we spoke to a member of staff when we walked in about tables so perfect opportunity to tell us then). I then went back to the table to ask the children what they wanted and got back in the queue. Got to the front of the queue to then be told ‘I’ll be back just got to make some drinks’. We were the only ones left in the queue so we argued for them to serve us. we left it 40 mins after ordering our food to ask where it was to be told it will be with us shortly. Another 10 mins went by and me and my friend deciddd to cancel our order and just for the children to have their sandwiches. The children’s food came and it was wrong. As mentioned I understand it was busy and staff were stressed but just poor management and customer service. Shame as a lovely place.

We came for a Harry Potter afternoon tea for HP mad 7 year old. The theming is lovely - really well put together. All the decorations were cleverly displayed and immersive - we sat next to a ‘fireplace’ with a faux fire which even had smoke! Little touches like house cushions and lots of notices about potions etc. were all very well done. The afternoon tea comes in a school trunk and is just gorgeous. And some food was layered in a Hedwig’s cage (see photo). A Chocolate frog, Bertie Botts every flavour beans and chocolate wands dusted in edible shimmer made it really magical. The philosopher’s scone was a genius touch! We also had a number of ‘normal’ afternoon teas. Scones were great, lots and lots of food (had to take some home in a box!) and a really good cuppa. All in all, a really lovely experience. We were two adults, two teenage boys (who also enjoyed it) and a 7 year old. A lot of Harry Potter experiences are over priced and don’t have that ‘real feel’ but this was charming and how you might imagine a cafe in Diagon Alley. All the staff were super friendly too and were expecting us as I’d messaged ahead and made us feel welcome. It was busy but that’s as it should be - makes for a good atmosphere and good to see a lovely small business thriving.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The food choices were good although our first choices weren't available. My only negative comment would have to be the tables weren't cleared the whole time we were there and the side kitchen which was visable was full of dirty plates and glasses and the bin in the main kitchen area was overflowing. This did not give a good impression. Sorry for these comments, but I'm afraid this was not a good look for the cafe. Everything else was great.

We visited today for the first time, I had booked afternoon tea for my partner and I, for his 30th birthday. He loves Harry Potter which is why I booked. The actual cafe is SO cute and well themed. It feels like you’re walking into another world, a Harry Potter world! We sat in the Slytherin area which was so well themed. Harry Potter music plays throughout which is a great touch! The actual afternoon tea was SO good and you get so much for your money! The menu on the website shows what you get. It comes in a small suitcase which was a great touch. All of the food and drinks were so tasty and fresh. We couldn’t eat it all so took some of it to go as there was lots of food! The staff were incredible and so friendly! I recommend any Harry Potter fan to book an afternoon tea, but also recommend anyone who likes good food, a great atmosphere and lovely staff to visit anyway! We will be back!

Went here this afternoon for a coffee with a friend. Walked in to find all 3 assistants busy cleaning and making coffee. Not one of them looked in my direction or even acknowledged I was there. It was clear I was waiting to be served and one of them even walked past me. When eventually one came over and actually gave me eye contact, I was told that I had to order at the till which is literally 3 steps away! I think some staff training needs to be sorted out here as it's common curtesy to at least acknowledge a customer when they walk in the door, even if you can't serve them directly. You can at least speak to them and advise when you'll be with them. A lack of manners and appreciation in my opinion. I would have walked out but no where else was open as it was 4pm however, this cafe is advertised as being open till 5pm. Disappointing.

We went here for an afternoon tea (2 adults) and it was fantastic! We entered and went to the counter and was shown to our reserved table in a separate little room. The decor is real cool (Harry Potter theme) we were given menus to order our coffee’s (or teas) which didn’t take long and the food was brought out pretty much immediately. The food was really good, the sandwiches (which were preordered) were really big (no finger sized ones!) the savoury snacks were good too. We were able to have refills on the drinks (full size cappuccino & latte) but was stuffed so had to take the scone, cakes and fudge home with us (which they provided boxes for!) For £14.50 each, this place is a hidden gem, don’t hesitate in visiting!!!

We headed to Dee Dee's firstly because it is situated within The Range store, where we happened to be browsing, and secondly, because it advertised that it was serving Costa Coffee. We were killing time, waiting for a relative to undergo a hospital appointment, but we waited a LONG time to be served. I actually began to time it on my watch, silly I know, but I was beginning to think that we would have to ditch our idea of a coffee and head back to the hospital. In the end, we waited a little over 18 minutes to be served. Yes, the coffee was Costa, but not served Barista style, more of the kind of machine one finds in a buffet breakfast at a hotel, select your drink, press the appropriate button and the machine dispenses the drink. The staff seemed to be rushed off their feet, with one young lady taking orders and delivering coffees and another, older and more experienced lady putting together the food orders. One felt for them, as they were clearly understaffed and rushed off their feet. Yet, being British, we all stood there and queued! Costa coffee is okay, not nearly as special as it would like to think, but we got what we paid for. The seating area was nicely laid out, sufficient space between tables, but it was all rather canteen, rather than a coffee / cafe /bistro experience. The management should really look at their staffing levels and help out the current members, who are doing their best.

not much occuring but the beer is nice and the staff pleasant. I was the only one in so not much atmosphere but chilled out. The young guy in glasses on the bar was lovely but didn't know much about the beer really

A really good find close to the Park & Ride bus stop at the top of town. Service was welcoming and helpful (husband has some disability) which extended to our dog. A small breakfast for £6 (choose 3 items) was perfect as was the coffee. Lactose intolerance catered for without difficulty. We’ll be back.

Found by accident while out driving around the area. Popped in for a quick lunch about 2.30. Quits a few people in there. Burger and chips were nice. Coffee was good. Toilet was clean also. Would be a good destination if it wasn't pouring with rain as could sit outside.

The staff and service is always great. We came in for a quick drink recently. We really do miss the male owner doing the food, much preferred it then. We’ve been for set menu events and it’s never really lived up to expectations which is a shame. Partner used to always come in then but we don’t tend to visit now. Just an honest one
