Nice little place with good vegan doughnut and hot chocolate options. 4 types of vegan doughnuts. Friendly, fast service.

Went in here for a quick milkshake and ended up leaving with a great deal on coffees and doughnuts! Lovely people and friendly service! There was only 1 person working and she had to ask someone to come and help her because she got busy, but we didn’t mind the wait, the inside had nice seating areas and a decent toilet. Doughnuts, coffees and milkshakes were all really nice and they even had doughnut dog treats, which was adorable! Very happy we went in!

One person working in the shop on a busy afternoon. Twenty minute wait in the queue to be told that the cookie dough we wanted wasn't available. So we left empty handed. If things are not available, why not make this clear before people join the queue? Or better still, provide the relevant staff to do the job. The place looked grubby, we won't return.

Popped in today to buy my friend Kevin some doughnuts. He loves the different varieties that you supply. He is a massive doughnut fan that he didn’t know which one to have firs. All his mates call him doughnuts because of his love of doughnuts

This is a great doughnut place in Shrewsbury. The doughnuts are pricey but they are very large and very well made, with a nice fried dough character, and good flavour and sweetness. They have a nice range of unusual flavours. They also have excellent coffees - cappucino, espresso, etc. The place is nice and service was very friendly .

Donut and milkshake deal. Fairly average, milkshakes were OK and donuts were nice but didn't have much filling making them a little dry and disappointing as they looked great. Did enjoy but wouldn't rush back.

This planet doughnut place is absolutely incredible. The people there are really friendly and I would totally recommend the biscoff doughnut. Please go there they're really friendly and all of the doughnuts are really tasty. :)

Visited Planet Doughnut whilst visiting Shrewsbury and what a pleasure it was. Really nice doughnuts. They also had samples outside which were a nice touch.

I bought my daughter (who is dairy intolerant) a box of vegan doughnuts for her birthday - they were delivered on time, were absolutely delicious and looked amazing. Can't recommend them highly enough for vegans.

Found this unexpectedly, its a side street but close to town centre. Really lovely idea, I was spoilt for choice buy Jack was so helpful, he even recommended a treat for our dog. It was a lovely treat and we will be back.

Such friendly service, always! They listen to how you want your coffee and get it just right. The doughnuts just keep getting better and better. I seem to choose a new favourite every time I go. Love the ones with a fruity filling the best.

Great doughnuts that get cheaper the more you buy. A box of six of these very large specimens will do a small family for a couple of sittings. Lots of different fillings and toppings means that there is plenty of choice. Good opening times and friendly staff means this is a place well worth visiting to placate that sweet craving.

I went with my friend to the one in Warrington Golden Square and it was amazing. The service was friendly and efficient and the milkshakes were to die for. I got the cookies and cream one and my friend got the bubblegum one, they were both delicious and brilliant value. I will definitely be going back!! My friend loved it just as much as I did and we would both really recommend it!

Visited the Shrewsbury store on Tuesday morning with the wife and two dogs before a walk around the town. Not the first visit and won't be the last. Everytime we visit the welcome from all staff is just great the quality of the doughnuts and coffee are second to none and the dining in spotless. Great stores allow dogs. I cannot sell this place enough and even though I don't live in Shrewsbury I recommended Planet Doughnut to three couples we met after our visit.

Always make sure to get some doughnuts when I'm nearby. Really tasty and quite creative ideas for the doughnut designs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend a visit

Literally the best doughnuts I’ve ever eaten. Unreal!!! We sat and ate them with a picnic in the park. We had a biscoff and a custard. My fav was the custard. The lady serving was so lovely. Excellent experience all around!

They have a donuts that looks like they are from the Simpsons. They are the best donuts you will ever have and they also sell them for dogs! I want to go everyday and have them for breakfast dinner and tea! They look like something delicious from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The vegan ones are really delicious as well! From Mrs Walsh and Ellesmere class (we did this as part of our IT computer lessons)

The girl serving was super friendly.The doughnuts are really expensive at £3 each, although the deal with a combined drink is much better value. The doughnuts are super luxury though, and they are the best looking you can find. So once you are past the cost then I actually found the doughnuts far too rich and sickly sweet. I can see this is like a super highly rated place but I honestly would have preferred a simple doughnut without all the creams, custards, chocolates added on. The base doughnut was lovely but the toppings actually detracted for me, a sweetness overload.Now the milkshakes on the other hand whilst still expensive (£4.25) were absolutely lovely, made with real ice cream and served with an extra wide straw perfect for thick shakes. Perfect.

These are seriously the best doughnuts ever. If you visit the shop there are so many choices it’s hard to pick. I’d recommend all of them. Staff were so friendly too.

i don't have diabetes but i nearly do apparently and have been told to significantly curb my sugar intake which i have successfully done losing a fair bit of weight in the process but this is place my guilty pleasure, can't remember what i had but i really enjoyed it,

Really friendly guys serving, they gave us plenty of suggestions. Doughnuts were amazing and really big (we asked for a knife to chop them in half on account of the heft!)We drank a caramel latte and a vanilla milkshake which were dreamy. Dunkin'Donuts and Krispy Creme be damned!

Huge variety of doughnuts, four for £10. The Oreo cookie one had sold out as we visited quite late in the afternoon. Managed to find four that sounded and looked very yummy. Huge and very tasty.

These doughnuts are huge! And soft, fluffy and full of gooey loveliness. Haven't tried their drinks yet but it's always very clean and staff friendly when I go in to the shop.

After seeing the tempting pictures of these doughnuts on social media, I made a point of visiting when I was in Shrewsbury. I was certainly not disappointed. Great taste and good value. I am looking forward to the nationwide delivery launching soon!

Daughter visited Shrewsbury and brought a box of these doughnuts home, some of the best doughnuts I’ve tasted.We had the ferrero rocher, the stroopwaffle and the nutella, even eating them a couple of days later they still tasted really good! Just wish i lived closer , tho for my waistline probably best not

We went in and chose 6 doughnuts for £13 and considering their size and quality they were definitely worth it. The biscoff and nutella and ferrero rocher ones were especially good!!

My first visit to planet doughnut, after receiving one as a gift, i am now hooked, these doughnuts are incredible. Visited stall in Mold today, awful weather, cold and wet, but a lovely man, Ian was friendly and helpful. Will be back for more next week, so i can try more flavours.

Hope it’s okay to leave a review for Planet Doughnuts at Neston Market! Firstly, these doughnuts are phenomenal. I don’t even want to know the calories although I did walk 16km yesterday and another 12km today just so I could treat myself to one of these beauties. I had a box of 4 (not all to myself).. so far I’ve had half a lotus and half a raspberry, meringue, buttercream concoction... I’m wondering whether to polish off the remaining halves as I’m typing this or do the right thing and save a taste for the other members of my family. Also, the guy at Neston who serves is such a lovely man too. Doesn’t matter how long the queue is, (and let’s face it, nobody minds queuing for these doughnuts) he doesn’t try and rush you through- he’s calm and friendly. He showed me the raspberry meringue doughnuts to ‘tempt me’... I was tempted. Success. He asks how you are and is just so welcoming. A real asset to the company. Will definitely go back for more doughnuts. In the meantime, I have to decide if I’m one of those good mothers who saves doughnuts for her children...

This popped up on my Instagram one day and decided to order their Valentine's donuts, great selection, vegan friendly, beautiful to look at and even better tasting!! Great present as they always go down a treat, friendly service as well. Can't fault it!

I was on business in Shrewsbury and visited this little gem. I decided to take doughnuts away for my family. The lemon drizzle and jammy dodger were my particular favourites. The staff were so warm and friendly too! Krispy Kreme has most definitely taken a back seat! Love your product Planet Dougnut

Genuinely the best tasting doughnuts we have ever tasted. So soft, moist and not shy with toppings or filings. They look great and taste even better. We visited their stall at the Chesterfield artisan market. We would 100% recommend.

The most fantastic doughnuts i have EVER had the pleasure of putting in my mouth. They 100% beat all the big brand names. Each one had their own individual taste and each one just as amazing as the next. I purchased these from the makers market in Chesterfield and I'll definitely be making another trip there.

My first visit today and I got a box of 4 for my husband. I'm not normally a doughnut girl but hubby said I must try them. Woow I couldn't believe it they were amazing. I'm now hunting down when they will be at a market nearer me to purchase more. Look amazing, taste unbelievable and good value for money.

I am a big fan of doughnuts and normally prefer a standard jam or ring doughnut, but we spotted this great doughnut shop on our way back to our car, and popped in.The doughnuts are a little on the pricey side but they were delicious and worth the spend. A great treat after a long day exploring.

I really struggle to choose a particular flavour, but have yet to find one I don't like. The dough is soft and fluffy, icing is gorgeous and sweet and the filling is like a taste explosions on your tongue. Highly recommend, always freshly made and big too!

My title says it all. Whenever we are in Shrewsbury the kids beg, and I mean like dogs, to go over to planet doughnut! We never have pudding anywhere else. The staff are lovely and super helpful.

Visited here Saturday of bank holiday weekend. We knew we wanted to visited prior to arriving in Shrewsbury after looking at what was in the area. We couldn't have been more excited. When we arrived the window display was full of well thought out and executed flavours. We ordered 2 oreos for the kids, I had a salted lotus biscoff and my husband had the party ring. The shop is well organised and only allows 1 family in at a time. The doughnuts are massive and tasted just as beautiful as they looked. I would highly recommend to anyone. Now please start postal delivery!

Me and my girlfriend bought these delicious doughnuts from Oswestry town market. they had a wide selection of flavours/toppings and even a vegan option! they were hands down one of the nicest doughnuts i have ever tasted! also the man and women who were on the stall that day were very polite and friendly.

The most delirious doughnuts, friendly service and good coffee EVER ( and I'm including Canada and the USA here). If you are a fan of Oreo cookies, terry's chocolate orange or Biscoff caramel.....you will be in heaven. So reasonably priced too. We actually changed our itinerary on two days to include return visits. Home now. And about to diet....

I would like to begin with mentioning that I am regarded as the apex doughnut critic in most counties throughout England & Wales. We arrived 10 mins before close and the lovely, chatty staff offered as cheaper deals on their only remaining doughnuts, the homer (I'm sure you can imagine it's appearance). I actually dislike strawberry icing in most cases but the quality of texture in this doughnut surpassed the expected distaste that I thought I might have when consuming this doughnut. I thoroughly enjoyed it, needless to say and I would recommend it to anyone.

You know when you eat something and it’s saved in your mind forever. So you will be just bored at work or watching CBeebies with your kids climbing on you while you try to drink a cuppa and your mind wonders over to that glorious foods of the past section of your brain. Well that is these doughnuts. Particularly the mint aero one. I used to live in Shrewsbury and had this particular doughnut in 2018 but since then no other doughnut I’ve consumed has come close. I’ve poped into the shop the few times a year I come to Shrewsbury but I always miss the mint aero doughnut on the menu. But don’t worry I console myself with a box of 3 other doughnuts while I still hope and wonder that one day I will taste that tasty little morsel again! ☺️

Best for value doughnuts with the most amazing tastes from loads of different ranges of doughnuts & milkshakes that are available to you! Also they have coffee or tea if you're not wanting something heavy to drink. The staff there are welcoming, polite & can be very patient if you are struggling to decide what you want straight away but they can be very helpful if needed.

Having eaten a lot of doughnuts in my time, I can safely say these are the best. If you visit Shrewsbury, you MUST visit planet doughnut. Sooo tasty!!

Came on a Monday (usually closed) but they were selling excess stock for £1, which I approve of. Gotta get the waste down! Had the strawberry shortcake, it was still fluffy, but unfortunately the jam and icing combo was too sweet for me so I gave it to my mum and she seemed to like it!

We visited the Plant Doughnut stall at Stafford Makers Market, these are by far the best doughnuts we've ever had!! They are amazing value too as they are ma-hoo-sive!! They defo make you feel happy😁

No other doughnut compares! I always come here if I am after a treat. I also bought a decorate your own doughnut box for my birthday and it was very generous and super fun, and obviously just as delicious as ever. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing place, my family and I love planet doughnut and will never go anywhere else. We even used to make a trip out to Shrewsbury just to get a box before the Telford store opened! If you haven't tried them then you're seriously missing out! Biscoff is my absolute favourite and I actually had a box of them for my birthday over a birthday cake . Great customer service, friendly staff and amazing fresh doughnuts, what else could you ask for!

Been a regular customer to palnt doughnut since it opened. Always an amazing selection which tase divine, particularly love the special doughnuts such as Christmas and Halloween ones. I also had some custom doughnuts made for my birthday! Will always buy some when in town or have some delivered as a treat!
