Pizzeria Roma in Epsom and Ewell

Bad delivery experience, spaghetti meatball overcooked and strange spice tasty. The Tiramisu is industrial frozen, arrived home still frozen!! Definitely This is not an Italian restaurant

I have been ordering from Pizzeria Roma for many years and absolutely love their food. I am vegetarian and dislike both cream and parmesan but they are always happy to adapt the ingredients or avoid them for me. I was supposed to take a friend out to an Italian restaurant for a celebration a few weeks ago but they were closed for a holiday, so we ordered everything from Pizzeria Roma that we would have eaten at the restaurant and had a lovely evening in the back garden instead. I think I actually preferred it!! My one criticism is that the prices do not match up from their online menu when one telephones in an order. Unfortunately, the online order form sometimes has an item missing which they do have so I have to order via telephone. I have told them that the £2 or £3 difference on a large order is never going to prevent me from ordering from them but I have a real fixation with numbers. Finance is my line of work and everything absolutely has to add up to the nth degree or it drives me insane!!!!

We discovered this restaurant during lockdown and have been ordering from it ever since. We particularly love the Gamberoni Aglio e Olio and the Oven baked Feta as Starters. We also enjoy the Tagliatelle Al Forno pasta and a pizza for mains. We have tried other things but, for us, these are the ones we have most enjoyed. Food has always been well packaged and hot. Over a takeaway tonight, we were saying we'd like to visit and then just discovered that it's takeaway only but thank you for our very enjoyable take aways!

Ordered calamari , was straight out of frozen food calamari? No pork based hams?? or antipasti? True Italian meat ball are made of pork and beef??Italian sausages, pepperoni, salami , bacon, ham are not pork based but but fake. Not sure why would they not say??? Once again feed people halal???why. Plus food was not contact less delivery .Salad few days old and brown. Most all sources were ready pack ie like fast food ready packs.

Always great food delivered .and my pizza was hot as well as being absolutely gorgeous, I also ordered a Insalata mista salad bowl with was fresh and crispy, so I can honestly say I'll be ordering my pizzas from here from now on. Penne pasta was fresh 😋

I have eaten here a couple of times but I have to say, it’s gone right downhill!! The staff were a disgrace!! The food was so late, no call nothing! When I chased I was advised it hasn’t even been cooked and I’d just have wait! When I complained, they simply cancelled the order and didn’t help out all! These places forget, with corona virus, we should help local businesses, these do not deserve to survive! I shall be eating elsewhere from now!
