It was my wife’s 40th birthday on May 4th, and instead of going out, we decided to order from our favorite Mediterranean takeaway. I had let them know of my wife’s birthday, thinking she would get a nice little ‘happy birthday’ message written on the packaging. No, that didn’t happen. They truly went above and beyond. A card came along with a box of expensive chocolates! To say we were NOT expecting that would be a monumental understatement! It brought my wife to tears and shocked our family. The kindness they have shown us has truly left us all speechless. Even the message written inside was beautiful! The food was as amazing as always, and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. The Turkish rice with chickpeas was incredible and complimented the meal perfectly. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all so much. It’s acts of kindness such as this that truly restore my faith in humanity and further convince me that local businesses are the lifeblood of our community. You’re all truly wonderful people with beautiful souls, and it has been nothing short of a privilege to be a loyal customer of such an amazing establishment as yours. If you want to enjoy high-quality cuisine with incredible staff, then I'd highly recommend Pizzanaz. I guarantee you, you will NEVER be disappointed.

I’ve had the chicken kebabs many times, they never disappoint, delivered very quickly, piping hot, delicious. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Went for a pizza and chips, turned up barely warm, didn’t taste the best either. Ordered online, delivered an hour or so later, the driver admitted he got lost. Never mind it didn’t go to waste.

Forgot to give me my full order, was promised next time so I ordered they would send it out so I reminded them and again never gave me the original missing item. Same happened for a 3rd time despite me reminding the person it had happened previously. So much for the guff on their website about customer service being pivotal to their business. They also break the law by charging a fee to use a credit or debit card when this fee was abolished years ago by parliament. Food is ok but not their business practices

Poor kebab meat which is disgusting. First order was great then after very poor.AVOID!!! Draw you in with restaurant quality than rubbish after that

Very disappointed after reading reviews. Ordered the mixed grill, mostly kebab meat and only warm, everything looks pretty heated a few times, sorry never again

Disappointing with size of portions, doner kebab was far smaller than local rivals, accompanying salad tray was only 2/3 full, however tomato garlic bread was delicious, overall not great value, website stings you for a card fee on top of delivery charge, think I will stick to Holywell Pizza, better value larger kebab and full salad trays....

They still charged me to use my debit card for an on line transaction which has been against the law for several years, no fee can be charged for using a debit or credit card.. THAT IS THE LAW. They also did not give me my full order and twice has failed to replace it as they promised they would. According this takeaway's website they pride themselves on customer service... NO you pride yourselves on breaking the law and scamming your customers

We got a large vegetarian pizza with a cheesy garlic bread. The garlic bread was nothing like I’ve ever tasted, it was either laden with pepper or rosemary which was utterly disgusting! The vegetarian pizza wasn’t as bad but everything about it wasn’t very nice, the cheese was way too thick, there were barely any peppers and the pizza base was stodgy. My husband, me and kids have all had bad stomaches since we ate from Pizzanaz, it’s on our doorsteps but I won’t ever go back nor would I recommend to anyone! I would suggest the only people who should pay this place a visit are trading standards!

Alot of hype about this take away, great advertising on Facebook on the back of sister company so I said to thw wife I will treat you to midweek takeaway, round trip of 22 miles. First of was told on phone CASH ONLY which means because of covid they met the vat cut off point so cash only not declared there all doing it. Food pizza was ok Cheesy chip we're horrid overcooked , rank and tasteless. Salad old Pitta was stale Now for the shish kebab at £10.50 the meat was in edible tasteless ,chewy and did not taste of lamb. Cold below average tasteless food, chips soggy & Luke warm, plenty staff behind the counter but no customers. The shop looks nice & clean, but the staff just look like they are going through the motions and not enjoying their workplace, no rapport with the customer, but quick to receive order.

I hadn't planned on writing a review as I like to support local businesses and prefer to feedback directly. I sent a polite message on facebook, filled in their feedback form on the website and emailed them but was completely ignored. We liked the pizza, chicken wings, mixed grill and meatballs but there were a problems with the order: rice was missing, garlic bread was missing, drinks were wrong. pitta was stale and the humus was horrible, it hadn't been made properly and was very runny and oily, not right at all. This kind of service gives the mother business turknaz a bad name which is a shame since we've had great experience of their food and service.

I had great expectations when I heard Pizzanaz was opening as my favourite restaurant is its sister Turknaz. I ordered chargrilled lamb chops - the lamb was sparse and inedible. It was mainly chargrilled bone. The Turkish rice was dried out and tasteless. The chips portion never arrived! The donner meat was very greasy and also tasteless. Hopefully this was just an off day but I will never know as I will not be back. This is by far the worst takeaway restaurant I have ever used. Very poor.

Fantastic fresh, tasty food and good size portions. Chicken shish is amazing, large chunks of chicken and amazing colourful salad. Also ordered a side of Turkish rice which was very tasty. We will definitely order again.
