Crave 4 Desserts Ashington in Northumberland

Ordered at half 9 didn't come until half 11 had no straws and was cold Shop closed at 11 so obviously was sat in drivers car since before then. Ordered a oreo milkshake and got a phone call saying they didn't have any oreos and to choose a different one. It came and was oreo but was mostly melted Very disappointing

I am very disappointed with the service I have received I ordered @19:56 and it never arrived so I rang them up and asked where it is they said it would be the first one to be delivered afterwards I cancelled my order I will never be ordering again

If im honest im suprised this has 3.1 rating. I wouldn't even give it a 1 rating. Food was tasteless and late. The delivery driver just said here, No apology for being late. Called the store because the order was wrong alao. Just to be lied to. Just a terrible experience all over. Avoid at all cost.

Partner ordered at 9 still not here at 1, if I wanted to wait 4 hours for a milkshake and a slush I would of ordered from Tunisia

Tonight I ordered desserts at 9pm and it came 2 hours late, the food is nice but the delivery service is shocking I only live in Bedlington 10 minutes away

Ordered a delivery 2 hours later and nothing arrived and unable to contact them been trying to call for over a hour the phone is offline. Wouldn’t even rate them 1 star but I had too. disgusting closes at 11pm ordered at 9pm. Glad I didn’t pay with my card or would have lost £25

Me and my friends ordered 2 caramel Bubble teas, 1 vanilla bubble tea and a crepe and it was absolutely horrible. The tea had no taste and the bubbles tasted like melted plastic. The crepe was alright but it tasted like it was from ALDI. We were extremely disappointed. The delivery took AGES, we ordered at 9:30pm and it came at 11:45. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered two cakes and two milkshakes in which one milkshake was totally wrong to what I ordered. I Ordered chocolate fudge cake but I got plain chocolate cake there was no fudge. Both cakes were also dry. The best thing about the order was the correct milkshake that we ordered.

Lovely cakes, cheesecake and shakes. Can't fault them and the owner is very friendly and helpful this is Ashington shop can't comment on any other but I'm sure their standards are just as high

Absolutely shocking ask for a slush for. delivery and come with 2 bottles of cream soda defo wouldn’t recommend 😡🤬

Shameful. Just terrible. I had driven over 15 miles to get to the shop. After placing the order on the phone. My partner had to repeat what she wanted 4 times and that we wanted to collect 4 times. Then I arrived to find the staff who didn't seem to know their also from their **** telling me their card machine wasn't working. And I hope after leaving the cheesecakes on the counter they have not resold them. And the only choice they had for a cheesecake was cream egg. And that is all they had. Wont use again.

It is a shame this place has got negative reviews as it can put you off wanting to buy anything from here, however this is my first time me and my husband have ever ordered dessert and it was amazing. Yes the wait was 2 hours but the kinder cake, the ferrero cake, the milkshake and chocolate iced coffee are delicious. The shakes are not sickening and neither the cakes. Delicious and well flavoured. I highly reccomend this place. As for the driver he was really polite.

Just had a bad experience with this dessert take out. I ordered Chocolate strawberries and a mix fruit smoothie which were both disappointing. Never had a problems before but the experience has put me off using them again. Definitely wasn't fresh produce used!!

Ordered at 8:10. Now 22:40 still not arrived. Cancelled order, won't be using them ever again.

First class desserts from friendly staff

Absolutely SHOCKING customer service. Because I waited TWO HOURS for my order and I rang up and asked where my order was I was spoken to like dirt and then my order was cancelled. Owner is petty and behaviour is disgusting towards upset customers.

Ordered our desserts at 18:30, was due to be delivered at 19:30. When I checked my order on the Just Eat app the delivery time changed to 20:00. Rang the shop but... "we cant push back other peoples orders to get yours there first". But obviously our order got pushed back an extra 30 minutes. When it eventually got here I cant say our desserts were warm, considering it was coming ONE MILE up the road! So god knows how long it had been sat.

Gorgeous waffles that were freshly prepared...lovely staff who were very friendly. Even got to try a new product they are planning which was delicious!

Ordered a kinder bueno cake and it was legit chocolate cake with vanilla icing in the middle and chocolate on the top and ONE square of kinder fair to say I was not impressed and won’t be a returning customer may aswell say it’s chocolate cake dry as sticks with a kinder square on top oh AND I wasn’t given the correct change, I gave them £17 and the bill was £13.80 and I only got £1.20 change ?

Like the shop, seating etc but my milkshake was a disappointment. However it is early days for them so I'm reserving judgement for now.

Amazing service everytime we've ordered. Tonight the desserts arrived 20 mins before estimated time. All cakes were lovely! And even got an extra treat for being loyal customers. Highly review for scrumptious desserts. Especially love the waffles 😍

Horrible dry cakes, a brownie that was brick hard. I made a comment between friends on a Facebook post on their page, that I could build a house with brownie and the cakes where dry. I got barred from commenting on future posts! So lesson in customer service is obviously needed! A normal response would be to ask what was the problem, whether you agree or not, customer is always right! I would have had some compliments about the cheesecake but overall experience wasn’t good. Very childish management and clearly the truth hurts! 😂 #buildahouse

Poor value for money, we were over charged for waffles that I could have bought in the supermarket at a fraction of the cost. I would expect a freshly made waffle not one from a packet and warmed up in the microwave. There was very little stock on the shelves, not even the option of a scoop of ice cream unless we bought a big tub. Won't be visiting again.

On looks alone the desserts are to die for. Had the best cake ever, soft and moist, perfect amount of frosting. Best cake I've had.. And I've had a lot!! Thanks

Super for them late night snacks, have fantastic mix of cakes, very friendly staff and delivery is available aswell

Went for cake and as we were leaving the shop their was 3 of the drivers vapeing in store behind the counter around the food!! Tried leaving a review on their fb page and it got deleted and then he has slated other desert shops on fb and when I and other commented on it he had a go at us and then banned me from his site because he didn't like the fact that I caught him out!! Wouldn't buy from there again after seeing people vaping and the attitude of the owner!! Not very professional at all!!

Food was great but took 2 hours to get here, by which time I wasn't hungry and the wife was fat asleep. We ended up eating it the next day.
