Pizza Rominos in Leicester

Food ok but delivery driver so rude! No smile or customer service! For that reason I wouldn't bother again.

Placed order online. Received confirmation email and text message saying it would be approximately 50 minutes, 1hour and 20 minutes later rang the shop to find out what was happening to be told that they never received any order. Explained that I had got confirmation that they had. No apology just rudeness and denial. Will never use them again.

Normally my meat comes in the pitta soaking up the damned tasty juice from the meat just as I like it, received it separate and wasn’t anywhere near as enjoyable. I like my sauce separate and have to pay extra for that so it was slightly annoying when my pitta was treated the same way. Tbf, I’m being way too picky but I expect what I normally have when I order! Still a great takeaway👍

Food was stone cold fizzy drink was hot chips tasted like they’ve been microwaved not a very pleasant meal

Fries where soggy,kebab meat was dry and burnt

So disappointed with my order today. My chicken Kiev pizza was lacking toppings and very dry. Also paid extra for olives which I didn’t get. Usually full of cheese and sauce but very bland today. Shame :(

Missed a an item we ordered, but was fine after we called the restaurant.

I really dont like to leave a bad review but it was actually one of the worst pizza's i've had.. you could tell they were literally made ages ago and were luke warm at best.. very disappointed and a waste of money.

The food wasn't bad, but the chicken wrap was advertised as coming with salad + mayo, but it was just chicken strips in tortilla. Really dry and inedible. The food was a little late, but there was a power cut in the area around the time so I'll give benefit of the doubt. Would probably use again.

We have been ordering from these for 8years plus and have always had good service. There's been off days but they have always looked after us. Cant recommended them enough

The chicken was cold and there was no mayo or lettuce in the wrap the wrap was also cold

Always had good food from here and prompt delivery time but sadly not this time. Arrived 45 mins late and was cold. Reheated the pizza and it tasted good. Chicken wings were tasty but stone cold and soggy. No notifications of when food was on way. Hopefully just a blip

Ordered food to arrive 20:30-20:50 turned up 30 minutes late. With just 2 pizzas had to wait another hr for rest of food, which was cold.

Asked for no sauce on kebabs in the restaurant comment box but it all came with sauce and cold

Only place my little boy will eat pizza from he can’t stand pizza from anywhere else he loves that you can choose what he wants and it’s made exactly how he enjoys it order from here at least once a month definitely recommend for fast service and really delicious food

It would be a great idea to add more sauce to the base of your pizza, so it won't feel so dry and tasteless. Rather than that - outstanding service on time management and delivery service.

Last few times I have ordered the food has been shockingly bad. Missing items the most basic things, pizzas are now chewy, chips come all soggy. Think there’s new people and it’s gone right down hill

I ordered my food two and half hours before it arrived. I called the shop three times and was told 1 minute away. One at 8:20 pm and it still didn’t arrive till 9:09. No apology nothing, they also said it was delivered on the app but it wasn’t. They said 45-55 mins, it took 2 and half hours. Then when it came my pizza was cold.

Shambolic service over an hour late told it had left then phoned again it was just leaving then the lady on the phone turned up with it over an hour late won't order here again don't like being lied to best order else where I will in future

rang Romano's food delivered food soggy normal service is 11/10 today 2/10 in there defence first time they have messed up.maybe a warning sign i'll start looking for new take away

Really disappointed usually love Rominos but ordered 2 kebab meals & all we got was a bit of doner meat & chips!

On a Wednesday night food took almost 2 hours.. was fobbed off twice by telephonist that food was ‘on its way’. We have used Romino’s for approx 15 years and for the last few months the service has been terrible… one last chance Romino’s!!

Food was 35 minutes late Cold Chips were not cooked properly

Food was great as always. But they were very late. We ordered at 7pm thinking because its a Saturday it would take longer than normal. It didn't get to us until 8.35pm. Least the food was still hot though. We will still order from here like we normally do. But we just wish that the delivery wouldn't always be late.

Ordered Food at 19:00 estimated time was 19:45 to 20:05 Food turned up at 20:30 and was cold Chips and onion rings were soggy and not cooked properly. The whole of the order was stone cold and all needing reheating. Very disappointed service is usually good from these people but the last couple of times have been delivered late Angrier about it today as I have to work tonight and now have to try and rush due to not being delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

Food took over an hour, rang the shop who said it had left 15 minutes ago, still didn't arrive for 10 more minutes and needed microwaving as cold on arrival. Food therefore not the best as microwaved fries aren't great. Very disappointed.

We waited over 2 hours for our food, I had to call the restaurant twice to find out where it was and was just told it was on its way- 35 minutes later it arrived. We only live a 10/15 minute drive away from the restaurant! The food wasn’t very nice when we finally got it. Thoroughly disappointed.

1 hour late, wrong pizzas and missing items from what we have ordered

Food was late. One of the pizzas was not what we ordered. It was nice tho! But not what what we wanted. Use rominos regularly but was disappointed tonight. Might try elsewhere for our next order

An hour and a half late, cold and inedible. Called the restaurant 3 times told twice it was on its way and on the third call admitted it hadn’t left the restaurant but was sat on the side since the last time we rang. It was freezing by the time it arrived. The address is a 3 min walk away. Once I said i would be coming in for a refund because it was beyond a joke it magically appeared. The entire experience was unacceptable and completely disappointing. Once the food arrived it was too cold and barely eaten. Really unhappy as we have used this takeaway a number of times and always been happy, clearly new management and lowered standards from customer care to food standard.

If you want to wait over 2 hours for cold food 100% order here. Ordered at 7pm food arrived at 9:10pm cold, rang the restaurant at 8:30pm to be told my food was on its way, 40mins later it turned up (even though I live 10mins from the place) Food was cold which was expected as it had left the restaurant over 40mins before it arrived.

Food delivered later than indicated, food warm and needed reheating. Won’t using them again.

Kebab was dry, tasted like I was eating a kebab that has been out for a few hours

Food was 1 1/2 hours early, they did come collect and take back but then when it did come back it wasn’t fresh as the chip box and onion ring box had melted all into the chips and onion rings so was inedible!

We have been ordering from rominos for years now and we always had good food. They are our go to take out pizza and spicy chicken wings. Shame you guys don't do gift vouchers 😍😋

I couldn't fault the chips/cheese and garlic base pizza was really nice and fresh. But my chicken wrap wasn't it says comes with salad and mayo but come plain nothing on it the chicken strips was really dry, normally you wouldn't complain with 8 chicken strips in a wrap but it ripped the wrap and with it being plain and the strips dry I couldn't it all.

They took long, chips were soggy and no flavour, chcken wasn’t cook properly, and the whole bag and stuff inside it was moist and dripping .

It was awful.. donner kebab was dry, wafger thin tiny bits of donner meat and hardly filled the pitta with half a slice of tomato and half a slice of cucumber some shriveled lettuce and no cabbage at all, no lemon and it wasno way fresh.. it was a tiny spoon of salad. The half pound cheese burger had 1 slice of cheese, a teaspoon of mayo on one side, brown lettuce and again just half slice tomato and cucumber meaning it was so dry. The chips were dry and like cardboard. It went in the bin it was awful.. However the delivery driver was spot on, he was chirpy and friendly and a happy chap.

First time ordering, Very disappointed. Firstly, the 4 piece garlic bread.... Burnt and Stale. The French stick used I would assume was more then a few days old, . Next, the pizzas....... Both pizzas were undercooked, One of the pizzas was completely randomised with toppings removed/added that I didn't ask for. Won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered 2 Pepperoni Pizzas and one bottle of Lemonade. I received two random Pizzas with Onion and Mushroom on and a bottle of Pepsi

Food was absolutely disgusting, first they sent the wrong order that was cold and then when the original order came it was cold again and still the wrong thing. Will not be ordering again and would also like a refund. Absolutely awful

Absolute favourite pizza place pizza is always hot and fresh when delivered my son is picky with pizza and this is the only place he will eat it from it’s delicious definitely a favourite place to order from ☺️

Ordered the ribs and they defo need to come off the menu . And the cheese burger with home made chilli was amazing but would of been better with the cheese on it 😂

Terrible. Order got changed to collection somehow. Called the restaurant who said the food was out for delivery. Phoned back 30minutes later to speak to a 2nd lady who was extremely rude and advised we need to collect the food but it cold now so I probably won’t want it and they won’t replace it Will not be ordering from here again
