Good food but the delivery driver was rude and needs to get a grip of his temper

First time ordered food as I’ve stopped in the new truck park . Got my food delivered and the guy was polite and in time . Food was tasty and warm too 😊 thanks guys appreciate it !

We were regulars and very happy with the speed of service and quality of food but something seemed to change at the start of this year and it's gone downhill drastically. 1 star hygiene rating!! 🤮 (As well as this) We stopped using as 2 times in a row we were waiting wayyyy past the time specified for our delivery and had chased it up several times. We would always order mid week so hardly a peak busy time to be waiting 2 hours+

Stayed at a local park rang for delivery but at a certain time staff were lovely on the phone food came on time asked and was really good and red hot would definitely recommend and will be using again x

Have been going here for the past two years when we have visited thirsk, can easily say the value for money is amazing! The foods is always unreal! Staff are always friendly, would have rated it 10 out of 10 if it let me 👌🏼

Just moved to the area and this is the second time we have had a pizza from here… loved it the first time so ordered again and it’s such a shame as I will not be eating here ever again! I’ve never thrown up so much in my entire existence on this earth so far. I ordered a BBQ chicken and pepperoni stuffed crust pizza with cheesy curly fries. Literally the next morning I was projectile vomiting all day and couldn’t get off the toilet! Please be careful when ordering. Wouldn’t wish this upon anyone!

Very slow delivery..1hr 15 minutes..£3 delivery charge for 1 mile.. food very cold..order wrong

This place has to be one of the worst places I have ever been to. The disrespect from the owner was horrendous. I dont ever want to hear that potty mouth. Don't get me started on the food. The amount of grease on that pizza shocked me. I could cook another pizza with that 1/10.

Ask for well done comes great soggy and raw ....wouldn't feed to an Ethiopian

Not eaten here since it was known as Euro Pizza a long time ago, food was amazing back then. Ordered two x cheesy chips and garlic, one 12" pepperoni with stuffed crust last night. Food was delivered prompty and piping hot, chips were absolutely lovely and the pizza was great although slightly underdone. We had the other half of the pizza the next day warmed up in the oven and it was brilliant after a little more cooking. Don't often eat in Thirsk but will make it the regular now when in town. Much better than the other two in Thirsk I've tried 👍

Great delivery, fast and accurate, the courier was amazing. We had 2 burgers and scampi. For all my life I hadn’t tried anything like that: all the food had perfect texture and temperature, looked good and was absolutely and purely… tasteless! I could not believe that, but everything from a bun to even cheese in the burger had absolutely no taste, even the sauces! We had to throw away absolutely everything - it was like eating a cardboard… I can’t even imagine how is it possible to cook food like that. I’m not even disappointed, I’m shocked. Even plain salad leaves had more taste than that “burger”

Really excellent service the other night, made me a bespoke pizza with no cheese and it was fantastic.

Never again! Such poor quality food cheapest of the cheap ingredients. Chips that were sent were not fresh and old oil used to fry. Delivery driver extremely rude and inappropriate. As I said. NEVER again

Ordered a kebab, turned up pretty quickly... left my body a lot faster a few hours later. Wont be using Pizza Pronto again thats for sure!

Staff wanted to go home early so Refuse service. I tried to make an order at 11:05 almost an hour before the listed closing time and was told they are not accepting orders then when I tried to ring they ignored my phone calls I work in a restaurant so I understand closing a little early to get home but an hour is ridiculous.

Such a shame been good customer of there for nearly 3 years and over the last few month there food has got worse and worse to stage I found fly in my food. I called to say about it and got nothing but abuse (swear words) down the phone. Won’t be ordering again. AVOID

It's not the first time they have sent out food that was awful. Pizza's were lovely but the kebab meat was like leather and cold within 5 mins. The last time we ordered my partner and I were poorly through the night so I asked for freshly cut kebab meat this time, their kebabs are usually lovely hence the return. We didn't get what we asked for, it was crispy and leathery and complete let down..... we won't be back!!

Best Parmo in a 20 mile radius.

Recently ordered pizza and kebabs from them and everytime so far have got my order correct and tastes great and good value. They've also been early on a few deliveries too. Would recommend.

Stone cold again! Might aswell have burnt our £20, just like 1 of our pizzas was. We have been loyal customers for a few years, however we won’t be using u again, as the last couple of times it’s been cold/burnt/oozing with grease/soggy with too much tomato sauce on the base or extra’s (paid for) missing!

From Leeds visiting here The food was spot on, Chicken parmazan was delicious. Donner also very nice. It’s a a shame that negotiations regards separate chilly and mayo were needed as they tried to hike the price. Overall happy.

Best takeaway, especially the Bolognese parmesan!!!

Oh my god what a f****** joke I ordered a pizza from you guys and the delivery guy was sat outside my house for 5 minutes then drove off must have been another 5 minutes then came back with my pizza which was freezing cold I said to him that it was called it look like he couldn't give a s***your pizzas are normally really good so I rang up to complain to a manager because I wanted to complain about his attitude and his mannerisms then when I try to explain the situation to him and he told me that he wasn't 5 minutes no you're right mate you wasn't five minutes you were f****** more than 5 minutes and then he hung the phone up on me I tried to ring back and it just went straight off

My favorite pizza 🍕 spot in Thirsk. Does deliveries and have lots of added extra. Enjoy yourself.

Goes and ordered a takeaway for me and Dad, the Restaruant get my order correct but their was no pizza which is what my dad orderd and we have been waiting 2 hours. when i rang up i clearly got my opinion across of what i wanted and they never made his Pizza this is the first time this has happend and they will be getting sent a complaint?.

On the way home from Wales, me and the mrs shared a 13" mushroom pizza yesterday evening. Delicious.
