Food Station in Hambleton

Said was open on the website but cancelled our order twice and turns out it was shut

I have ordered food for delivery before , however last night's order was terrible, the burgers were cold and tough ,the same for the chicken burger and the chips had been reheated as they weren't crispy and hot , I usually love the chips from here. Very disappointed, I threw my order in the bin.😞 The order was delivered within 10 minutes of placing the order, this was too quick in order to cook everything fresh.

Great quality vegetarian pizza with fresh ingredients. It was sometimes hit and miss under previous management due to sometimes not having the freshest ingredients, but is now always spot on. Please take into account new management and ignore older reviewers. Always really friendly service from the old owner and new owner alike. The refurb of the old Chinese takeaway it is now in has smartened the place up and food preparation areas are all visible and clean.

The takeaway was absolutely amazing. Kebab wrap was one of the best and the missus said the burger was brilliant aswell. Great service, hot food and quick

We ordered our meal to the house and the food was lovely but they had forgotten 2 cans of coke that we ordered. I rang back and they said they would send it out on the next delivery 1 hour later it never showed so I rang them back to enquire on where they are but they said it was on the way and it should only be 5 minutes which I said okay thanks . Another 45 minutes go by and no drinks so I then rang back to ask again then they said to me that it is on the way and I replied I have rang back 3 times now where are the drinks ? He replied asking the address which I then replied to him the address he then hung up on me. This is extremely rude and as I have ordered here before and service was great but this really isn’t a good experience .

Had a tikka wrap from here, probably the best wrap I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend

Fantastic quality pizza and sides. Delivered quickly to Easingwold, kids meals even came with a free lollipop which was a nice little touch.

Ordered several times from here and last 3 times there has been an error. Food order not complete items missing or just wrong items. Total shame but after another incorrect order this week will not be back. Get your orders and service right.

I ordered over the phone a 2 pizzas with sides for collection. One margarita and one double pepperoni with extra pineapple. It was 9 minutes there and 9 back from our caravan site (the alders, Alne). 2 hungry kids ticked into their margarita and chips which was fine. My double pepperoni and pineapple was just cheese and pineapple, that classic combination! I phones to complain, couldn’t deliver a new one as it was too far! Only colllection. No chance I could drag my two small kids back out again half way through their tea. Poor, I mean, come on! Not sure who’s fault this is, the girl who took my order or someone who can’t read a ticket. Shame.

This is the fourth time we have ordered from food station. It will also be our last. We ordered the meal deal 4 which was 2 x 13in pizza’s chips and a bottle of pop. We didn’t get the chips and the pizza’s were very poor. The kebab pizza was literally a margarita pizza, it had that little kebab meat on it. The American hot had no onions or peppers on and very few jalapeños. The large kebab was pitiful. The burger box was the only item that was passable. You need to give the customers what they have ordered or you will soon be out of business. I suggest you train your staff better.

I have used food station since it opened sometimes more frequently than others. The American burger I ordered today was frankly unacceptable. The chips were cold and the salad consisted of a few shreds of lettuce and the same of onion, that really doesn't constitute a "salad" also the fried onions, the very thing that makes it an "American burger" were virtually undetectable. The quality of the presentation is very hit and miss and seems to be deteriorating as time goes on. More than"Very" disappointed.

Rude staff who hung up on me. I asked a simple question about if they delivered to our village and Male who answered said no and just hung up I ordered from their competitors instead as they actually were well mannered.

Do not order delivery. After 2 1/4 hours no food. Rang after an hour and was told on way. One hour later still no food.

Been ordering most weeks from here since they opened, always hospitable and food is yummy.

Had a delivery to Tollerton Caravan Park..food was delicious hot n fresh...delivery driver was so nice when I asked to check the order...I will d efinitely order from here again when I'm in the area...

Awful. Customer service is non existent, food is okay but not worth the hassle, nothing but problems.

Took my children last night and the owners couldn't have been more welcoming and nicer. Really tasty food. Our new favourite pizza place in Easingwold.

First time ordering food and the pizza was very tasty and the wrap my partner got he said it was delicious. Will be going back.
