Pizza Pranzo in Wakefield

Had lasagna from here last night . It was lovely.asked for extra cheese did not disappointed at all . Will be ordering again . Also if you order on Uber eats they have buy one get one free on certain pizza . Great if you want to treat your family . 2 pizza for 10 pounds

Highly recommend really tasty pizza!

This was my go-to place for pizza for many, many years. The pizza base now always seems dry & brittle. Not what they used to be, unfortunately.

Ordered the other day got home order was wrong called to ask if we could pop back and just got hung up on poor service and very rude, shame as used to be a good shop

For the price maybe a little more topping. But very tasty.

Just had a thin pentathlon with Donna meat. Absolutely lovely. As good as always

Didn't have dough for thin crust but did have for deep pan - any pizza shop would be able to sort this out. Pizza was hot but that was about it. The outside was crispy but inside was still dougy. If we'd bough this from a supermarket as a frozen pizza we would have sort of understood why it wasn't brilliant but it was from a 'pizza shop' so no idea why it was so poor. Shout out to the extension lead hanging from the ceiling that was clearly powering their oven or till or both of them - it looked dangerous and probably was.

Been regular customer for over 5 years. The pizzas have always been great. But unfortunately, the last few orders and our requests weren't followed, i.e extra sauce, extra cheese, well done chips etc. The pizza's have always been fantastic, tasty, always piping hot and never burnt on the base, but not on the last few orders :( Now the bases are burnt. My pizza was not delivered in a heat insulated bag either and it was hardly warm. I would love to continue giving them my business as their Pizza's have always been great and I'd like to see this business flourish and it is for this reason I haven't been anywhere else for pizza. So I hope they fix these issues and take this feedback onboard. UPDATE: The pizza bases have completely changed. No longer made by hand. Now using premade pizza bases. ***The pizzas today, do not look like they do in the pictures!***

Wanted tuna sweetcorn pizza ,asked for little tuna and said can't do that because there opening a tin so they haveto use the whole tin. Couldn't have. Strange

Gone down hill, delivery drivers useless customer service none existent avoid at all costs. Used to be really good.

Really appalling service. Took my order. Never delivered then then they’d obviously left and never answered the phone. I’d be appalled if we did this to customers.

Ordered a pizza and told ready for collection in 20 mins arrived on time and was told it would be ready in 2 mins . Had to wait another further 18 mins . Won't go again

Fantastic food and brilliant service. Booked a large order for our Horbury Town juniors football team presentation party. The food turned up on time and was piping hot and all delicious. We thought we’d ordered too much but the kids are every last bit of it! Can’t thank the guys at Pranzo enough. We’ll definitely be using them again.

Beautiful food, the new bread cakes/t cakes used for the burgers are divine. We d pay a lot more, food is amazing never fails we go weekly

Best pizza in horbury, fast and fresh

Would not recommend this takeaway to anyone. Was said To get here between 2.15-2.45 and got here at 4. Food was stone cold. Ridiculous service from everyone involved

Horrific customer service! Ordered a pizza, I received a different pizza, called to complain and thought it was sorted. They called back to 'double check what pizza i received' and I inadvertently advised i'd eaten some of the pizza i received so they said I would not be getting the pizza I ordered. What a joke! Go to Pizza Italia!

Best pizzas we've had locally. We'd used them 2 or 3 times before lockdown and in our experience quality always excellent. We had a family birthday yesterday and ordered in 4 pizzas for birthday meal. All different and all perfect. Also ordered through Just Eat and it came earlier than expected. Fantastic all round.

Absolutely discusted how we were treat last night, as i was being verbally abused by a so called man the staff did nothing but carry on serving. We paid for our food and when we asked where it was the staff lied and said we'd got it. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for taking sides with a bully who thought it was ok to threaten a woman. I hope you have cctv so you can see what really happened.

Just had my order cancelled, looks like it's something they do on a regular basis. Will not even try again.

If you want your pizza to be late, stone cold and be spoken to very rudely by the staff...then this is the place for you.

Pizza's are probably best in Horbury/Ossett, Since we have moved house, they have refused delivery 3 times. We are still under the 3 mile threshold, told me on phone it was more, but google actually came up with 2.5 miles. so glad pizza italia confirmed the order.

My partner has known the owner for 14 years. We live 10 minutes away from Pizza Pranzo. We collect orders from here at least every fortnight. My partner is full of flu so cannot drive. We rang Pizza Pranzo and explained all of the above, offered to pay extra delivery as we are 0.7MILES out of their delivery radius.... just to be told very rudely “No, we won’t do it”. DESPITE it stating on Just Eat they DO deliver to WF4 Crigglestone. That’s one loyal customer along with his family that won’t be returning. So much for customer service. Very disappointed in the owner.

Just bought a donner kebab from here only to find that the prices have gone up drastically. Every thing has had a big price increase, but the donner kebabs have gone up by a massive 80p.That's an increase of 20% in one go .Won't be going back.

Food ok but delivery time dreadful. Ordered at 6.40 tonight and pizzas arrived at 8.50. Clearly not acceptable. Don't order here if you want fast food!

Ordered from here loads....bur the last 6 weeks are a disgrace...2hr wait then the food is not even half baked...called and just not interested...never again

Usually great food, very polite staff answering phone! Fresh pizza dough is a winner....but Delivery times can be long at busy periods, (last week) Was told an hour and fifteen minutes which was an hour and twenty five and came with pizza uncooked in the centre and dough stuck to box! 1st time it's ever happened so I called to order following week, I told the lad on the phone about my previous fridays pizza, he said he'd tell the chef! Unfortunately that's the last I heard, no apology, no complimentary gesture, what a shame! I spent 30-50 per month there for me and the family and am now looking for a new place, ossett/horbury.
