Bitz n Pizzas in Wakefield

Over priced. Decent pizzas with good ingredients but not big. Kebabs are like most places in Hemsworth, garbage..

Ordered for delivery got chicken tikka and chips large asked for garlic mayo on it. No garlic mayo on it wasn’t even chicken tikka was charcoal grilled chicken come in a small tray. The kids meal I ordered was bigger than that on the Donna wrap had no garlic mayo when asked for garlic mayo. Phoned up and spoke politely just wanting my order to be rectified after paying 30 quid for 2 adults meals and a kids meal. There was a young lad on the phone just arguing back telling me I’m wrong and what I got is what I ordered in end just put phone down as the little food I had was going cold and it was clear I wouldn’t have anything else to eat so had to deal with what I got. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here because large portions come in small trays and are ridiculous for price and the customer service is shocking.

Order from here regularly and the food has always been delicious and hot! Delivery Drivers are polite and friendly would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Been my favourite place since I was a little kid all my family love it, I get from here weekly n have done for years now never had a complaint

Just received my order that has taken nearly a hour and half to get here to be given soggy chips full of black bits like the fryer needs cleaning. Kabab that looks like it has been on the floor tine scabby pieces and a burger just full of fatty chunks second time ordering as thought give them benefit of doubt but will not be ordering again vile wouldn't even give one star but Google makes me needs closing down

Been getting kebabs from here over the last year and not had any issues until recently. The quality of food and service had gone downhill with irregular portion sizes, items missing from orders and long waiting times becoming the norm. Sorry to say I won't be purchasing again.

Ordered 2 lamb donners and a burger meal all with salad and source and guess what no salad or source do not recommend..

Been a loyal customer here for lots of years food always nice n staff always polite and helpful however last 3 or 4 times food gone down hill. Soggy chips n pizzas always burnt at the bottom and always seem much greasier than they use to be. I'm disappointed that we have to find somewhere else.

Will never ever order from here again the food has gone down hill massivly recently and I've been a loyal customer for years also found out the owner atter has sold it under everyone's noses and not said a word to his valued customers, shows his face once a week thinking were stupid. Have been ordering from here for so many years and I love their food but the last twice they've sent me the wrong pizza. Think they need to look into the staff that are taking the orders. Put me off ordering again

I will never use this take away ever again I wouldn't recommend it to enyone it's shut what you get for your money we order the time before and got loads in kids meals they were bigger meals order today came to over 30 pound and kids meals had very little same with the other meals it's a shamble is this company

1 Hour and 40 minutes for a delivery. The food eventually turned up , burnt , cold and incorrect ! The manager of the company came out and said that she would fetch replacement pizza still waiting 2 hours later . What a shambles of a company ! Don't waste your time and money ordering from here .
