Usually order from here. Food is usually good. Do get orders wrong often and quite a wait for delivery but staff are really nice and food is good

I ordered today for the first time, this place came highly recommended from my son, I ordered a king prawn dansak an its absolutely gorgeous my daughter got a pepperoni pizza she loved it an my son got chilli chicken an loved it, would highly recommend this place, the food is lovely an will definitely be ordering again

First time no chilli sauce , must be different staff later in evening was very unusual to get the order wrong

Well first time ordering and I'm definitely going back I ordered a chicken tikka kebab for the wife which she enjoyed an I had a 4 topping pizza an was delicious and I got popcorn chicken for my grandson only thing about his was it was a little spicy so might get nuggets next time an I might get a curry too many thanks.

If you haven’t tried the chilli sauce it’s a must, definitely a special recipe, fantastic quality and superb staff 10/10

The BBQ Chicken is an absolute winner

Delivery was late . Food had been spilled all in bag . Everything is covered in greasy curry sauce from curry’s.no mushroom curry and was left not that they made veg one and said they tried to call us and went voice mail .hmm funny enough we called twice to see where is the food and not once was mentioned. And have you heard such a thing as a salt . Literally no salt on anything like what in the curry is that .

These chicken tower burgers are delicious, very generous high quality chicken breast, cheese and a hash brown- 10/10

Ordered margarita pizza and got chicken tandoori instead. Asked for salad and sauce separate and was on top of the kebab. Rang and at 1st argued we’d ordered what we got which receipt proved we hadn’t. Then asked we return the pizza (I’d collected) and a replacement ready in 10 mins so I hung up. Pretty poor Kismet staff

Called in yesterday around 6.45pm for a Donna kebab. If I'm all honest! Rubbish. Bobbly meat obviously cheap Donna and was from the day befores left over joint/elephant leg! Quality goes a long way, maybe you should try it!.

I ordered a masala but got a bhuna

1. Seafood pizza Minute cheese and prawns only placed on even forgetting the tuna. 2. Hung up on myself twice unexpectedly twice during the call back complaint. 3. I asked them to drop round to the property to take a look, basically insisted I was untruthful. I feel hurt emotionally due to myself always walking there conveniently to pic up food to help the planet too. The spiteful actions and false accusations will find their Karma back to them !!

Ordered a seafood 12inch pizza , it was the worst pizza NO tuna hardly , the smallest sweet corn I've had ever seen could nit even taste it. Phoned them up and they put the phone done on me, rung them up again , spike to the manager who said did it myself then hung up on me. Will not be using them again

normally order from these guys but I'm guessing don't order on a Sunday...if I collect teded to be OK...but ordered a mixed grill..hardly any chicken tikka and also no sauce upsetting as they are normally good to the locals...obviously customer consistency care dosnt mean much to them these days..feel like never ordering from them again..I'm unsure.

Quick delivery pizza and curry was good but the kabab wasnt chicken extremely bland covered in chilli sauce which just tasted like vinegar which ruined the food chips was like they have been re heated extremely dry don't think we will be ordering from here again

Been using kismat for years as it didn't feel like takeout and never any grease and always fresh . But last night (I did order late) the chicken was fried and was over spiced and the pitta soggy so couldn't eat it 😔

Late delivery Over 2 hours for delivery

Hi. Last twice we have ordered garlic margarita just got plain margarita . Pizzas are goo but plain when you don't get what you ordered.

We ordered for the first time a few days ago after hearing really good things from locals (we’re new to the area), we asked for chips cooked well done and they came undercooked and soggy, donner meat was stone cold, the pizzas cheese was all on one side as if it had been flung around the drivers car, one of the puddings was meant to be a sponge and they sent jam roly poly (which we don’t like) and they didn’t even send the other cake! I rang up to complain about the missing dessert, wrong dessert and horrible food and a ‘manager’ apologised and said they had run out of everything, he seemed so nice and told me that they were just closing up so they couldn’t help now but to ring back next time and they would credit our account, so I didn’t claim a refund from Just Eat for the terrible food and missing dessert. My fiancé rang back tonight so we could give them another try. Explained the situation and was shouted at on the phone and made out to be a liar! They said the pizza was ‘perfect’ just look at the photo! Just tried to claim a refund through Just Eat and now it’s too late to get our money back. Definitely a scam to avoid refunds! Such a shame because we have heard really good things! Definitely do not recommend! Photos for ‘proof’.

Ordered a large mix meat kebab and chips. Only received donner meat and chips. The chips and meat were like warm, the chips soggy. The food was arrived 55mins early and neither of us were ready. We had to eat the food and rush out to baths etc. the food was delivered but the app said still awaiting to be delivered. Shambolic, tasted dreadful, wrong order, cold food. Waste of £20

Shocking first order was missing a burger to be disbelieved then once I asked to see receipt I proved them wrong so was told another burger would be sent then rang back 30mins later to be told my burger had been re-delivered to wrong address ( num 18 I'm num 34) how on earth I don't no...... rang again to be told he's on his way with yours 25mins later (were only 10mins away) it showed up absolutely freezing an the worst chicken burger I've had in years 😪😪😪

the wraps i ordered were hot but they were soggy and not folded into a wrap properly, otherwise good service.

Had mixed starter, onion bhajis were cooked on outside but like dough in the middle. The shami kebab was rock solid . The main course was very nice but poor starters. I doubt if I will go again. Disappointing.

Kismat is usually our go to for an Indian however my partner decided this time to try the calzone. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. The food itself was ok, it was only afterwards we had an issue. The issue being, the added extra that CRAWLED out of the calzone!!! What only can be described as a beetle, crawled out of my partners left over calzone! Absolutely will NOT be returning here after that.

Order was about 30 mins late after looking it was on its way. Food was cold not good enough as we only live down the street

Don’t know why you would send a burnt naan bread out and not expect negative feedback. This is not a good way to keep a good customer on side

Ordered a mixed kebab and chips with salad, chilli sauce and a diet Pepsi. The meat and chips were ok, the salad was a few chopped onions and minimal lettuce and they gave me a full fat Pepsi.

Hi I placed an order on Saturday evening I was very disappointed with the collection time and the quality of food. I received a text to tell me my order was ready for collection but when I arrived I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes which I didn’t appreciate as I had my 3 grandkids with me. The standard of food wasn’t the usual quality either the wraps were both extremely well done. Really don’t think it was exceptable when I had spent £23

The worst mixed kebab I have ever had. If mixed means 6 strips of kebab and a handful of popcorn chicken, scattered around on a cold nan bread with chips for a tenner, count me out. It was dreadful.

So we decided to order a delivery from here has we have never had a bad meal. The guy on the phone told us because of how far we was away from them it would be around 1 hour. We waited 1 hour 15 mins phoned they said sorry will be another 15 mins. After two hours 15 mins I phoned again and they said the driver was on his way. My order arrived and the receipt stated £17.50 the driver asked for £18.50. Got the meal inside the house it was cold and we had 4 popadoms missing, which we paid for. So we have rang up 6 times to explain this and they keep hanging up on us. Not a happy customer at all.

Stone cold … won’t be ordering again .. was told I can have a free order for it being so late … sorry but that doesn’t sort out what I have now.. over 2 hours waiting for one pizza and a portion of chips and then arrive freezing. Sorry but not good enough.
