We’re quite disappointed tonight, the pizza is burnt and not enjoyable. We haven’t ordered in a while, so this was quite underwhelming. Normally the food is spot on, so not sure if it’s because we’ve ordered nearer to closing.

We've been ordering from Balti for the last year. Their food is always delivered hot and tasty. The currys are our favourite, the meat is good quality and usually tender. Great restaurant and the owner is lovely too.

Ordered from here multiple times first time the pizza dough was undercooked. Second time there was a hair in the rice which we complained and they sent a new one out. 3rd time multiple hairs, complained and got a full refund and was told that we would be “sorted out with a free meal” rang up requesting our free meal as we thought we would try one last time as it has good reviews and to give them the benefit of doubt however when we rang up they was fine and willing to give them few seconds later we was greeted with another phone call saying that we didn’t give them the food back when we did offer to return the food but was told no not only once but twice so now they are not interested. Funny coincidence and after reading these reviews I wouldn’t bother ordering again. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HAPPY TO TAKE MONEY BUT WHEN ITS TO TREATING CUSTOMERS RIGHT THERE NOT INTERESTED.

(Pretty much used to live off it at harvest time and it was always great) Was better than I remembered, I LOVE the Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza so much 😭💖 Was delivered within 25 minutes aswell for four of us and was piping hot. Curry wasn't the greatest I've had but was passable. However, the tikka starter was extremely salty and their idea of a Naan bread was a plain, dry pizza base and not actually naan bread at all.

One of the kebabs didn’t have chilli sauce on as requested and the chicken in naan the chicken was a bit over done but apart from that everything was spot on

First time ordering and last sadly. Food cold on arrival never ever had butter chicken look or taste like this before. No flavour and yellow will not be recommending

Called in to order, asked if they took card payment they said no its switched off.. I said OK and went to walk out. I was called back, and the guy said ok I will switch it back on.. I placed my order to include a mixed kebab at £7.50 and a 1/4 pounder chicken burger at £4.50 he asked for was £18... The order came to £12..when I asked for a breakdown of the cost, he told me the mixed kebab was £11 and the burger £7 I picked a menu up and checked the cost of a mixed kebab, and it states £7.50. And the burger £4.50 When questioned, he said it was extra for sauce and salad... Im looking on the menu, all kebabs come with salad and sauce..however he then told me the menu had not been updated and that it's due to inflation..load of crap!! Please check costs when ordering, especially if you call in after having a drink!!!

onion barge was so bland and contain so much flour make it a dough ball , danzak curry not worth the money £9 for such a small potion tiny amount chicken in it and taste like it was frozen boiled chicken , would never order from here again its clearly not worth the money

If you’re looking for an Italian Pizza style you might not want one from here. They are nice but the tomato base is more hot than tomato. If you’re in the mood for spice/curry style great but if you’re looking for the cheesy tomato base pizza this isn’t. Maybe you can request a tomato base without spice I’m not sure.

As Tina Turner once said" Simply the Best Better than all the rest". I've eaten Indians for 40yrs and BALTI BAZAAR are one of the best I've ever had. I order Chicken Madras large, Pilau Rice, Chapati. Talk to Zara to order your stunning food. Zara will take your order with great customer service. Your food will be cooked by the best chef in Yorkshire. If you want to adapt your dish to taste, just ask. Nothing is a problem. Kebab pretty dry and very salty

I have been eating Indian food for 40yrs and can confirm BALTI BAZAAR is THE BEST Indian takeaway within 20 mile of Ackworth. The best outside of Bradford and on par if not better than takeaways in Bradford too. The food is extremely tasty, smells incredible and at a reasonable price for the fantastic quality. The teambat BALTI BAZAAR cater for all your needs and requests.....jus ask and they will strive to accommodate your needs. The Chef clearly has outstanding knowledge and skills in Gastronomy. The front of house beautiful lady, Zara is polite, and extremely accurate in taking your order. Even the delivery driver delivers on time and with everything you have ordered, again, is polite and courteous. BALTI BAZAAR is the opitamy of quality from the food, customer service and on time delivery. I've ordered from BALTI BAZAAR for 16yrs. Within this time, I've tried all other Indian restaurants with the area for a change and to compare. Some nice, some not so but ALWAYS return to BALI BAZAAR because they are SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST. Hour and half to deliver curry bland, bread soggy and pizza no flavour and very thick undercooked dough I really don’t understand where all the positive reviews come from unless it’s AI

OK so food tuck 1 hour to deliver 1 12in and 1 16in pizza's. The 16in was more like a deep pan and the underneath was burnt so with every bit you could taste the burn.

I have been getting food from here for about 15 years every Saturday, Food is fantastic you can taste all the different flavours, the service is second to none and the staff are very friendly I would definitely recommend

Been eating food from the Balti for many years but recently they’ve stepped it up a notch with their top quality food. I highly recommend giving the Asian style pizza a go if you haven’t already. All of the staff are really friendly too and always make you feel really welcome when you visit the shop. Easily the best takeaway in the village.

Absolutely amazing, me and my wife have been ordering from here for over a year now and honestly it’s our go-to. We try and order at least once a week as a treat and it always impresses. The quality is spot on time after time and the people are so friendly and helpful. My wife goes for the korma every time but I have change my order to get a good sample and I have never been disappointed. The pizzas are divine, the calzones are amazing and the curry’s are nice and fresh. My top pick from here is the Mixed Roller in Naan; a mixture of shesh, kebab, red kebab and red chicken all wrapped in a fluffy Naan. If you’re wanting a sensational food experience then look no further. 11/10

I don’t usually leave reviews but on this occasion I have to. I have ordered from Balti Bazaar for many years and I have NEVER had a bad meal. I think their pizzas are the best in Ackworth and my extra spicy Asian style pizza tonight didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend this place and the staff are always polite and friendly. Lovely food and always arrives piping hot. The service here is great and everyone I've ever spoken to and met is friendly, polite and helpful. We've tried a good selection from the menu, pizza, kebabs and curries, all cooked beautifully and very tasty. Their kebab meat is the nicest around! We definitely try to order at least once a week.

Food was nice, but not as good as usual. Chips were stale. The delivery was ordered at 8:20 pm and arrived at 10:30 pm. If I'd been told it was going to be such a long wait I'd have gone elsewhere. I appreciate it's a Saturday and our order came to over £60 but there were no updates or anything until we contacted them. Disappointed really. The restaurant has offered a discount for the next time we order which is the only reason I'm giving the 3 stars.
