Had a bbq chicken and bacon pizza with a side of chicken strips, and a peach iced tea. All for £5.99. Ordered online in advance for collection, was ready when I arrived. Staff were pleasant and friendly, the food and portions were generous for the price. Great Deal at fantastic price. Thank you 👍

I called the restaurant, they hung up on me after I pre ordered and the food came 45 minutes late. When the food did come, it inevitably was cold

The order boxes were open ab wet. The pizza toppings were all over and the food was cold.

1. The driver was 10 minutes late. 2. He put the order as delivered when it was still running late. 3. He made me hold his things so then he could get out the pizza and cookie dough instead of opening the bag and letting me get it myself like every other driver. My ice cream melted but everything else about the food was fine

Food arrived 20 minutes later than delivery time and showed as delivered when it hadnt been - when food showed up was cold

The food was amazing, especially the share garlic bread. Very well priced also. The service was exceptional especially from Mr Bilal who was very polite and friendly.

You close at 10pm but at 9.15 you won't let us sit in and eat but we can takeaway! What the hell is going on how ridiculous

I placed an order at this Pizza Hut, the order was accepted, but never delivered. I attempted to telephone the store, but there was no answer at the time. I have since spoken to the store the next day (today) and they confirmed that the store was closed when I submitted the order, and it was never made or dispatched. The store refused to refund me, and instead told me to go online and complete a form. The store initially try to lie to me and tell me that the driver waited 25 minutes outside my house at the time. It was only when I said I would attend the store to show them CCTV footage showing this wasn’t accurate, that we negotiated the truth.

Excellent delivery service and deliverer was very patient whilst waiting for me to take my order from him as I am disabled which makes it difficult for me to move quickly to my front door to collect my order.

I am satisfied with my order, however, there was no dips/sauce.

Delivery was quick and the deliverer was very polite and patient during the transaction which I greatly appreciated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I am disabled and sometimes require extra time to answer my front door etc…). Both the Ham and Pineapple pizza with fries I had ordered were fresh, hot, and very tasty. The quality was 1st class and without fault so I will definitely be ordering from this branch of Pizza Hut in future and on a regular basis too ! Thank you very much from a new and very satisfied customer.👍

Warning to people who go here, this little rat with a cap he is an horrible guy who doesn't know what is customer support called. He disrespected me upon asking for the price as I didn't wanted to spend much today so I was just normally asking about the price and why is it so expensive in pizza hut nowadays, she literally attacked me with his words. I would have forking banged him because of his behaviour he showed it to me but I'm not a fool to be fighting with someone who is actually a fool. Overall very bad attitude and disgusting behaviour. If this review is seen by the manager you really need to sack this guy if you want to run a business. It happened today and just a minute ago so you may know who I am talking about. Pizza hut used to be my favourite place but seeing this behaviour I shall prefer going to an non brand location at least they treat their customers proper.

Pepperoni Feast is a joke. "Double pepperoni & extra mozzarella cheese". less than 1 piece of pepperoni per slice and hardly any mozzerella. If that was "double" I would hate to see the normal amount. Very poor.

ordered 2big pizzas chips and dip got one pizza and no answers , all together was a mistake that cost me nearly 40 pounds , really not good enough , folk have no money as it is i mistakes that big shouldn't happen ,on the other hand pay peanuts get monkeys . .

had pizza hut for the first, and also the last time. the dough was factory made and cooked from frozen. should have bought a frozen pizza in Aldi would have been the same and 5x cheaper. The word horrible doesn't describe it enough

Waited over 20mins past delivery time. Called restaurant and told will be another 15mins. Took another 25mins before it arrived

missing the sauce that came with the melt , chips were cold as was the melt the ice cream was melted and the cookie was burnt extremely over priced for such poor quality for food

An absolute joke!! Took over 2 hours to get our order we called the place after an hour and half and they said it was on the way and hung up on me?? They provided no other explanation as to why it was late. After 40 mins it finally arrived but food was cold 💀 I'm not expecting fine cuisine because it's literally pizza Hut but come on at least put some effort into it.

booked delivery for 6pm was told should arrive by 6.30pm. ok, but got to 6.45 and nothing. Rang them to be told driver on way. at 7pm nothing, so rang back and told food still on side not in oven yet. Eventually received food at 7.30pm and a small ice cream i'd ordered not even included. So requested refund. Melts burnt and garlic bread cold.

I would like to warn people of the appalling customer service that this place on Horbury Road Wakefield has given me and my partner. In total we've paid 58.00 for a single pizza . We ordered pizza with sides to be delivered my bank card was charged 30.00 the driver couldn't find the address even though he was round the corner he rang and said he couldn't find then never showed so we drove to pizza hut restaurant and were told that they were separate to delivery place so we went to delivery pizza hut and were told we would have to pay again and claim a refund I paid a further 18.00 for one pizza. Then our refund was turned down and they said the driver followed instructions . These driver was no where to be seen we went outside and waited. I will NEVER give them my custom again . Would like to warn the public if they mess up they point blank refuse to give you your money back. I've got a work colleague who has had same experience they delivered to wrong address and refused refund. At the end of the day its cost 58.00 for one single pizza I'm absolutely livid

What a joke of a place. Ordered off just eat .the food came wrong at 22.20 .. phone up an told them.said they will remake it .phoned up at 23.00. Still not pizza .again said they would remake it again .23.40 .phoned again still no pizza ..absolutely disgusting. How is this place still open .. lacked cheese ! barely any cheese on the pizza and one is even advertised to have loads onit. would have been perfect if who ever made it wasn't so tight with the actual topping ..

The pizza was super oily … felt like fried donuts. The size is small didn’t expect that for this price. Never order again, needs improvement definitely.

Pizza hut is usually great but unfortunately won't be ordering from JustEat for Pizza hut again. Ordering straight from the website is usually better

The order was 20 mins late and the guy was knocking on my neighbours door. Didn’t get the full order and had to shout him back and wait while he went to the car, pizza was cold by the time I got it inside. The wrong dip came and when I rang I was just told they are busy and the one I ordered ran out. Don’t sell it to people then maybe? Pizza was not good enough quality to be sold for £26.00. (I used an offer so did not pay full price) Still you atleast expect nice food for the prices they charge.

Food arrived hot however the driver rang me up to tell me he couldn't find my address but he didn't bother to get out of the car to look I jad to literally go out to him and even then he didn't bother getting out of the car. This jist shows pure ignorance. I will order from here again because I love pizza hut. But maybe in future get drivers who can actually get off their backsides amd look for an address rather stay in the car ringing customers up

Pepperoni one was okay but the cheese one had that many spices on it it wasn’t eatable

I placed several orders through just eat at this place, and there is always a rude person on the other line, barely knows how to speak English, and speaks very rude. You get to wait like an hour for the food to come, and when it does come, it's cold and uncooken. I really don't recommend as the prices are quite high, and if you order through "Just Eat", the prices are even higher.

Okay so we got a message that the kitchen needed more time … but the food was stone cold and looked like it was made three days ago, so I can’t blame it all on the delivery driver who got hopelessly lost and needed to be guided to destination over the phone. I’m never ordering from here again. Worst takeout experience yet.
