Lovely staff, BEST pizza in town! Will definitely come back.

Ordered a lunch deal for collection, was met by Mr.Bill who was friendly and very helpful. He also made a lovely pizza and wedges for me. Definitely recommend this pizza hut just based on the service from Mr.Bill

The Tattooed waitress was a amazing. Very helpful and easy to talk to about any questions or concerns we had.

Garlic bread over cooked, pizza was barely warm by time it arrived and took an hour and 20 minutes.

Paid £2 extra for a large sized pizza, was delivered regular size

Food was cold got photos just stale cold chips and terrible pizza can tell it was cooked ages before it arrived

False advertisement on the food, said it would b a large and it was a small with no refund. Jokers!

I ordered the normal thin pizza online accidentally but I wanted the deep pan I phoned up and spoke to a very friendly gentleman called bilal who said he will rectify the mistake he went above and beyond great customer service and was polite highly recommend ordering from these guys.

Ordered pizza for my bros birthday. Never arrived and were disrespectful on the phone. Unimpressed will not go there again.

20 minutes late with missing items. i did tell delivery driver and he said he would return and did not. usually love pizza hut and just eat but this experience has put me of.

The pizza was great but it took around 2 hours to be delivered. When we called the store they mentioned the driver was on their way and would be there in 20 minutes but no one showed. We then had to call the store a 2nd time and they said that the driver had delivered it to the wrong address and we will get another one in half an hour when it didn’t show, we had to call back 40 minutes after the second phone call where they said that the driver was 10 minutes away which we finally got our pizza

This is pepperoni "feast"? 8-10 pieces of pepperoni, the widest crust sides I've ever seen. Laughable.

ordered at 2pm to be told 25-40 mins delivery. did not arrive, checked online and delivery time updated to 3.05 - 3.25pm waited until 3.30pm and online updated to delivered. called the store to chase to be told it was on its way. called again to be told it would be 15 minutes and in the oven, strange as I thought it was on its way. now 4pm just called to be told the they would chase the driver and didn't even ask for the address and hung up, shocking service

Never received order or phone call about order

Quality of the food was delicious. Delivery was also very fast. However, I paid cash. I had £20 note and my order came to £12.84. Driver didn’t have cash, manager was on the phone and asked me to give driver the £20 so he could go to the shop for change as he did have coins etc. I said I didn’t trust him to come back. So I went to the shop myself and got change!! 1) Next time I’ll remember not to pay with £20… but 2) Send your drivers with change or don’t accept the order! Driver was professional

Pizza was ok, crust wasn't great. Fries were tepid and a touch soggy. Driver didn't bring the drink I ordered. When I mentioned this, he panicked, claimed there was no drink until he re-read the order then said he'd bring it before cheesing it away.

I ordered large meet feast pizza, with corn sides and drink. I get only pizza and corn sides. Drink dissapeared. The biggest PROBLEM was on meat feast pizza I didnt found anything from meet just bread , sauce and smell of meet! Better order from RAJAS

Had a bbq chicken and bacon pizza with a side of chicken strips, and a peach iced tea. All for £5.99. Ordered online in advance for collection, was ready when I arrived. Staff were pleasant and friendly, the food and portions were generous for the price. Great Deal at fantastic price. Thank you 👍

I called the restaurant, they hung up on me after I pre ordered and the food came 45 minutes late. When the food did come, it inevitably was cold

The order boxes were open ab wet. The pizza toppings were all over and the food was cold.

1. The driver was 10 minutes late. 2. He put the order as delivered when it was still running late. 3. He made me hold his things so then he could get out the pizza and cookie dough instead of opening the bag and letting me get it myself like every other driver. My ice cream melted but everything else about the food was fine

The food was amazing, especially the share garlic bread. Very well priced also. The service was exceptional especially from Mr Bilal who was very polite and friendly.

You close at 10pm but at 9.15 you won't let us sit in and eat but we can takeaway! What the hell is going on how ridiculous

I placed an order at this Pizza Hut, the order was accepted, but never delivered. I attempted to telephone the store, but there was no answer at the time. I have since spoken to the store the next day (today) and they confirmed that the store was closed when I submitted the order, and it was never made or dispatched. The store refused to refund me, and instead told me to go online and complete a form. The store initially try to lie to me and tell me that the driver waited 25 minutes outside my house at the time. It was only when I said I would attend the store to show them CCTV footage showing this wasn’t accurate, that we negotiated the truth.

Excellent delivery service and deliverer was very patient whilst waiting for me to take my order from him as I am disabled which makes it difficult for me to move quickly to my front door to collect my order.

I am satisfied with my order, however, there was no dips/sauce.

Delivery was quick and the deliverer was very polite and patient during the transaction which I greatly appreciated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I am disabled and sometimes require extra time to answer my front door etc…). Both the Ham and Pineapple pizza with fries I had ordered were fresh, hot, and very tasty. The quality was 1st class and without fault so I will definitely be ordering from this branch of Pizza Hut in future and on a regular basis too ! Warning to people who go here, this little rat with a cap he is an horrible guy who doesn't know what is customer support called. He disrespected me upon asking for the price as I didn't wanted to spend much today so I was just normally asking about the price and why is it so expensive in pizza hut nowadays, she literally attacked me with his words. I would have forking banged him because of his behaviour he showed it to me but I'm not a fool to be fighting with someone who is actually a fool. Overall very bad attitude and disgusting behaviour. If this review is seen by the manager you really need to sack this guy if you want to run a business. It happened today and just a minute ago so you may know who I am talking about. Pizza hut used to be my favourite place but seeing this behaviour I shall prefer going to an non brand location at least they treat their customers proper.

Pepperoni Feast is a joke. "Double pepperoni & extra mozzarella cheese". less than 1 piece of pepperoni per slice and hardly any mozzerella. If that was "double" I would hate to see the normal amount. Very poor.

ordered 2big pizzas chips and dip got one pizza and no answers , all together was a mistake that cost me nearly 40 pounds , really not good enough , folk have no money as it is i mistakes that big shouldn't happen ,on the other hand pay peanuts get monkeys . .

had pizza hut for the first, and also the last time. the dough was factory made and cooked from frozen. should have bought a frozen pizza in Aldi would have been the same and 5x cheaper. The word horrible doesn't describe it enough

Waited over 20mins past delivery time. Called restaurant and told will be another 15mins. Took another 25mins before it arrived

missing the sauce that came with the melt , chips were cold as was the melt the ice cream was melted and the cookie was burnt extremely over priced for such poor quality for food

An absolute joke!! Took over 2 hours to get our order we called the place after an hour and half and they said it was on the way and hung up on me?? They provided no other explanation as to why it was late. After 40 mins it finally arrived but food was cold 💀 I'm not expecting fine cuisine because it's literally pizza Hut but come on at least put some effort into it.

It has not been delivered. APL states it has and contacted restaurant who stated it was on its way and put the phone down on me.

booked delivery for 6pm was told should arrive by 6.30pm. ok, but got to 6.45 and nothing. Rang them to be told driver on way. at 7pm nothing, so rang back and told food still on side not in oven yet. Eventually received food at 7.30pm and a small ice cream i'd ordered not even included. So requested refund. Melts burnt and garlic bread cold.

last time great so ordered again. this time, edible, but crust was a bit excessive and a bit soggy. could have been warmer. Will try again and give it best of three.
